- laetitia (1/5): A fuir - L emplacement Hôtel que je ne recommande absolument pas. Nous avions réservé une suite pour 4 nuits (environ 1500 €) et nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit normale. L’hôtel est situé à côté du bar Move On, qui possède également un étage situé juste en dessous de nos chambres. Chaque nuit jusqu’à 2h du matin... même si l horaire indiqué sur internet est différent, la musique résonnait dans notre chambre comme si nous étions dans le bar lui-même. L’insonorisation est tout simplement inexistante. Du sol et des murs.... des vibrations persistantes. Chaque soir ey de la musique tres claire à l oreille.... À cela s’ajoute la présence de groupes de touristes très alcoolisés, faisant la fête sur la terrasse du bar donc au pied de notre immeuble. criant et perturbant totalement le calme. Résultat : quasiment 3 nuits blanches. Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème, la seule réponse du manager a été de nous conseiller des boules Quies… et pourtant nous sommes allés à 1heure du matin voir le bar pour demander de baisser la musique, nous les avons appelé egalement. Sans succès pendant tout notre sejour Et sachez que nous sommes pourtant tres patients.Une réaction totalement inacceptable face à une situation aussi pénalisante. Autre point choquant : aucune serrure ni clé dans les chambres ni dans la salle de bain, alors que nous étions en famille avec deux chambres dans la suite. Cela pose un réel problème d’intimité.un cafard dans notre salle de bain ... Enfin, notre suite était mitoyenne avec une autre chambre, séparée par un mur extrêmement fin. Dès 7h du matin, nous entendions parfaitement les voisins comme s’ils étaient dans notre chambre. Ce type d’hébergement ne devrait tout simplement pas être proposé aux touristes. C’est lamentable. À fuir absolument.

- Bas (9/5): Prachtige locatie midden in Florence - Mooiste ligging van Florence met uitzicht op de Duomo! Door de ligging heb je wel wat geluid van de straat. En onze 2e dag was het ontbijt om 9u al op (geen eieren meer, weinig keuze broodjes).
- Andrea (7/5): B&B con una delle migliori viste, essenziale e senza pretese - Vista clamorosa, davvero una delle migliori che si possano avere al mattino dopo essersi svegliati. Colazione discreta in base a quanto prevede la qualità del b&b di base. La camera è piccola ma per dormire e riposarsi una notte va bene. La chicca di base resta la vista quindi bisogna essere disposti ad accettare il compromesso. Purtroppo prima del nostro soggiorno si è verificato un brutto temporale che ha messo fuori uso l'antenna e di conseguenza la TV, che non era disponibile. Peccato perchè era davvero una bella tv posizionata bene. C'erano pochi asciugamano nel bagno per la doccia ma immagino bastasse chiederli.

- Kathleen (8/5): A room with a view! - This was a great location with a fabulous view of the Duomo. It was right in the heart of Florence. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a 4:15 am taxi for us. There was a great breakfast served every morning. I'd forgotten how loud the bells were! The elevator was being repaired so that was a bummer, although they had alerted us about this happening weeks before we arrived.

- Chunjung (5/5): I had a bittersweet stay at this B&B. Let’s start with the positives: the location is superb, situated right next to - Title: Excellent Location and Staff. My biggest concern was a frightening security incident and the host's subsequent handling of it. Around 6:00 AM on my second morning, someone began banging aggressively on my door. It was a terrifying experience that left me feeling very unsafe. When I reported this, the host was quite dismissive, treating it as a minor mistake rather than a serious disturbance. This "brushed-off" attitude was highly unprofessional and made it impossible for me to sleep soundly for the rest of my trip. While the property is beautiful, the lack of concern for guest safety was deeply disappointing.

Ele nos deu dicas , brincou com a gente logo na chegada , parecia que nos conhecia há anos. Temos fotos e vídeos com ele e estamos devendo uma camisa do Brasil que em breve chegará até a ele!! Very good breakfast-eggs, filled croissants, ham, cheese, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, and more. Large room with 2 full bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Το πρωινό ουσιαστικά ήταν ο,τι προλάβεις, άπαξ και άδειαζε κάτι απλά δεν ανανεωνόταν ποτέ. Αν το ήξερα δεν θα το πλήρωνα με τίποτα.

- Nicole (7/5): - Muy buena ubicación, muy amplio para 4 personas, el personal era bastante amigable y preocupado, contaba con toallas y jabón en los baños. Era un edificio antiguo y pese a que fue remodelado tenia un olor a humeda muy fuerte en algunas habitaciones y manchas de filtraciones en los baños.
- Nanukashvili (8/5): Normal hotel with great location! - It has a great location, right on the square in front of Santa Maria del Fiore. It is clean, with comfy beds. The staff is very helpful and welcoming! There were stairs inside the room and we need to climb them to get from beds to the bathroom and the breakfast was very poor!

- Marisa (10/5): Perfect location. Perfect stay, would stay there again. - Could not have asked for a better location. Right in the heart of Florence, with a bedroom view of the Baptistry and the Duomo itself, Santa Maria del Fiore. Perfect. The room was well equipped, and the bathroom was luxurious. Would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was great too. Check in was easy and access to all floors with lift. Nothing really

A questão do check-in é um pouco confusa, como não tem recepção 24 horas é bom o hotel combinar bem essa questão do check-in pois não tem como entrar no prédio sem a senha da porta principal. No mais tudo certo.p
- PAOLO (8/5): Bellissimo e comodissimo per la posizione del B&B - Soprattutto la posizione e la disponibilità organizzativa sia all’arrivo che alla partenza per i bagagli di viaggio. Abbiamo avuto seri problemi all’arrivo perché per un guasto pubblico non c’era acqua nel B&B poi però in serata tutto era risolto e la mattina dopo era disponibile anche l’acqua calda !

- Martina (10/5): Soggiorno romantico con vista!!! - Ottima posizione e vista sulla Cattedrale e il Battistero, a pochi passi da qualsiasi attrazione, camera pulita e tutto lo staff molto molto disponibile! Marce è stato un host meraviglioso ❤️ Si potrebbe rinfrescare un po’ la pittura sulle pareti

- DENİZ (9/5): mükemmel - Otelin konumu daha iyi bir yerde olamazdı.Kaldığımız oda mükemmel Duomo manzaralıydı ,müthiş bir deneyim oldu.Daniella çok ilgiliydi,Şehir hakkında bize verdiği bilgilerle rehberlik yaptı diyebilirim.Otel konusunda çok pimpirikli biri olarak kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Kahvaltısı çok zayıf ama çok da önemsemedik zaten locallerde yemek istiyorduk.Çocuku aileler için zor olabilir sadecE.
