• A5211BTjessicam (8/5): Pleasant stay - I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and helped me out by lending me a plug adaptor as I had forgotten to bring one. This was my first trip abroad since having been widowed seven years ago, I was understandably nervous but I was glad to be in this peaceful hotel which is situated on a quiet street in a pleasant area of Paris. This area is a nice choice if you want to surround yourself with Parisians going about their everyday lives rather than be swamped by tourists. My bed was cosy and nice clean sheets everyday. I will return hopefully with my children next time. Thank you all.

• Sarah (4/5): - Noch nie so etwas unseriöses erlebt! Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig und laut. Die Zimmer liegen nahe beieinander und die Wände sind so dünn, dass ich die Gäste nebenan reden hören kann. Die Zimmer liegen nur ein paar wenige Fußschritte vom Fahrstuhl entfernt und man hört ständig Leute im Gang herum laufen. Es ist jetzt zwei Uhr am Morgen und ich kriege kein Auge zu, da ständig Zimmertüren geöffnet und geschlossen werden und Gäste herum laufen. Der Fahrstuhl ist übrigens kaputt und es wurde den ganzen Vormittag und Nachmittag lang, daran gearbeitet. Da der Fahrstuhl zwei Schritte entfernt ist, konnte ich Dank der Lautstärke, nicht einmal ein Telefonat in meinem Zimmer führen. Im übrigen ist das Hotel kein geschlossenes Gebäude sondern wie ein Atrium errichtet. Tritt man vor seine Zimmertür, steht man im Freien und kann in eine Art Innenhof blicken. Da die Türen verzogen sind, zieht es ordentlich und im unbeheizbaren Bad ist es so kalt, dass man mit den Zähnen klappert. Die Sache mit dem Fahrstuhl und der stundenlangen Lärmbelästigung durch die erfolglosen Reparaturversuche, sind wohl eine Sache, eine andere aber, seine Gäste mit sinnlosen Anliegen zu stören. Dazu muss man wissen, dass die Türen kein Guckloch haben und man deshalb nicht sehen kann, wer vor der Tür steht und klopft. Wenn man das Hotel verlässt ( obwohl man noch eingebucht ist ), soll man seinen Zimmerschlüssel abgeben, obwohl man all seine Sachen im Zimmer hat?! Noch NIE erlebt. Total unseriös!

• 739tantos (6/5): Worth the price ! - At first we were a bit worried, since there are many weird comments online. But since we couldn’t find anywhere else as cheap in Paris, we ended up booking it. It turned out to be totally OK ! Room was fine, cleaning lady was nice, and lobby 2/3 lobby guys are nice ! You get what the price is ! Plus good location (3-4 minutes walk to public transport, supermarket and laundry)

• audreyaH5384LX (2/5): ZERO STAR HOTEL!!! TERRIBLE!!! - ZERO STAR HOTEL!!! I travelled with my Husband for our ANNIVERSARY to celebrate and make it magical. I did pre called and emailed the Hotel in advance they ensure we have a nice room. The phone was not working in the room. We reported it to the Reception the Guy did not even bothered to come upstairs to check or do something about it at all the whole time during our stay. 5 days the cleaners never come into the room clean or tidy, myself emptied the bin in the bathroom. WIFI was not working at all. The Television turned into Ghost and every night 2:00AM turned ON with a loud noise automatically. We almost jumped out from bed as it was so scary. We reported it as well to the Reception but the Guy unfortunately did not attend and nothing happened either. The sad part of it, the attitude and mentality for the Receptionist was extremely poor. He did not even put an effort he cares or come and check or apologized or whatsoever. I paid huge amount of money for 5 days stay and also for the facilities. I did not stayed there for charity! I am so upset because the Costumer Service was rubbish and even a Student Accommodation would be look after the Guest especially for a Special event like ours was. To give this 1 star is still not deserved!!!

• GB64 (2/5): Management do not care about you all they want is your money - I booked his hotel on behalf of friends for their wedding present. Our stay would have been on 9.4.2020. Through booking .com. 249 euros for three nights. As I had been looking at many i didn't realise this was a pre pay no change no refund basis. Not a problem we were all set to go eurostar booked etc. Anyhow the lockdown happened. I wrote several emails to the hotel and they ignored them all. I set up a conflict with booking .com and the management of the hotel said tough basically. Due to booking no change no refunds. Despite the fact they could not legally open they have refused any re booking any credit note I fact they have refused to speak to me. I have tried phoning but they are not interested. I'm not bothered about a refund if they only had the courtesy to offer alternative dates. Miserly unfair euro pinching management. Customer service no existent
• I4795DDbrianm (10/5): Very good hotel - I really recommend this hotel to all my friends in New York City, who want to visit Paris for any porpuse, the hotel offers a very nice environment, good price and the staff is very friendly. Also the continental breakfast is for free.
• N1992NLdianap (2/5): The worst hotel I’ve been and here is why - I honestly wanted to leave the hotel without writing any reviews and just forget about it. Damaged walls and a ceiling, poor design, and creepy painting is not the worst you may find in the hotel, but definitely it doesn’t add points to the place. But then I discovered something which changed my mind about that place. 29.05.19 I politely declined an offer of room cleaning services and everything was fine. 30.05.19 when I returned after few hours spent outside, I’ve noticed that my room was cleaned. The problem is, that when I wanted to brush my teeth later that evening, I saw that my personal toothbrush was entangled with hair of two different colors both of which were not mine and there was mud between bristles. I’m very much careful about my hygienic items, because it’s a matter of health. So not to risk I had to throw away my new toothbrush. Hopefully, this place would manage their personal and refurbishment.
• bilyanas2019 (2/5): Ruined Anniversary Trip - Good afternoon, Two months ago we reserved a hotel through your website for our special anniversary. It was supposed to be a wonderful surprise for my family. After I received a confirmation email from you, I called the hotel to confirm everything is fine. I explained to them we have Anniversary, We would like a nice cosy room on a higher floor. Everything looked fine and confirmed. Few days before our arrival I called again the hotel to confirm, that we will arrive around 21:00 p.m. At the day of our arrival, flight was delayed, so I contacted the hotel around lunch time, to explain we are coming, but most probably a bit later. The man at tge reception was not polite. He said our reservation was cancelled because, he couldn't authorized payment through my bank card. I explained that I surely have chosen to pay at the hotel during my reservation. He said we can come anyway. On 27th of March we arrived there around 23:00 p.m. We paid, as we were sure everything looked perfect at the site and we went to the room. I travelled a lot during my life, as I used to be professional tennis player. I saw many hotels and conditions. But this, which my words are not enough, I never faced before. Probably they gave us a staff room. Dirty. Mold. Small. In 15 square was 3 beds and toilet next to them. With a nice view of the basement. At so late time, my daughter was very tired, outside was extremely cold, to go to find other place. We decided after all we will only sleep and go out. Our anniversary was completely ruined. I wish I never organised that trip. In those 3 days, noone of us could take a shower, toilet was absurd. The smell of mold irritated my asthma and lungs. My daughter started allergy caughing. I love Paris. And I really wanted to show the best of it to the people I love most. But unfortunately, reality was different. None of the pictures on the hotel webpage did not even look similar to our room. At the day of our departure we were kicked out of the room at 09:00. Our bags were storaged next to the reception on the floor where people are passing. I can not explain how highly disappointed I am. I attached pictures what we were promised and what we received.
• Andrescg (4/5): Good location, bad installation and service - The staff is not very helpful. The rooms are very old and poor but it’s well located. The prices at the bar depends of who is in charge when you go. we had to change the room and they told us they were going to move our luggage. By the time we arrived at night, the luggage was next to the front desk with our money and passports. Even tough the guy told us it was safe, I didn’t like that.
• O5912ZLfrankc (4/5): It's fine if you are looking to stay in a nice neighborhood and not spend a lot of money. - This hotel is really difficult to review, because it's a mixed bag. There were things about it that were great and things about it that were absolutely deplorable. Let's start with the positive. The people who work there are amazing! They took care of me from the time I made my reservation to the time I checked out. They even accommodated me when my mother's flight got cancelled for no reason and she had to stay a few more nights. The location is also great! You can get to St. Lazare easily from Pont Cardinet. It is just a fantastic location! Now...the cleaning lady needs to be spoken to. She barges into your room whether you are ready for her or not. She even had the nerve to stick her head in and replace the towels in the bathroom when my mother was in the shower. I asked her why and her response was that she finished at 3:00 PM, so if she skips your room, it doesn't get cleaned. There is also no air conditioning, which doesn't bother me, but bothered my American Mother a lot! They also forgot to give us blankets a few times. This hotel has a lot to work out, but on the whole, it was fine. I would stay there again. If you are dying to see Paris and you don't really care about the hotel, I recommend it.
• Kaz1971_11 (6/5): Definitely not a family room but very central - Upon our arrival on a very hot day in July 2018 we were disappointed with the size of the room. It consisted of a double bed and a pull out single for our daughter. This pull out was situated under the long windows meaning that once that it was virtually impossible for her to lie in bed and for us to have the windows open. As there was no air conditioning it left us with a dilemma. The pullout bed was another issue. Made of faux leather (which was peeling off) it got everywhere. It was impossible to sit on the chair without pieces of it coming off and when the bed had to be put back up each morning the floor and sheets was full of the stuff. The bathroom was clean but the shower was lacking any power but it worked. The spiral stairs were an issue for concern as there wasn’t really anywhere to hold onto and very poorly lite. Actually near the ground floor they were t lit at all. Whilst the hotel room was clean and the staff friendly, the best part was the centrality to the Arc du Triumph. It was only a 20 min stroll and from there there were buses etc to the rest of what Paris had to offer.
• Ritmash (2/5): Avoid this lodge - Dear Friends, It was really good that our Paris trip was for just 1 and half day which saved ourselves from staying in this lodge just for 5 hours for sleeping in the night. Worst experience of my life with family. One word - please avoid it
• MArinaS2675 (10/5): Good price/ quality, Very good location - Good quality rooms for that price. Its normali clean comfortable beds and bathroom. I like the place it is not the center of the city but there is many cafes and shops near the hotel for a good breakfast. We find fantastic boulangerie for morning breakfast with croissant and coffee. As I Mention it is not the center of the city, but there is very close to metro and bus stations. By bus you can be near the opera building within 20-25 mins. W have walked from hotel to Montmartre just 35-40 by foot. I recommend the hotel if you wont to pay not much and get good place for sleep, with easy location
• RameshS1243 (2/5): Terrible experience - This is not a hotel rather a lodge.Right from cleanliness to comfort level of the room everything was very bad.People at reception were rude.Kindly avoid this hotel.Staying on the road is a better option
• 960sald (4/5): Not that cheap and not worth it - I was hopeful on arrival. Cute room with nice windows. However the room had huge bits of paint missing and dirty marks on walls. They do supply shower gel and soap which they refill every day. The room has no kettle or fridge. The staff were not that welcoming and sort of got annoyed if you asked for anything. The hotel gets very loud from about 10pm with lots of shouting and doors slamming. Didn't sleep very well at all. The breakfast is also a waste. Go somewhere else!!!! They had stale bread and cereal with no milk (you can ask for it).
