- Marcelo (1/5): Check if the refurbishment is concluded - The location The whole hotel is under refurbishment, so it was noisy, and we have to change three times to another room. The washbasin was clogged. The staff helped after many complaints. I thank the owner of the construction company, Mr Gomes, that was there and help us to find a better room.

Comment peut on rester ouvert pendant des travaux importants de rénovation ? Il y avait des ouvriers plein l'hôtel dès 8h00.
Pas de petits déjeuners, la salle était en travaux.
Le sol de la chambre n'a jamais été lavé, c'était sale.
Les serviettes de bain n'étaient jamais remplacées. Il a fallu réclamer chaque jour des serviettes propres.
Pas de sèche-cheveux.
Pas de lampes au niveau de la tête de lit. Il fallait se lever pour éteindre, un seul interrupteur pour la chambre.

In addition, the condition of the room was far below basic standards:
- The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival.
- A mirror was broken, posing a potential safety hazard.
- There was a very strong smell of paint, which was overwhelming and caused discomfort.
- The towels provided were dirty.
- There were no glasses available in the room, making it impossible to use the coffee machine or even have a drink.
And the fridge was making a lot of noise.
Overall, the stay was extremely unpleasant and did not meet the expectations set by the listing on your platform.

- Très proche station métro. Du fait des travaux en cours ( y compris dans les couloirs), il y avait un peu de poussière de chantier dans la chambre mais cela ne durera pas!
Je connaissais le quartier donc pas de surprise mais le soir, il n'est pas forcément bien fréquenté.

- Aniacy0121 (2/5): - Absolutnie nic Budynek w remoncie. Pokoj zupełnie inny niż na zdjęciu. Mieliśmy mieć łóżko małżeńskie tymczasem dostaliśmy dwa łóżka pojedyncze zsunięte ze sobą... Komfort spania był kiepski, łóżka się rozjeżdżały a nawet jak na jedną osobę to łóżko było dość małe... Wybierając hotel kierowaliśmy się głównie wygodnym łóżkiem i czystością a ten obiekt nie spełnił żadnych z tych oczekiwań.
Najbardziej szokujące było dla mnie że dostaliśmy jeden ręcznik dla dwóch osób.
Normalnie nawet dla jednej osoby jeśli obiekt oferuje ręczniki przeznaczone są dwa. Jeden Do ciała i jeden do rąk. Tu mieliśmy jeden do wszystkiego dla dwóch osób na 3, dni. Rano chciałam poprosić o drugi ręcznik ale recepcja była nieczynna, napisałam przez booking prośbę o dołożenie ręcznika pod naszą nie obecność -brak odpowiedzi. W końcu wieczorem poprosiłam w recepcji o dwa ręczniki. Pan łaskawie dał mi jeden tłumacząc coś po francusku niestety nie zrozumiałam dokładnie, ale wystarczająco żeby wiedzieć że nie mam co liczyć na drugi ręcznik. Jakby prosiła o jakieś luksusy. Według mnie pobyt nie była warty nawet połowy swojen ceny. Bardziej to motel niz hotel

Dusche & wc in 2 separaten Räumen - der wc Raum ist super kalt nicht beheizt, Schüssel ist super locker.
Hotel wird gerade renoviert der Flur ist eine Baustelle ebenfalls alles sehr Schmutzig. Morgens um 9uhr gehen die Renovierungsarbeiten los sowie Zimmer Renovierung was relativ laut ist.

Je suis restée 6 nuitées dans la poussière des travaux . Alors ! oui l’hôtel est en pleins travaux le bruit du marteau a 8 h du matin et le marteau piqueur a 8h 30… une expérience affreuse on sortait de la chambre a 9 h pour ne pas subir le bruit et on revenait le soir…. on trouvez la chambre pleine de poussière blanche partout . Toutes les parties communes avec les chambres du 1 et 2 étage étaient en grands travaux. On a demandé à changer le réceptionniste nous a dit qu’il n y’avait pas de chauffage dans les étages plus hauts.

Our room was clean but nowhere else was. Staff were unhelpful - I had lost my passport and couldn’t even direct us to nearest police. It felt very unsafe. Our room was noisy both from outside and inside - some sort of fan but not a/c as we turned that off. The name of the hotel appears to have changed - confusing when we arrived.

J'avais demandé un lit double, mais la chambre avait deux lits simples collés. L'hôtel était en travaux et les équipements étaient assez mal entretenus. La cafetière ne marchait pas. J'ai dû demander à changer de chambre au personnel. Si je ne l'avais pas fait, j'aurais eu la mauvaise chambre.
- Jessica (2/5): - My partner and I stayed 3 nights during the weekday. The front desk us not 24/7 as advertised and very limited hours, no front desk 10pm to 1pm. There are kios machine to check in but it is not a safe hotel. Our first night we noticed no bolt on door, first time i have seen this in all my years of travel and someone used a key card to get in our room at 4am then return 6 hours later but we barricaded the door by this point. There was no one to call so we had to wait until 1pm and front desk resetted our key card and said theyd check camera but assure us we were safe and later said they could not tell who the guy was or how he got access to our room, we were not happy with our stay. This sour our trip and carried our valuables on us at all times. Do not recommend. Buy a door lock if you decide to stay here but id find another hotel instead.

Serviettes tachées ! Pas adaptées pour un hôtel, de différentes couleurs ! On dirait de récupération ! WC séparé sans lavabo , porte sale qui claque fort et reveille tout l’étage la nuit !! Machine à café ok mais pas de tasses pas de capsules de café , ni sucre ni cuillères, ni verres pour l’eau …. Les photos sur le site ne correspondant pas à la réalité surtout la douche ( pour nous c’est la chambre 21)

- kaung Myat (4/5): Not recommended - Nothing I stayed here for 3 nights and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The hotel feels quite old and the service did not meet basic hospitality standards. Towels were not changed daily; instead, I was told to bring them back to reception myself if I wanted clean ones, which is not a professional approach. Toiletries were barely provided—just two very small bars of soap and two single-use shampoo packs for the entire stay. No daily replenishment or room coverage for essentials was offered.
When I tried to raise these concerns at the front desk, the staff member dismissed me and seemed untrained in proper customer service or hospitality. Overall, this hotel needs serious improvement in both facilities and staff training. I would not recommend it unless significant upgrades are made.

The staff is nice. It has construction work which I didn’t see mentioned. Its so empty and doesn’t give that hotel feeling. The building had construction work smell and the elevator is too small.

- Shafaqat (1/5): - Booked through booking. Com and paid upfront for 1 night stay. Paid and confirmed but left let down. Booking.com took payment, and city tax was left to be taken by the hotel. On arrival, we were left to do a self check in, which did not work because the hotel wanted full payment instead of the remaining balance. Tried calling, and twice was cust off while being on hold, emails went unaswerwd and. I was left stranded by this hotel's actions or lack of them. Best not to go there.

When I said I had confirmed a double room, I was told I could leave and find another hotel! They also said most hotels were fully booked. My partner and I were supposed to have a romantic night away in Paris but had no choice but to stay in the twin room. The beds, separated at night. The room was definitely not the one shown in the picture! The corridors and room smelt of cheap sprays. Terrible service. All of the above. The person at the front desk and the manager who was on the phone kept telling us to leave and find another hotel if we were not happy! This was at 10pm at night!

Un client avait oublié sa carte d'accès il crié OPEN THE DOR, ouvre la porte... et personne ne voulait lui ouvrir. La plaisanterie a durée une bonne demi-heure et comme il n'y avait personne à l’accueil, personne n'a pu intervenir.

- Mohamad (6/5): Ok stay, for spend all day outside room - Easy and quick check-in process, near to Crimee metro station, I liked the bed mattress The room was very small. The bathroom was split, with the bathtub and sink on one side of the room, while the toilet was on the other side, which I have never seen and you have to cross the room to move from to. finally the rooms seems not to be soundproof

- Leah (9/5): Easy to stay and a good location for concert goers - The hotel was very close to CENTQUATRE, which is why we chose it. It was easy to get in and out, and pretty quiet at night. We were right around the corner from a grocery store, boulangerie, and a metro stop. Wish there was a “don’t disturb” card, just because we don’t need our rooms straightened every day. Also would request some hooks near the door for coats and bags (not a flaw, just wish more places had them).

- Claudia (5/5): Nothing worked. - We got a double bed but we booked a twin bed room. So dirty. Neighborhood was very good, only reason to sleep there. Dirty, receptionist don’t speak English. Door is open the whole night, no security. No elevator at night, electricity is not working.

- Isidoros (4/5): The only bad parentheses of our Paris trip. - Nothing Filthy corridors, filthy bathroom with towels only for one person. At least it had hot water. No working internet for the whole first day and without a card to enter the room till midnight on first day.

- Giuseppe (2/5): Very poor - It was close to the metro station The pictures online are nothing like the reality. The rooms are very old and dirty. The bathrooms are unclean with mould. The hallways are dusty and all the carpets are torn. We had to move rooms because it smelled so bad of cigarettes. I was also charged for 2 nights tax even though i only stayed for one night. Overall a disappointing stay sadly.
- Amika (1/5): Avoid! - The exit The hotel was not as described. The name advertised on booking.com didn’t match with that of the hotel exterior. The room was dirty; covered in mould and dust. The leg of the bed was broken and to sleep on would mean it collapsing on you. Stains on bed and bedbugs. Hotel not responsive to customer queries and will not respond to booking.com. Didn’t end up staying and had to book another hotel at 10pm because booking.com would not help with the problem leaving female travellers scrambling to find an alternative on the streets of Paris. Refund still refused because the hotel won’t respond to booking.com or myself. Avoid this hotel at all cost
- Christiana (1/5): Horrific - total garbage place. DO NOT GO HERE. Awaiting our refund. - Nothing at all, this is the worst hotel I have ever stepped foot in. Everything - it was a scam hotel, not as advertised at all. Dirty, covered in dust, broken mirror and fixtures. The bed was small and the room did not look like what we had reserved. We could not even lock our door as we were not given our own key. Terrible place! We did not even stay, left immediately. It seemed very unsafe.
