- Florencia (10/5): A memorable stay in Paris in an excellent location! - Our stay was memorable! We'll definitely stay here the next time we go to Paris. The hotel is located a few blocks from Champs Elysees/ Arc de Triomph. It's easily accesible from Orly or Charles de Gaulle. Metro Line 2 is around the corner, it takes you to Monmartre or to CDG airport. You can access M1 via Arc de Triomph too, that line takes you to Hotel de Ville, the Louvre, the Palais Royal, Tuileries, Place de la Concorde, etc. Our room was super comfortable, very clean and tidy. We had 5 bags and still had room to move around and a small desk to sit and eat. It's not a villa but hotels in Europe have smaller rooms generally, and this one was particularly comfortable, especially for Paris. It also had an elevator so all rooms were accessible. The decor was nice and classic. Go to an American hotel chain if you want a room bigger than your house that you are not going to use and modern "furniture" instead of the real deal, classic, stylish actual wooden furniture like in most hotels anywhere in Europe. Our room featured a minifridge, a kettle, and mugs, and they gave us complimentary coffee sachets and tea bags; you had the option to get their breakfast buffet for an additional fee but we would have a light breakfast in our room on account that we would visit patisseries and boulangeries on our way and try delicious food everywhere, all day. Our room also had two large windows facing an internal garden, with both a light and heavier black out curtain for privacy. The bed, pillows and comforter were all super comfortable as well. The staff was wonderful, so friendly and nice! We almost cried when we shook hands with the receptionist the day we checked out. She was so lovely. Because we booked the room upon our arrival and it was very last minute, we were given the accessible room on the ground floor (all rooms were accessible and serviced by an elevator but this room was prepared for people with different abilities), and it was right on top of the petit dejeuner area on floor -1, so it was a little noisy at 7, 8am. We were up by then so it was ok. Generally speaking the room was very quiet, even though there was a construction site accross the street from the hotel. We didn't hear a sound.

Prédio possui elevador e a localização era ótima, perto do metrô e do arco do triunfo Quarto minúsculo, não dá para abrir uma mala pequena. Pegamos um quarto duplo e era muito difícil para um casal se acomodar bem lá. Outro ponto negativo é que a climatização era central, ou seja, não tínhamos como controlar a temperatura do quarto, várias noites ficamos com calor e não tínhamos como ajustar a temperatura

До Тріумфальної арки 5 хвл.пішки, до Вежі ходили гуляли пішки, Лувру та інших видатних місць. Р- н безпечний. Кожен день вбирали номер, приємний персонал. Рекомендую цей готель, хоча були нюанси. Йде ремонт напроти готелю і дуже гучно, відпочити вдень не можна. Між номерами так ізоляція бажає кращого.

The other day the cleaning was done very very late, 4;30 PM... I came back in my room tired and wanted to get some sleep, but then came the cleaning lady. She changed the towels, and left our trash can there. After I informed the receptionist, she told me with an irony: can't you wait 10 minutes? No apologies at all.

The location was very good on a nice street in a nice residential neighborhood. Unfortunately, there is a construction site right across the street which the room faced on, but that will end eventually.

Dacă ajungi după 1.00 AM, paznicul doarme adânc pe canapea și se trezește cu greu. l-am simțit iritat cand l-am trezit și voiam să intru. Și-a ales meserie frumoasă, este plătit si când doarme, cumva mă simțeam vinovat ca ajunga asa târziu :)

- Dr Tamer (6/5): Good location but soooo noisy - It was clean and location good with shops around and easy to walk to chanzlzee Construction in front of the hotel from 7am to 7pm non stop noise which can’t sleep quite at all. And when I complained the reception the director tell me that this is why the price is less because of the noise and that I have to read the reviews before I book the hotel to know about the noise and refused to change the room or even refund me my money to go to other hotel. I don’t recommend to those who want to relax in their vacation

- Iris (7/5): Good location - We enjoyed the location of the hotel. The street features a farmers' market and is conveniently close to various restaurants and pastry shops. Leonie's, which is nearby, is fantastic for croissants. The hotel is within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. The receptionist was very friendly, and while the room was average, the beds were comfortable, and there was a working elevator! There were no sheets on the beds, only a comforter. When I asked for sheets, the person at the desk didn't have the key to access the linen closet. Additionally, the bathroom fan was continuously running, and when we opened the shower door, there was a terrible smell. It seems there is an issue with humidity that should be addressed rather than just relying on the fan to cover it up.
- John (8/5): - Location and price compared to competitors. Staff very willing and helpful. Only stayed in a single room so dont know what a double would be like if stayed with my wife, but willing to give that a go. Possibly there could have been more fresh fruit for breakfast. I do love my bacon and eggs for breakfast when travelling, but realise it may not be possible here. I found the staff lady who looked after the breakfast, very kind and helpful so particularly want to commend her.

- Yann (8/5): - chambre très propre par contre pb d'ascenseur ne permettant pas d'aller au 3ème avec nécessité de d'aller au 5ème puis de descendre par les escaliers jusqu'au 3ème. Personnel très prévenant proposant de porter les bagages pour faire face à cet imprévu. Pas d'avis sur le petit déjeuner car je n'en ai pas pris. La décoration un peu vieillote du hall d'entrée
