- Didi (10/5): Great place to stay in Venice - Affordable place to stay in the heart of Venice. The instructions for arrival were amazing! We arrived at the train station and were recomended to take #1 vaporetto to station 13. This is a scenic boat trip on the bus boat through whole of the great canal, so we explored nearly all befor us arriving to the hotel. The hotel is a historic house with a few rooms. Clean, with modern bathroom and has a dining room to use. St Marcos square is only 10 minutes away by walk. It was amazing to stay in Venice beyond the time of day trip tourists and walk the streets in the evening. -

La camera non aveva vista sul canale ma era comunque pulita e ampia. nulla. Forse solo un suggerimento di segnalare la locanda magari con un cartello nel vicolo (ammesso che sia possibile) o con una luce più intensa sotto al portico, perchè google maps si ferma a qualche civico prima (almeno a noi è capitato così)... ma è davvero un dettaglio, perchè basta fare due passi e si trova l'insegna sul portone sotto il portico di legno...

- Gabriele (10/5): wunderbar authentisch - Die Lage der Locanda Barbarigo ist sehr gut, direkt an einem Nebenkanal gelegen und unweit des Canale Grande. Der Blick aus dem Zimmer, die Ruhe und die Nähe zum Palazzo Barbarigo, wo wir eine Aufführung von La Traviata besucht haben, war ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Das Wohnen in diesem Hotel war sehr authentisch, die Einrichtung zum Teil noch Original, z. B. Wandtapeten und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Obwohl wir kein Frühstück gebucht hatten, wurde uns für einen kleinen Aufpreis ein Frühstück organisiert. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir durften noch am Abreisetag unser Gepäck dort deponieren und einen entspannten Spaziergang bis zur Weiterfahrt geniessen. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel gerne weiter.

- Maria (10/5): - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται πραγματικά σε ιδανική τοποθεσία. Πολύ κοντά στην Piazza San Marco, αλλά και στο Drosoduro. Εμείς επιλέξαμε το μεγάλο δωμάτιο, καθώς ήμασταν 4 άτομα. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν πολύ άνετα, το δωμάτιο καθαρό και πολύ ζεστό.

Would stay again. - Check in was flexible as we met in person the following day from arrival, everything was prepared for us ahead of time at the front desk. Host was friendly and agreeable. The location was excellent, within walking distance of most attractions and quite central. Fresh sheets and towels, and a cleaner came through during the day. Bed was a little bit soft.

Уютный, теплый ( для зимней Венеции очень ценно) номер в Венецианском стиле с тканевыми обоями и венецианской заливкой пола, с новой, но стилизованной мебелью. Хорошо работающей сантехникой. Особо хочется отметить наличие чайника (с чаем, сахаром) и приветственной небольшой бутылочки просекко. Номер с видом на канал дает возможность не выходя из номера наблюдать венецианскую жизнь и даже иногда слышать песни гондольеров Первый раз сложно найти. Шумный кондиционер.

Одно маленькое замечание: Сломанный старый фен, которфй работал, но ручка болталась и было неудобно пользоваться И еще одна досадная деталь- было бы хорошо иметь в номере нож и 2 чайные ложечки. Наличие хололильника предполагает, что гости могут купить йогурт, например, а есть его нечем, ложек нет. Разрезать яблоко или булочку - тоже нечем. В осталтном, всё прекрасно.

- Samer Khammash (5/5): Good stay but you need to tolerate a lot. - The location is very good. Very close to ferry stop. No elevator. The room is extremely dark. There should be more light in the room. The room is not soundproof. I could hear our neighbours on top, plus lots of banging noises coming from God knows where. The washing basin in the kitchenette was also smelly.
