• Nicola (8/5): Always love every minute of Florence - hotel is great. - Friendly and helpful staff, room clean and comfortable, air con, decent breakfast. The street noise could be loud at times. Just slightly further out of the centre than I have previously stayed - not as quick to nip back to the room
• Evangelia (7/5): Καλο ξενοδοχειο, αντιπροσωπευτικό των φωτογραφιων δεν υπηρχε κατι το τοσο κακο στη διαμονη μας. Ηταν ολοι ευγενεστατοι κ - Πολυ ευγενικο προσωπικο και καθαρος χωρος γενικα. το δωματιο μας αν και καθαρο και αρκετα κοντα με τις φωτογραφιες Το δωματιο ηταν πολυ μικρο οριακα χωρουσαν οι βαλιτσες μας, το μπανιο ομως ηταν καλο και ανακαινισμενο. η περιοχη ειναι κεντρικη περιπου 7-8 λεπτα με τα ποδια αλλα οχι και η καλυτερη καθως αποτι καταλαβα δεν ειναι τουριστικη, ειναι περιοχη που μενουν μεταναστες κυριως. Το πρωινο ικανοποιητικο αλλα δυστυχως ειδα να πετουν εντομα πανω απο καποια φαγητα.

• Anders Johnny (10/5): Tre nätter i Florens - Nära centrum och nära till centralstationen . Även nära buss stationen när vi åkte en busstur till Siena. Bra frukost , trots lite problem med frukosten ena dagen lyckades man få ihop det ändå . Hjälpsam personal , kunde lämna in bagaget tidigare och hämta efter utcheckning av rummet också. Bra rum och bra sängar . Ingen lyx men rent och snyggt . Badrummet mycket bra. Återkommer gärna

• Nikoleta (10/5): - It was an excellent stay. We joined the complimentary tour with Claudia who was absolutely fabulous and showed us some hidden gems and the oldest pharmacy in Italy. When we came back to do our check-in, the luggage was already in our room. There was soap, cream, and everything essential in the room. The sound isolation wasn't perfect and since I'm sensitive to sound, I woke up couple of times during the night.

• Cordula (9/5): Florenz ganz nah - Die Lage ist hervorragend. Man kommt zu Fuß sehr gut zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Badezimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet.

Le fontanelle di acqua potabile per riempire le borracce sono state preziose! Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a regolare la temperatura dell'aria condizionata, alla fine abbiamo chiamato lo staff per farla chiudere ma ci avrebbe fatto comodo poter scegliere autonomamente la temperatura per la nostra camera

• Faith (7/5): Nice hotel but could do with a few little tweaks to make it that bit better - Property was in a great location with lots of fabulous restaurants near by and train station was a short walk away too The curtains were a sheer material and there was another hotel directly across from our room so it felt like we didn’t have a lot of privacy even with the curtains closed. The sheer curtains also meant that the morning light would flood in at Sun rise. Also the lack of plugs around the room, the one plug next to our bed was broken so it meant we had to charge all of our devices on the floor or in the bathroom

• Joseph (10/5): This was one of the best hotels I visited during 20 years of holiday travel. - The location close to significant points of interest by 20 minutes walk. Nothing except that they didn't prepare a box with breakfast since we were leaving at 5.00 am. I don't consider this critical but it could be a plus.

Glazing was very effective at keeping the noise out, but we could not cool the room effectively with the aircon. (It was April, we prefer to sleep in a cool room).

Donne envie d’y revenir - L’accueil de Frederika vraiment sympa , dynamique et professionnelle , la décoration des parties communes , la chambre petite mais confortable , propre, le petit déjeuner complet et servi dans la bonne humeur ! RAS mais quand même un bruit de soufflerie trés fort, climatisation peut être ? mais comme on ne restait qu’une journée ça allait. Sinon on serait aller le signaler.

Frederica went above and beyond to help us with - Everything was very efficiently run and the room was very comfortable and clean. Great location, staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The coffee was not great from the machine. We would have liked some slightly heather options for breakfast aswell.

Quarto grande, cama muito confortável. Banheiro novinho, chuveiro com água bem quente. Café da manhã delicioso. Atendimento da equipe foi muito bom. Voltaria mais vezes! Amei a experiência! .

• Maka (8/5): - The main plus of the hotel is its location, within walking distance of all the attractions. It is an old but clean hotel, cleaned every day and quite well. The room was small (112) but had a nice little balcony. The breakfast is not very varied, but you will not go hungry, the staff is quite friendly. It is an old, clean, average hotel in a good location.

• Aron (5/5): Nice room, well located but a little overpriced for what is offered. Certainly the worst but not memorable. - Clean, comfortable, well situated for key locations with a cute rustic room aesthetic. The staff were all also very pleasant and supportive, allowing us to leave bags before heading to our next stop in Florence. Water pressure was poor and inconsistent. The room facilities were not great at all. The area is also loud and plagued by the local students in the evenings. Dispite not being local to a big bar or so on, it is a busy street for both foot and vehicle traffic. Breakfast was poor & I would highly recommend eating out.

• maryjj2026 (10/5): Have Returned and Will Again - Excellent location and very helpful staff who all speak English which was helpful to us. The fact the hotel has an elevator is welcome. The breakfast is good and plentiful. It’s easy to walk to the major sites in Central Florence, the Santa Maria Novella Train Station, and the Piazzale Montelungo from which my tour buses depart.
• Fabrice (10/5): Wonderful hotel, super close to the train station, wonderful food court, and main attractions - Hotel is very nice and the room for Italy was large. Hotel front desk spoke great English and lobby is staffed 24 hours. the hotel is super convenient to the Florence train station - less than a 10 minute walk - go straight of out of the train station and hang a left on the road and hotel is 10 minutes down on your right. Hotel is next to all the main attractions in city center. theres a wonderful food market to blocks away that had an amazing food court. Great selection of food and drinks for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The hotel was very clean, staff is super friendly. Bed could of been a little softer.

• Martin (7/5): Italienischer Charme in zentraler Lage - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere Cristina an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer war sauber jedoch nicht sehr groß. Für Alleinreisende reicht der Platz. Im Bett lässt es sich gut schlafen. Die Matratze ist eher in Richtung hart. Dies ist Geschmacksache - für mich sehr angenehm. Das Highlight für mich war das renovierte Badezimmer inklusive Bidet. Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar! Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Schallisolierung zwischen den Zimmern ist gut, jedoch hört man sehr genau was auf dem Flur los ist und die Zimmertüren fallen laut zu. Die Abwasserleitungen gluckern manchmal vor sich hin. Dies ist auch im Zimmer zu hören. Mit Ohrstöpsel lässt es sich gut schlafen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist eher übersichtlich - für den Preis ist es okay.

• Frasik (8/5): - Very nice and clean room. Good location. An incident during breakfast on March 19th. I was publicly shamed and embarrassed by a member of the breakfast staff in front of other guests. In a rude and ostentatious manner, she lectured me simply for checking the freshness of a single slice of bread. Such a trivial situation, which happens commonly at breakfasts, was used as a pretext to humiliate me publicly. I felt deeply embarrassed and stressed. I believe I had every right to check if the bread was fresh (it turned out to be stale). The atmosphere of suspicion, constant monitoring of guests, and public reprimands are completely unacceptable in a hotel of this standard. I travel frequently, and this is the first time I have encountered such an unpleasant situation. The hotel should teach its employees basic manners and discretion. This experience was extremely uncomfortable and distressing for me.

• YOSHI (5/5): まあまあかな。 - 朝食に提供されるパンが、ここで作っているものなのかどうかは分からないが、できたてでどのパンも美味しかった。 ・シャワールームと手洗いのお湯が安定しない。 具体的には、しばらく45度以上の高温しか出ず（レバーを動かしても水温は下がらず）閉口した。15分程度、放置（お湯を出しっぱなしに）していると通常の温度調整が可能にはなったが。 ・木のデスクの表面がベトベトしている感じで、清潔ではないと感じた。

• Marcelo Annoni (10/5): Excelente para unos días en Florencia. Ciudad maravillosa! - Excelente opción en Florencia! En la habitación, todo muy bien, baño, cama, espacio. El desayuno (no incluído) es bueno, pero lo tomamos un solo día. La ubicación es fantástica! a pocos minutos de la Catedral, a pocos metro de La Academia, para ver el David, a 600 metros de la estación de tren, a la vuelta del Mercado Central, con opciones muy buenas para comer o comprar, genial! Tiene un pequeño ascensor por si las valijas pesan. Relación precio - calidad excelente para unos días en Florencia. Ciudad maravillosa! Nada. La pasamos muy bien!

• Mona06 (9/5): - A szállás 6 perc sétára van a pályaudvartól, a Dómtól mindössze 10 percre, így az elhelyezkedése kiváló. A szoba tiszta, rendezett volt. A reggeli során lehetett sós és édes opciók közül is választani, figyeltek arra, hogy azonnal töltsék fel azokat az élelmiszereket, amik elfogytak. Ár-érték arányban jó választás.
