- Halime (7/5): central location - The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the tram stop. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff were respectful and decent people. The rooms are very small. We deliberately booked a four-person room hoping for a larger one, but we weren't. Daily water should be provided, but it wasn't. I still find this strange. The toilet in the room's bathroom is absolutely unsuitable for human use. They've combined the sink and toilet. It's definitely terrible. Room 32 is like this.

- Johan (6/5): Buen hotel pero con inconvenientes cuando llegamos a recibir la habitación. - La cercanía a estaciones de bus y tranvía. Cuando llegamos no tenían el tipo de habitación que habíamos reservado, tenían una inferior, lo que no correspondía según nuestra reserva, además no pudieron ayudar a entregarnos la habitación que habíamos pagado sino al siguiente día.

- Edoardo (6/5): Decente - La struttura si trova in una via tranquilla non lontano dal centro e dalla fermata del tram. Le camere sono essenziali , ma alla fine ci sta tutto quelle che serve. La struttura è abbastanza vecchiotta, hanno rinnovato alcune cose, ma non tutto. Purtroppo si sente molto il rumore del tram nonostante non sia proprio davanti. Tra una camera e l’altra si sentono tutti i rumori, dovrebbero insonorizzarle. Ho avuto la spiacevole esperienza di essere svegliato dalle urla di due ragazze americane ubriache che hanno disturbato per un bel po’ il riposo di tutti.

- Rocargento (8/5): Bien - La ubicación muy buena, las habitaciones son cómodas salvo el baño. La habitación daba a un patio interno. Nos cobraron una tasa turística de 7.25 euros por noche y por persona, lo que encarece mucho la estadía. Dicha tasa nos enteramos recién al hacer el check-in. Incomodísimo el inodoro en el baño, literalmente no te podías sentar sin tocar con las piernas la pared, muy mal.

The room was clean, exactly as pictured, so I didn't have any problems in that regard. However, I don't know if I'll come back again. I was dissatisfied with the room; it was very noisy. - corinne (10/5): - Tout est en adéquation avec les tarifs. Le personnel fait tout son possible pour nous satisfaire. Le seul reproche, mais qui n est pas dû à l hôtel, c est le monsieur âgé du parking corridori avec qui il travaille, un désastre. Raciste envers les français, à fermer le parking toute une après-midi, qui n arrivait pas à faire fonctionner son Tpe pour paiement cb, n a pas fait de remise pour l après-midi facturer alors qu il était fermé, m a fait perdre 3/4 h et voulait que j aille chercher des espèces. Très mauvais parking, c était la 2ème fois que j y étais, mais plus de 3eme. Cherchez un autre parking.

- Fabio (10/5): Weekend a Milano - Comoda posizione , con personale molto gentile , e simpatica. La struttura molto pulita ed accogliente , silenziosa e comoda sia con il parcheggio ( a 10 Min. Un parcheggio convenzionato) che con la posizione prossima alla zona centrale. Date le dimensioni , ma ciò è una questione di struttura e dimensioni, il bagno risulta un po' scomodo e l'acqua calda non bastava per due docce , però nel complesso molto valido

- Jennifer (3/5): I would not recommend this hotel! Pay the extra to stay somewhere else! - Nothing The room was extremely HOT and the front desk would not give us the remote for the AC unit. We had to sleep with the windows open and the street sweeper woke us up at midnight so we shut the window. The room was unbearable! I am a small woman and had a hard time fitting in the shower it was so small. The location is off the beaten path. We asked if we could store our luggage until the room was ready and we were told to leave it in the lobby in the corner which did not feel secure. Overall, completely dissatisfied!

Pagamos el desayuno y había que salir del hotel a un bar de la esquina que no tenía reservado un lugar para el desayuno del hotel, estaba lleno de gente y me tuve que sentar afuera a las 8am con frío. La habitación normal pero el baño un desastre. No habia lugar entre el inodoro y la bacha para lavar manos, cero cómodo para personas grandotas como fue el caso de mi papá. Demasiado caro para las instalaciones que ofrecen.
