Mariana (5/5): GRANDE DECEPÇÃO!!!! - Na acomodação gostei da localização e da atendente da recepção principal. Muito simpática e solicita em sempre querer nos ajudar. O café da manhã também era muito bom! Infelizmente o local precisa de uma reforma urgente, durante minha viagem na Itália escolhi esse hotel justamente porque devido ao preço achei que teria conforto. GRANDE ENGANO. As janelas precisam de manutenção , então ficam um pouco aberta o que facilitou a entrada de mosquitos, o papel higiênico era HORROROSO, da pior qualidade que existe, tive que usar um que eu sempre levo de reserva. Uma vergonha o hotel oferecer esse tipo de papel higiênico. O ar condicionado simplesmente não gelava, tentamos de tudo e nada. Tenho forte alergia a poeira e tive crises de alergia durante minha estadia, tive que ser medicada pra conseguir dormir. O barulho da rua parece que está dentro do quarto, como as janelas não fechavam direito então o som ficava muito alto no quarto, a rua é extremamente barulhenta. Foi um hotel muito muito ruim mesmo, uma grande decepção!! Esqueci de mencionar que meu marido é bem alto e grande e teve dificuldade para sentar no vaso que ficava em um espaço apertado entre o box e a parede.

En particulier la jeune fille de la réception et la dame du petit déjeuner qui ont été très professionnelles et d’une véritable gentillesse. Un réel plaisir d’avoir eu affaire à elles. Impossible d’ouvrir les volets à cause de la moustiquaire non amovible. Beaucoup de moustiques alors que les fenêtres restaient fermées. Matelas très dur. L’isolation de l’hôtel face aux bruits extérieurs est à revoir, ainsi que l’insonorisation des chambres. Nous avons sérieusement subi les bruits extérieurs et intérieurs pendant notre séjour.

Colazione normale la nostra finestra dava su un cortile interno con odori di ristorante e ventole un po' rumorose. Per chiudere le persiane si è rotta la zanzariera, che a sua volta impediva la chiusura della finestra. risultato: abbiamo passato una notte assalite dalle zanzare.

Grzegorz (3/5): Nie polecam tego hotelu nikomu! - dobra lokalizacja i codzienne sprzątanie pokoju - to wszystko co można napisać dobrego o tym hoteliku oszustwo przy odbiorze pokoju - zamiast rodzinnego dużego de lux wcisnęli nam żałośnie mały pokój (patrz zdjęcia), brak windy, strome śliskie schody, bardzo niski ogólny standard całości, śmiesznie mała strefa na śniadania - ludzie nie mają gdzie siedzieć, są upchanie jak sardynki (patrz zdjęcia), słabe śniadania typowo na słodko - to jest już czysta złośliwość żeby nie położyć na talerzyku plasterków pomidora czy ogórka!, okna wychodzą do wewnątrz gdzie na dole są wywiewy z knajpy - śmierdzi w pokoju cały dzień! NAJWAŻNIEJSZE - dzieci mają pogryzienia jak po pluskwach!!!(patrz zdjęcia) Podsumowując to od początku czuje się że nie jest się gościem tylko frajerem który dał się nabrać cwanym Włochom.

We were also satisfied with the staff’s behavior, and after check-out they allowed us to leave our luggage there until the afternoon. However, the rooms were very poorly soundproofed and you could hear noise from all the other rooms. The ventilation and humidity conditions were also quite uncomfortable. The room size was absolutely not suitable for two people. They had squeezed a double bed into the room, and one person basically had to climb over the other to get into bed, unless they entered from the top or bottom of the bed. Otherwise, you would have to wake up the person next to you during the night. The breakfast also lacked enough variety. For example, there were no boiled eggs or fried eggs, which is something I have seen in almost every other hotel.

Location was perfect for getting into the centre and train station. Would definitely recommend to friends. Struggled with one pillow. Breakfast room was small but this was due to renovations but we had no problem being seated.

Ophélie (8/5): Un emplacement idéal, proche des plus grands sites historiques. - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est absolument parfait, tout peut se faire à pied ! de la station de tram jusqu'aux plus grands sites touristiques. Les équipes de l'hôtel sont très aimables et souriantes. La formule petit déjeuner est toute simple mais fait largement l'affaire. L'hôtel se situe dans un bâtiment historique, attention aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou personne âgée ; il y a quelques marches ! La literie est un peu ancienne et raide, surtout en cas de problème de dos (qui apparait au bout de quelques jours...).

Marisa (3/5): Me quedé en shock - La amabilidad del personal Baño nuevo La habitación triple no tiene nada que ver con la que aparece en la foto, el hotel parece una pensión de los años 70 entras en un portal sin ascensor hasta el primer piso donde se encuentra la recepción, nos dieron la habitación en la segunda planta donde se encuentra el espacio pésimo para el desayuno entre las habitaciones. El desayuno súper pobre No volvería aquí y tampoco lo recomendaré.
