• Karin (8/5): Nice stay close to main centre and beaches - The room was quiet, had a nice size, a great large and comfy bed. Also shower was fine and many different TV stations when I could not sleep. The room also had wonderful view. The Soho staff was always friendly and welcoming. All basically was nice, only the flooring looks a little used. Unfortunately, I could not see the roof top terrasse, because during my two free evenings, it was closed, and during the last day, before leaving, it opened too late.

• Iva (9/5): Pleasant stay in the heart of Malaga - The location of the hotel is central, but the street is quiet. The room was all right in terms of space and clean. The staff was helpful about the hotel questions and directions in the city.

Toilets were incredibly clean and had all the amenities you needed. Beds were comfy View from the window wasn't very appealing as the hotel is located on a back street with little views

• Valentine (2/5): Ne vaut pas le prix - Ce n'est pas du tout un hotel 4 étoiles. Je ne comprends pas les commentaires précédents. Chambre hors de prix par rapport aux prestations offertes. Si l'hotel est assez bien situé, il est mal entretenu et mal rénové, nous avons été dès notre arrivée surpris par l'état général de l'établissement. Notre chambre était plutot spacieuse, et propre mais mal insonorisée. Beaucoup de bruit de couloir, avec une porte qui ne se fermait pas tout à fait (environ 2cm de vide sous la porte). Salle de bain pas pratique: aucune tablette pour poser ses affaires, juste une chaise dans un coin de la douche, miroir sur le point de tomber du mur, pas de kit de courtoisie, chasse d'eau qui fuit, plomberie vétuste, ventilation qui ne fonctionne pas. J'exagère pas. Impossible de faire fonctionner la climatisation. La TV ne marchait pas, une lampe de chevet était cassée. Les bouteilles d'eau à disposition entre autre pour la machine à café ne sont pas remplacées. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est servi sur des tables minuscules dans le lobby. C'est très sombre et pas franchement agréable. Peu de choix pour un 4 étoiles, mais c'était bon. Gros problème de nettoyage des verres, trace de rouge à lèvres et reste de jus de fruits visibles. Ca commence à faire beaucoup. Personnel peu agréable faisant le minimum. Au vu du prix de la chambre, ce n'est pas normal. Ayant séjourné dans d'autres établissements de même catégorie de la région, mieux vaut passer son chemin. Ce n'est pas les hotels qui manquent sur Malaga. Dommage. On nous promet un garage qui n'existe pas. Enfin si, il existe mais il est tout petit et déjà occupé par des véhicules utilitaires. Heureusement, l'hotel a un accord avec un parking situé 2 rues plus loin. Mais que se passe-t-il quand ce parking est complet (ce qui était le cas à notre départ) ??? Nous avions choisi cet établissement pour son parking et son emplacement.

Custo-benefício 10 Garagem cara- 18euros por noite.

• MARINA (10/5): Agradable - Todo estaba bien, no tomamos desayuno, en los alrededores hay muchos restaurantes y bares para desayunar , El parking es muy pequeño, si hay algunos coches aparcados, apenas hay espacio para maniobrar y poder salir, ademas había carros como los de la ropa sucia y motos que se veían que no se estaban usando, con lo q costaba hacer más las maniobras de entrar y salir a la plaza de garaje

Erg krappe kamers, afgelegen locatie, bovengemiddelde prijs en ook nog eens onbehulpzaam personeel... We zijn na één nacht vertrokken en hebben een ander hotel geboekt in de binnenstad Locatie, krapte van de kamers, prijs. Rigide houding van personeel, zelfs een simpele koffie in de ochtend is niet te krijgen tenzij het hele ontbijtbuffet wordt genomen.

• James (4/5): Great location, aircon doesn’t really work. - Great location to the old town on foot and easy to get to if your driving to the hotel and parking there. The hotel have a central heating/aircon system so during our stay on the Easter weekend their system is still set to hot so there is no way too cool the room unless you open a window but we found it quite loud outside. They did move us to a different room after the first night which was slightly better. Also the beds are extremely hard.
