Pas d’ascenseur. Des petites chambres. Mobilier bon marché et archaïque et des sanitaires très vieillots.

• Petya Vas (8/5): Lovely weekend in Paris - The hotel has a perfect location, very close to the Eiffel Tower. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. The room was clean. The room was quite small and there was no wardrobe.

• Heather (9/5): Comfortable, quiet, and in a great area - Very quiet, safe location with a huge number of stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel is nice, with a small garden facing the rooms. It is not on the road, but tucked away and calm. The staff were professional and pleasant. The breakfast had a large number of items to choose from, and we enjoyed it. There was a teakettle in our room, with tea, sugar, instant coffee and cream in the room. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were not quite right, any standard recipe would be better. The spiral stairway is a little tricky. Slight musty smell in one of the rooms.

• ALEKSEI (1/5): A truly awful experience. - The hotel is centrally located, but it’s set back in a courtyard, so you can’t drive right up to it. There’s absolutely no way to drive up in your own car, even just to unload your luggage; there’s only a dedicated taxi rank opposite the hotel. And the bed linen was clean. I’d like to warn anyone planning to book a room here. I booked a room here and got something completely different from what was shown in the photos on Booking. The room was very small, about 9 square metres, with grey walls; the windows faced a closed courtyard, so there was no natural light. When I spoke to the staff and showed them the Booking.com listing for the room I’d booked, explaining that it bore no resemblance to what I’d booked and paid for, they said the photos on Booking.com were merely illustrative and that no one could guarantee they were accurate. I suspect the room in the photos doesn’t actually exist at all. The ceiling height in the room is just over 2 metres, as can be seen in the photo of the entrance door. There is no air conditioning. All rooms are located above reception level, i.e. on the ground floor and above, yet the hotel has no lift at all and a very steep spiral staircase. The rooms are only suitable for young people without luggage. There is also a serious safety issue: all the walls in the bathroom are covered in black mould. I don’t understand why the staff won’t address this problem and treat the walls with formaldehyde and bleach; it’s not difficult. At present, staying in these rooms is a health hazard.

Hasta ahora el banco no me reintegra y debería ser automático o aclararlo bien de antemano. Para que la devolución sea rápida deberían pedir seguro o garantía en efectivo para devolver en el check aún y no tener que esperar 1 mes.
