For example, when I asked them to clean the shower head, they took c - We were forced to book this property last minute because Booking.com cancelled our original reservation without relocation, and we had no choice but to stay here. Unfortunately, for the price of over €1,000, the room was not clean at check-in and did not meet expectations. After checkout, I requested an invoice so I could provide it to Booking.com for compensation, but I haven’t received any response. Overall, a very stressful and disappointing experience.

• Mercedes (3/5): - Nada El baño bastante precario y solo tenían agua fría. Se informó y no fueron capaces de arreglarlo en dos días. Al tercero sin agua caliente y abandonamos la habitación y pedimos la devolución de esa noche por no poder ofrecer lo ofertado. Devolvieron parte en efectivo. Lamentable. No entiendo como han obtenido licencia.
• maria (1/5): Χάλια! - Δεν μας άρεσε τίποτα! Καμία σχέση η πραγματικότητα με τις φωτογραφίες που υπήρχαν στο booking! Ήταν πολύ βρόμικο και με το που μπήκαμε μέσα στο δωμάτιο φύγαμε αμέσως! Λεκέδες στο πάπλωμα, υγρασία, μούχλα και λερωμένοι τοίχοι! Τράβηξαν αμέσως τα χρήματα και δεν έγινε καμία επιστροφή παρ’ όλο που δεν μείναμε ούτε ένα λεπτό εκεί! Οταν κάναμε παράπονο και επικοινώνησε η booking μαζί τους, τους είπαν ψέματα ότι ζητήσαμε τα λεφτά πίσω γιατί θέλαμε τελικά να πάμε σε άλλη πόλη!

• Joan (9/5): Excellent property with a good working staff! - -Good staff who were very cooperative in trying to help solve a travel problem -good location snaking it easy to find the place and also allowing for quick departures -it’s located in one of Rome’s older esta shed buildings, but kept very clean. I would stay here again and would recommend it to friends. Nothing I could think of

• Regina (9/5): Tai puikus variantas, jei reikia nakvynių Romos centre. Neįprastai tylus kiemas, paslaugus personala - Tai jaukus butas su keliais kambariais, dauguma patogumų kambariuose. Tik vienas kambarys turėjo patogumus koridoriue. Švaru, atnaujinta. Gerus ir pigius pusryčius galima gauti tiesiog priešais įėjimą esančiame bare. Vakare - vakarieniauti taip pat galima toje pačioje gatvėje esančiuose restoranuose. Puikus Romos rajonas prie Termini stoties :) Sunkoka rasti įėjimą, kai eini pirmą kartą. Gatvėje nėra aiškios iškabos, bet šeiminkas greitai atsiliepia telefonu ir paaiškina, kaip rasti gyvenamą vietą.

We checked in later than 10 pm and were able to keep our luggage after check out . Would help a lot if check -in and check -out would follow international norms: 2pm check in and 12pm check out.

• Clara (5/5): - Staff was kind and it is just a few minutes from the main train station There are several units/guesthouses all in the same building and you book in one but you can stay in any of them (we booked at Oasi and we ended up in Piumith) - so photos are not accurate. The place can be cleaner, my husband walked on the floor with his socks and they got black. Definitely the price is way too high for the place.

Ese era el supuesto TV. No tenía ninguna comodidad. No regresaría no me sentí segura. No logré dormir bien. No lo recomiendo definitivamente. 👎🏻

Un emplacement idéal, plusieurs restaurants se trouvent dans les environsx Le personnel de ce guest house n’est pas très disponible. Nous n’avons pas réussi a les joindre le jour de notre arrivée, ils n’ont pas répondu a nos messages sur booking… cependant une fois en face de vous ils sont gentils.

Buen aire acondicionado Al menos nuestra habitación, ni por cercanía era como las fotos publicadas. No tenía luz de cama, sino solo una luz general. El TV de 20 pulgadas imposible de ver. El wifi no funcionaba y la señal de celular era de solo una línea. No tenía jabón (solo shampoo). Por último tuve una mala experiencia con mi hija de 19 años cuando le dimos la mano al host, le pasó el dedo por la palma de la mano. Me enteré cuando el muchacho salió, sino la cosa terminaba mal. No volvería.

Oda çok temizdi tam olarak fiyat performans bir konaklama diyebiliriz Konumı biraz ürkütücüydü ama genelde oteller vardı etrafta. Onun dışında odanın önünce gece yarısı çok gürültü oldu buda uykumuzun sık sık bölinmesine sebeb oldu ama genel olarak beğendim.

• Ena (4/5): Disappointing - The host did try to solve the problem of a room that we got and we didn’t booked. Actually it doesn’t look like in pictures. It is really full of mould, beds are falling apart and walls also. It is clean although. We got some old room by mistake when we came and it was really bad. The next day they gave us a new room. First on the second floor (where rooms are really, really nice and clean and even with new furniture) but after few minutes we needed to left this room and go in another building in different room. Every time with our 3 suitcases on 36 degrees. The new room was also not something better than the old one. Anyway I would recommend that you carefully choose rooms. If we stayed in room what we got the second time I would be really happy. Neighbourhood is really sketchy and after 10 pm we were not gladly outside. But in a day time full of life and interesting. The service people were very nice.

Response to question was slow or not at all, as a result, could not locate the reception to check in and had to make an international call to the property. No one came out to meet us even though they said they would. Ended up had to ask a cleaner for directions. Housekeeping was done only once during the entire stay. Comforter was found with stains. Water pressure was weak. Hook in the toilet fell off the wall but was not fixed.

The hotel was noisy and onder the beds were a lot of dust. Facilities also werent good, schampo wasnt realy ment for waching hairs and body.

Staff are very accomodating they even give me the room with inside bathroom and you can leave your things to the reception if your flight is later on that day. Overall is good experience.

I would improve two things, the shower pressure is a bit weak. Being divided into rooms, the problem is that the walls are a bit thin and you can hear the door. But the rest is fine.

A special mention goes to the front desk administrator. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch his name, but he truly made our stay exceptional. He was professional, kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He’s a true asset to the hotel, and his warm and soulful attitude made a lasting impression on us. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back. The only downside was the broken kettle it didn’t work.
