Manager of hotel never took the time to answer my e mail or to compensate me even though I spent thousands of Euro in their hotel . Shame on them . Do not go to this place please. There are better options in the same neighbourhood. AVOID
• Kimberly (10/5): Charming boutique Hotel - This hotel is everything I look for in a boutique hotel. It was perfect and charming in a fantastic neighborhood outside of the heavily tourist areas yet close to a metro station that will get you pretty much anywhere. We stayed for five nights and we were very comfortable. The room while small was clean, perfectly laid out and space used wisely. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. A big thank you to the wonderful front desk staff, especially Masud and Serge, for their professionalism and pleasant demeanor. I appreciate having a staffed front desk at all hours for safety because not all boutique hotels do that. Lastly, the room attendant and house keeping staff do a great job, keeping the property clean and well maintained. Lastly, breakfast is available for guests convenience for €13 and has a wide variety and assortment of food. The area has many restaurants and cafés so you can certainly pick up your own your own food which is what we did most days. I loved coming back to this hotel and neighborhood after a day of adventuring in Paris. The neighborhood is safe with many amenities, restaurants, and, lovely store fronts. Without a doubt, I would stay here again and I highly recommend that you book your stay here as well.
• Gilles (6/5): Sejour moyen + - L'hotel indique avoir un un parking, hors c'est un parking public, payant (28 €/24h00) et situé a 15 minutes a pied. De plus, stationnement très compliqué. Cela n'est pas honnête, c'est une information mensongère. Salle de bain un peu étriquée.

La chambre était néanmoins au calme. Attention, l’hôtel n’a pas de parking. Il faut stationner dans un parking partenaire situé à 5 minutes à pieds.

• Sylvia (8/5): Agréable séjour - Séjour d’une nuit à l’hôtel, particulièrement agréable, notamment grâce aux dames de service, souriantes, accueillantes et avec la volonté de satisfaire le client. Un réceptionniste en revanche très maladroit dans sa communication, avec erreur dans l’attribution de la chambre (chambre ne correspondant pas à celle réservée et remise en question de la réservation effectuée). Toutefois, ce séjour était très bon, l’hôtel est correct, bien situé et le personnel tient à ce que vous passiez un agréable séjour. Merci.

Bemols : réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionne pas (j'en ai besoin et c'est un critère de choix de mes hôtels), et même pas une petite bouilloire pour se faire une boisson chaude (payante à l'accueil).

Elevator is from a past century and even if in Booking they claim is pay on arrival they charge you a full night as a deposit

A special request for check-in was agreed upon and approved by the hotel in advance on the website, but upon arrival we had to wait first until 12.00 and then another 3 hours to check-in. We also booked a room with a view of the garden and the street, but in the end we got a room with a view of the wall, since there were no others, although we booked a specific one. Also, the hotel did not have bathroom amenities (toothpaste and brush).

• L881EUkamilag (2/5): Very bad experience - One of my worst hotel experiences. I was charged twice by mistake, heard apologies and after one week nobody replies to my emails and I still keep waiting for it to be fixed. The same person at the reception keeps apologizing when I call them but does not give me contact details to the manager. If the manager really was informed this is so disrespectful not to respond. The hotel itself is super small with a thin door to the room, needs refreshment and renovation. For a much lower price it would be fine. The way they treat customers is scandalous though.

• DANIELA (6/5): - La posizione è ottima perchè vicina a due linee della metropolitana e anche alla stazione dei treni; se ti piace camminare, puoi raggiungere a piedi anche il centro e Montmartre! Lo staff è sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Devo però far notare che la descrizione della camera non corrisponde alla realtà: non vi è la cassetta di sicurezza né minibar né un distributore di the e caffè gratuito (come si può invece pensare dalle foto e dal testo). Inoltre, la camera doppia superior ha uno stanzino piccolissimo separato con il water senza finestre né ventole per il ricambio dell'aria e dalla parte opposta della camera vi è un'altra parte con solo doccia e lavandino; consiglio quindi una doppia standard e non superior!

• Siria (8/5): - Non mi è piaciuto: quando siamo ritornati la sera in hotel, abbiamo trovato la camera non chiusa a chiave, consiglierei al personale di fare più attenzione. L’assenza del frigo bar in camera, quantomeno sarebbe stato carino avere una bottiglia d’acqua in camera. Non mi dispiacciono gli spazi ristretti però il bagno è davvero minuscolo, più che altro la parte del gambinetto che arrivi a toccare la parete con le gambe. Consiglierei di inserire uno specchio lungo in camera, è scomodo averne solo uno nel bagno. Mi è piaciuto: il personale assolutamente gentile e disponibile. È in una bella zona, vicino a metro, ristoranti ecc. L’estetica dell’hotel in se è abbastanza piacevole. La pulizia è ok.

Possibilità di deposito bagagli il giorno del check-out. Unico difetto: ascensore un po' troppo piccolo se si hanno bagagli ingombranti.
• Susanne (8/5): - Het hotel is een aanrader vanwege de ideale ligging. De kamers zijn heel erg klein en er is geen stopcontact in de badkamer voor een eigen föhn. Daar heb je een adapter voor nodig (erg ouderwets). In de slaapkamer is geen spiegel wat ik ook erg lastig vond immers de badkamer is veel te klein om met twee personen tegelijk te zijn.

Personale molto scortese Colazione pagata a parte per 3 giorni e non è possibile chiedere un caffè espresso perchè a pagamento. Ancora con questa storia "Sono Italiani" !!

• Vincenza (8/5): - Posizionato in un quartiere elegante e tranquillo; benservito di bistrots, ristoranti e negozi di ogni genere, fermate metro e bus. Il personale dell'hotel é stato molto cortese e disponibile alle richieste. La stanza era pulita e veniva riassettata ogni mattina. Lo spazio della stanza era eccessivamente piccolo per 2 persone. Le dimensioni potevano andare bene per una singola. Oltre questo aspetto il resto é stato piacevole e distensivo come deve essere una vacanza di piacere.

• Arnaud (8/5): Manque des équipements - Hôtel confortable et calme mais équipements non conformes au descriptif : nous n’avions pas une chambre familiale mais deux petites chambres communicantes, pas de sèche-cheveux ni coffre-fort alors qu’ils sont mentionnés dans les équipements. Pas de parking à l’hôtel alors qu’il en est mentionné un dans le descriptif (c’était un de nos critères principaux pour faire notre choix d’hôtel !).
• Zoé (4/5): Nul - Accueil sans plus. Nous avions réservé 5 mois en avance pour avoir une chambre pour 4 personnes. Sans nous prévenir, on se retrouve dans 2 petites chambres. Pas de geste commercial et encore moins d'excuses... Une des chambres extrêmement petite, salle de bain avec une odeur d'égouts. Besoin de réclamer des serviettes de toilettes. Petit dej pas essayé mais cela n'avait pas l'air exceptionnel. Pas de clim... Adresse effacée de ma liste de point de chute parisien. Seul point positif : l'emplacement proche du métro. Mais franchement il y avait d'autres hôtels...

• Verified traveler (8/5): Bel hotel bien situépersonnel sympa et accueillant - Sejour chaud pendant la canicule . Juste un ventilateur pour se rafraichir. Difficile de ne pas dormir avec les fenetres ouvertes avec des clients qui font du bruit toute la nuit ( mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel) . Personnel aimable et accueillant.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Passez votre chemin - Le pire rapport qualité-prix de tous nos séjours. Chambre aussi petite que sombre, aucune décoration, aussi accueillante qu’une cellule de prison. Au rez-de-chaussée, avec une minuscule fenêtre voilée qui s’ouvre sur la cours et l’espace petit déjeuner, donc qu’on ne peut pas ouvrir si on veut garder un semblant d’intimité. Isolation phonique absente. Très grosse déception, nous ne reviendrons jamais.

• J.W. (4/5): Teleurstellend - Heel jammer was het dat we na twee nachten moesten verhuizen naar een andere kamer op de 4e verdieping, terwijl we eerst op de1e zaten. Deze nieuwe kamer had nog minder faciliteiten als de 1e kamer...geen opbergruimte en ook geen koelkastje. De eerste kamer zou gerenoveerd worden, maar we zagen gewoon nieuwe gasten in de kamer!!!! Waarom wordt er gelogen daarover? Voor de rest was comfort minimaal! En het ontbijt zou 10 euro per persoon kosten, terwijl op het terrasje ernaast het 5euro70 was.
• Verified traveler (4/5): 本当に寝るだけなら - 寝るだけと思って使ったホテルです。 入口のドアがスリガラスドアで鍵のたてつけが悪く、なかなか開けたり閉めたりできませんでした。入り口を閉めたらカーテンを閉めて中を見えなくする感じです。ドアをあけるといきなり部屋で、ベッドがあり、ベッド横のドアをあけるとトイレとシャワーがあるのですが、けっこうカビ臭い感じでした。冷蔵庫もポットもありませんし、ドライヤーさえもありませんでした。 コスト重視で、寝るだけという割りきりが必要かと思います。

• Tara (2/5): - Worst hotel I’ve stayed at. When I checked in the girl at the desk gave me my room key. When I walked in the room it still hadn’t been cleaned from the night before so then she said “oops, I guess it’s not ready yet. Come back in a little while”. They lock the doors at night. I came back to the hotel around 12:30pm and had to ring the doorbell for someone to let me in. I rang it a few times. Then the doorman came over to let me in with the zipper of his pants undone like he had just put pants on. There were red ants in the bathroom sink. Elevator only holds one person. I left at 6am to catch a flight and I had to wait for someone to unlock the door to let me out. My Uber almost left me because it was taking too long to get out the door of the hotel. 2 star hotel on its best day.
• Ewan (10/5): Beware room 81 - Great location, good ameneties, comfortable bed, good shower, friendly service(except from one guy, who was a bit of a d&$k). The only problem was my room, #81, had no windows, I had to sleep with the door open into.the courtyard to get any air. Despite repeated requests, they would not move me. I guess someone has to have to worst room and if it had been made clear on the booking process that I was getting a room without windows at a discounted price, then I may well have chosen it. As it was, I thought I got yet another bad end of the deal as a solo traveller. Other than that, I thought it was a great hotel for the price.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Toilet smells so bad, there is definitely something wrong with the swage. No space to move around the room. Looks much bigger on the website. Towels and bedding smell bad.
• Rashee (8/5): - The hotel gave me a great experience while enjoying the city. Didn’t have much to offer. But I didn’t really anything from these guys. The staff was excellent in directing me to spots for food and wine!
• Samantha (10/5): Great - Brilliant, lovely hotel, weren’t sure on the honesty bar as advertised and was disappointed to be charged €5 for a bottle of water. I understand you don’t need to provide the water but I wouldn’t charge that much for something you can get for €0.70... and maybe get do not disturb signs as cleaner did come in first day but that didn’t phase us up Or down as end of the day she was only coming in to do her job :) which by the way was put on.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Many stays at Hotel Du Mont Dore - I have stayed in this hotel since August 2000. I have recommended it to my family and friends because of its cleanliness, price and location. I have seen many decorating changes throughout the years. All have been nice. On this visit I reserved a room for my sister and it was very unsatisfactory (#83 by the cafe). It was smelly like sewage, the door did not lock properly and there were no shelves or closet to store her belongings. The opaque glass door allowed too much light in the room, and didn't give her a sense of privacy. There was a lot of remodeling during our stay. My room (#16 or #12) was satisfactory. However I had reserved a twin room, not single bed. It was not available when we arrived. We got a small refund for the difference. I was told our breakfasts were included when I booked the room. When I checked out I was told they were not. I paid for them upon departure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially the young man who checked us in. The rooms were very clean with new linens. The convenience of the airport shuttle was very nice! After all these years, I believe the next time I visit Paris I will choose a different hotel in the same area.

• Mauro (10/5): Good choice, you will not regret. - This hotel is very good, a few blocks from the subway, a few stops from the Louvre Museum. When you make reservations, make sure you request a room next to the elevator or you will have to go up pulling your bags. Also there are two very good restaurants coming out on the left of the Hotel, one block in the same direction there is a store for getting good fruit and wine if you must. Finally, the staff are very helpful and friendly.
• Ece (4/5): - When we arrived, the lobby and garden were in the middle of construction, offering no semblance of comfort or any of the amenities we were promised. Although the first concierge we talked with was incredibly helpful, the rest of the people that we interacted with ranged from apathetic to plain rude (one time the hotel was even locked, a person came by and unlocked it in 5 minutes but when it’s midnight and you want to go home, that’s insane). Rooms are clean and nice, but there was no kitchen facility at all (no fridge or water boiler), the kitchen sink barely ran, and the WiFi struggled to support two people on their phones doing basic functions. Area surrounding the hotel is beautiful & safe and actually one of our favorite Parisian neighborhoods and transport around Paris is incredibly easy due to the proximity of metro stations and bus stops. However, of the 4 days we stayed there, 3 days we opened the elevator door (tiny elevator just as an FYI it’s Paris) and it would be full with cleaning supplies and vacuums. We were on the fourth floor, so this was very annoying on most days until our last day, when we had 3 suitcases and the situation went from annoying to angering. Our stay in Paris was lovely, but a hotel under this much construction should either be closed right now until renovations are over or be offering the guests compensation and/or an alternative method of receiving the amenities they were promised.
• Ms K (8/5): Under renovation, but... - Outstanding staff, really, it’s definitely a hotel I’d book again. Would’ve given it a 5/5, but they were under renovation and it is difficult to review it, however, I heard no construction noise throughout and the public areas were incredibly clean inspite of construction works. This shows how great they are. The area is great if you don’t like to run into too many tourists and the metro (Rome and Place de Clichy) are only 5 min away. There’s also a few shops around with great food offerings (french and international). Brilliant placement!
• Taciana (8/5): Nice location in the city and near to the subway. - I had forgotten my fall jacket in the room. I contacted them through email asking me to send it to me, I would pay for the charge of the courier but I didn’t have any feedback. Very dessapointed.
