- Veronika (7/5): Egy hosszú hétvégére teljesen megfelelő - Nagyon jó helyen van, közel a metró, City Life bevásárlóudvar, Tre Torri, San Siro gyalogosan elérhető. A szoba kicsi, de tiszta. A fürdőszoba picike, meleg víz csak 10 perces folyatás után jött. A folyosóról a zajok nagyon behallatszottak. A reggeli választék nem túl bőséges, de a szálloda méretének, jellegének megfelelő.

Una nota di merito per il caffè appena fatto al bar dell'hotel, non il solito caffè lungo da termos. Ho pernottato per due notti, quindi mi aspettavo che, durante la pulizia della camera del secondo giorno, ci fosse il cambio degli asciugamani, cosa non avvenuta. Per il resto tutto ok.
- Sandrine (7/5): Bien mais peut mieux faire ! - L'hôtel se trouve tout près de la station de métro Lotto, dans un quartier relativement calme. Personnel agréable mais faisant le strict minimum. La chambre avait une taille correcte pour un lit d'une personne. Pas d'ascenseur, pas de salle d'attente (je suis arrivée très tôt avant de pouvoir prendre ma chambre), ni même de toilettes pour les clients. On vous garde votre valise en attendant votre "arrivée officielle" et votre "départ officiel" mais cela vous coûte 8 à 10 euros à chaque fois. La chambre était propre mais la salle de bain très vieillotte (fuite au réservoir des toilettes qui suinte constamment et qui présente de longues traces de moisi, pommeau de douche si haut qu'inaccessible, tapis de douche douteux...)

Pokoje czyste, sprzątane codziennie. Trochę zbyt agresywnie obsługa przypominała o nie wynoszeniu poza stołówkę jakiegokolwiek jedzenia ale pewnie ma w tym temacie niemiłe doświadczenia co by tłumaczyło ich podejście do tematu. Brak możliwości ustawienia słuchawki prysznicowej na dogodnej wysokości i brak półki pod prysznicem.

- Burchacka (5/5): Niemiła obsługa - Lokalizacja hotelu jest dobra blisko stacji metra Podczas 4-dniowego pobytu obsługiwała nas kobieta bardzo niemiła, z dużym problemem o każde pytanie. Na śniadaniach poganiała, zabierajac talerze. Lekceważyła pytania o dodatkowy koc w pokoju. O wszystko miała pretensje. Dla odmiany co drugi dzień obsługiwał śniadania mężczyzna i on nie miał, żadnego problemu. Zawsze był miły i uśmiechnięty. Kobieta była opryskliwa, sprawiając, że pobyt był stresujący.

The rate was really good and we were given a nice balcony. We enjoyed our stay. The deposit of luggage is a service that you have to pay. When we arrived at 11:30PM, not only after 5 min entering the room the night receptionist called us to ask us to be more quiet… even though we were only talking and we were on the second floor. Other than that, the guy at the desk was very welcoming.

Wifi disponibile in camera ma non ne ho usufruito. L'eventuale deposito bagagli prima del check-in ha un suo costo. La colazione è variegata, sia dolce che salata, è possibile avere fino a 2 bevande calde incluse. Aggiungerei kit cortesia un po' più vario.

While it’s a two-star hotel and not meant to offer luxury, it provides everything you need: a comfortable bed, a reliable shower, and a small table with a chair. The breakfast was quite good, with a wide selection including croissants, coffee, yogurt, fruit, various cakes, eggs, salami, ham, jam, toast, cereal, and juice. If you’re sensitive to noise, it’s worth bringing earplugs, as the walls are a bit thin. That said, the hotel excels in one area where even some high-end places fall short: the room can be made completely dark. The curtains block out all outside light, and there are no distracting lights from devices like the TV or air conditioning.

- Mihály (3/5): Ide többet nem jövünk, az biztos! - Két férfi recepciós kedves és segítőkész volt. Sajnos csak ennyi. A fürdőszoba felszereltség két főre egy pici kerek szappan volt és egy tasak sampon. Hajat nem is mertünk mosni, megfáztunk volna a fűtetlen szobában. A személyzet egyik hölgy tagja kritikán alul viselkedett. A reggelinél oktatást tartott, hogy csak egy pohár üdítőt szabad inni, nem szabad sokáig az étkezőben tartózkodni, ott állt szinte a hátunk mögött. A szobában nem volt fűtés, első reggel szóltunk, hogy hideg van, azt a választ kaptuk, hogy automatikus a bekapcsaolás. A következő 3 napban egyáltalán nem kapcsolták be a fűtést, pedig nagyon hideg lett (március24-27). A vizes törölközőket két nap után kértük, cseréljék szárazra. A takarító hölgy telefonált, hogy engedélyt kérjen a cserére, nem kapott. Vissza akarta adni szerencsétlen a vizes törölközőket, nem fogadtuk el. A reggeli szintén kritikán aluli volt: penészes sütemény, több napos szalámi, kenyér végek, mindez a fűtetlen étkezőben. Az említett hölgy rászólt a lányomra, hogy ne válogasson a kenyérnél. A csomagolt szeletelt kenyérvégek voltak a kenyértartóban. Utolsó reggelihez vittük magunkkal a boltban vásárolt szalámit és uborkát, mert zöldségféle egyáltalán nem volt.
