- Ursula (9/5): Gerne wieder - Das Hotel liegt in guter Gehdistanz vom Bahnhof. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, ich konnte meinen Koffer vor der Checkin-Zeit bereits deponieren und er wurde mir ins Zimmer getragen, als dieses bereit war. Das Zimmer war sauber und auch das externe Bad makellos.

- Valeriia (10/5): Все чудово. Тихе, спокійне та затишне місце з дуже привітними господарями. - Все було на вищому рівні. Апартаменти у справжньому Венеціанському стилі, дуже гарно, зі смаком та продумано для комфорту. В номері є все необхідне: чашки, чайник, кавоварка, кружечки, холодильник, рушники та банні халати. Все дуже чисто. Ванна кімната була окремо на поверсі поряд із нашим номером і вона була тільки для нас (не знаю чи завжди так, чи це нам просто пощастило). Розташування 7 хвилин до головної площі, звідки можна сісти на вапаретто, потяг або автобус. Дуже привітний господар. Як почули, що ми вперше в Венеції, подарували нам карту міста та пояснили англійською що, де та коли з визначних памʼяток краще подивитись. Сніданок був різноманітний, нам дали меню і ми з нього могли обрати що завгодно за ціною, яка включена у ціну проживання. Були додаткові страви за 4€ доплати, але страв без додаткової оплати було набагато більше і цим цілком можна наїстися. Все було смачно. Також перед заселенням нам прислали детальну інструкцію як дістатись до готелю та пояснили як звільнитись від сплати збору за відвідування міста. Окрема вдячність, за те, що нам дозволили залишити наші речі у готелі до вечора без будь-якої оплати, щоб ми могли спокійно прогулятись містом. Рекомендую від щирого серця! Все сподобалось.

- Jarosław (9/5): Pobyt był bardzo udany. - W obiekcie byliśmy kilka dni. Lokalizacja obiektu jest bardzo dobra. Znajduje się niedaleko dworca autobusowego (przejście z walizkami nie jest problemem). W pobliżu znajduje się przystanek tramwaju wodnego, z którego często odpływają tramwaje w kierunku Placu Św. Marka albo Mostu Rialto i dalej w kierunku dworca autobusowego. Gospodarze i obsługa obiektu są bardzo mili, uprzejmi i służący pomocą. Obiekt oferuje również śniadania (od godziny 8:00), które bardzo polecamy, bo oferta śniadaniowa jest urozmaicona, a przygotowane dania smaczne. Po takim śniadaniu z przyjemnością można było zwiedzać Wenecję. Pokój był bardzo czysty, ciepły (byliśmy w pierwszej połowie kwietnia) i bardzo ładnie urządzony. W obiekcie jest przytulnie, panuje cisza i spokój. Bardzo polecamy ten obiekt. Wszystko się podobało.

- Christiane (9/5): Liebevoll und persönlich geführtes kleines Hotel in perfekter Lage. - Sehr nette Gastgeber und ein sehr persönliche Atmosphäre durch den Familienbetrieb. Das Frühstück wurde den Wünschen entsprechend persönlich zubereitet. Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Es sind quasi 10 Minuten Fußweg zu jedem Punkt in Venedig aber fern der sehr lauten und vollen Straßen bzw. Plätze der Stadt. Bad war etwas klein aber ok.

- Émilie (2/5): Impossible de dormir, c'est pourtant le minimum pour un hotel. - Nous avons aimé la gentillesse du personnel et le petit-déjeuner qui est très copieux. Hélas, il n'y a pas d'autre atout, l'avis pour cet hôtel est très négatif : bruit, salle de bain... Je ne le recommande pas du tout. Presque tout, c'est la première fois que cela arrive. Je n'aime pas écrire des avis négatifs, mais je souhaite prévenir les autres voyageurs. Cet hôtel est très mal insonorisé de chambres à chambre sur le coté comme au plafond. Nous entendions tous les voisins de chambre jusqu'à minuit minimum, vous êtes dans votre lit et vous avez l'impression que quelqu'un parle dans votre chambre. Nous avons eu droit à l'ensemble des conversations d'un couple au téléphone malgré nos demandes de ne plus faire de bruit après 22h, rien n'a changé. Si un voisin de chambre va au toilettes à 4h du matin, vous entendez tout !!!! Nous avons très mal dormi, c'était épuisant. Les lits ne sont pas de bonne qualité, la salle de bain de la chambre familiale est dans le couloir, et l'accès à la douche est très étroit. Quand une autre personne dans l’hôtel se douche, il y a une baisse de pression et d'eau chaude.

- Tamara (10/5): This place is totally charming, located in the beautiful sestiere Santa Croce. - We loved this Bed and Breakfast hotel: it was a truly authentic Venetian experience – a historical building, delicious home made breakfast, and exceptionally welcoming Italian hosts. We dined in an Osteria recommended by the host, and we had an absolutely delicious meal with the local vibe. The only problem that I had was related to my difficulty sleeping without AC when it is rather warm outside. It is my personal preference, and it was unrealistic to expect the working AC in the early spring. I only mention this because if you are one of those people like me who need to be very cool in their sleep, then it may be a good idea to travel here during colder months.

- Cecile (10/5): Avis Cornille - Hotel à taille humaine (tres peu de chambres) comme si nous etions à la maison avec une chambre standard tres grande, dans une décoration typiquement italienne ! Hôtel se trouvant dans une petite rue, donc tres au calme mais à quelques mètres de beaucoup de commodités (vaporetto, commerces, restaurants...) Le personnel, et plus particulièrement le gérant, sont au petits soins que ce soit avant notre arrivée par mail ou whatsapp pour nous faciliter notre séjour et repondre a nos questions; ou sur place. Les petits déjeuners sont divins avec chaque matin la pensee personnalisée du jour pour bien démarrer la journee. Le petit déjeuner est du fait maison, à volonté et nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir profiter d'être sur le balcon chaque matin. Les hôtes veillent à une tres belle décoration, parfums d'ambiance et facilités d'accès avec codes et clés pout qu'on se sente comme à la maison. Nous ne pouvons que recommander d'y séjourner les yeux fermés ! Aucune amélioration à suggérer c'était parfait

- Sanjiv (9/5): Great option with good location for Venice - The location is convenient - close to the train station (you can walk to the property) and 30 mins walk to San Marco's Square. The breakfast was fantastic. The management and staff was very helpful. There are some great Cicceterias around (Archicceti Bakaro is around the corner) The room was quite cramped - but that is to be expected in Venice

- Ivana (10/5): - If you are looking for a modern, white hotel, this is not the place. Ca'riza is a home, a place where you are welcomed with a smile and kind words. Every day the sheets are tightened and the room is cleaned, towels are changed. The location is perfect, in a quiet place, without noise. Excellent à la carte breakfast. For St. Mark's Day, the owner of the hotel gave me a red rose (Venetian tradition), and on departure, I got a Venetian mask. Wonderful, thanks for everything!

- Kateryna (8/5): - за два кроки від станції, недалеко від Сан-Марко, сам готельчик затишний та чистий. в номері були чай та кава, нам одразу принесли графін з водою. співробітники дуже люб'язні та привітні, подарували дуже цікаву карту міста, допомогли з логістикою маршруту. сходи нагору (до номерів і до вітальні зі сніданком) дуже круті, для мене це було додатковою "родзинкою", але варто брати це до уваги. сніданок влаштований таким чином, що треба спочатку зробити замовлення по "меню", а потім рандомно приносять кожну позицію окремо. столик на двох дуже маленький, для цих числених тарілок немає місця, тож довелося "грати в "тетріс" деякі замовлені позиції спочатку забули принести, але врешті решт ми спробували все, що планували.

- Mariia (8/5): Good location and friendly staff, but simple accommodation - The location is very convenient for exploring Venice. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I received a nice complimentary croissant upon arrival. The room had useful amenities like a capsule coffee machine, kettle, and fridge, as well as a private sink. The bed linen was clean, and slippers were provided. There was also a nice view from the window. The overall experience was quite mixed. The room looks similar to the photos, but in reality it feels more basic and a bit cheaper in reality. The room is quite small and there is no wardrobe, which can be a bit inconvenient. The bathroom and toilet are shared. There was also some humidity in the room, so it was more comfortable to keep the window open (possibly typical for Venice). Breakfast could be improved, while there is some variety, the menu has no pictures which makes it harder to choose, and most hot dishes like omelettes are available at an extra cost, with only boiled eggs included.

Das Frühstück war großartig und Daniele und seins Mitstreiter sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist etwas dunkel, aber tagsüber haben wir uns dort auch nicht aufgehalten. daher egal...
