Quarto grande e confortável, banheiro bom tbm, funcionários simpáticos. Poderia ter um armário para guardar as roupas (tinha apenas uma pequena arara c/ poucos cabides) e tbm sentimos falta de um frigobar no quarto!

- B (10/5): - 2nd séjour dans cet hôtel avec ma fille et tout était une nouvelle fois parfait. De l'emplacement au petit déjeuner ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel. De plus nous nous sommes senties très en sécurité. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. S'il fallait mettre quelque chose, je dirai qu'une bouteille d'eau gratuite chaque jour serait un plus.

The location is excellent ,close to the city center and surrounded by many restaurants, cafés, and shops, making everything very convenient on foot. The rooms were comfortable and the value for money was very good for Barcelona. Definitely worth staying here for a city break or a few days in the city.

- simone (9/5): Soggiorno molto piacevole - Ho soggiornato presso Acta Splendid Hotel e l’esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. Pur essendo classificato come hotel a 3 stelle, la struttura dà l’impressione di un livello superiore. Lo stile è moderno e accogliente, con ambienti curati e piacevoli. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre molto gentile e disponibile, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. La posizione è uno dei punti di forza: l’hotel si trova vicino a Plaça Universitat e a circa 10 minuti a piedi da Plaça de Catalunya, vero cuore nevralgico della città e ottimo punto di partenza per visitare Barcellona. Molto comoda anche la stanza dedicata al deposito bagagli, dotata di armadietti con combinazione, pratica e sicura soprattutto per chi ha orari di viaggio non allineati con il check-in o il check-out.
- James (5/5): Acta not actually so Splendid - Location was great which was why we picked the hotel. Beds were comfy and staff during the daytime were pleasant. The over night manager was a very unpleasant and unfriendly man. I have travelled extensively in the last decade and I honestly can’t remember anyone like him. He made you feel judged for coming back into the hotel gone midnight. One of the annoying things to be aware of is the only way to get back into the hotel during the night is by this guy letting you in - there is no key card access. Further to this the soundproofing in the rooms is poor and the showers aren’t designed well so overflow very easily. Me and my friend will definitely not be staying in this hotel when we come to Barcelona again!

La camera era impeccabile: pulita, curata nei dettagli e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. La posizione è ideale, comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città e allo stesso tempo tranquilla. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente l'attenzione verso gli ospiti e la qualità dei servizi offerti. È stato davvero un piacere soggiornare qui e lo consigliamo senza alcun dubbio a chiunque voglia vivere Atene nel migliore dei modi. Not very good if you plan to rest and sleep awhile. - It’s clean and central to most things like shopping, metro, and food :) It’s loud… it’s near a Popeyes and busy street. You can hear everything. People like to hang out by the side street. From our experience, people party till 3 am. Thin thin walls.

- T (1/5): Very disappointing stay – poor service and unacceptable cleanliness - Very frustrating experience at this property and would not recommend it. Room cleaning is not guaranteed. If you’re lucky and staff have time before 15:00, your room might be cleaned—but in our case, they even refused to clean the room when requested, which is completely unacceptable. Cleanliness itself is also questionable. Drinking glasses were left in the bathroom sink unwashed, raising serious concerns about hygiene standards. The most concerning issue, however, was the staff’s behavior. Instead of addressing complaints professionally, they responded defensively and aggressively, accusing me of being offensive rather than resolving the issue. Additionally, soundproofing is almost non-existent. You can clearly hear all discussions from adjacent rooms as well as from the street, making it very difficult to rest. Overall, a very poor experience due to lack of cleanliness, unprofessional staff, and constant noise.

Funcionarios prestativos Só tem um elevador o que dificulta a descida e subida com as malas, é um bom hotel. Mas, acho que o valor pra quem vai com familia é pesado já que nao tem nada pras criancas fazerem.

- Julie (10/5): A beautiful hotel in a very popular area. - A beautiful hotel, a lovely clean spacious room. Lovely staff and only a 5 minute walk from La Rambla. Plenty of bars and restaurants around. They have a separate floor with lockers, where you can store your luggage for free, and a spacious lounge with drinks and light bites where you can stay after checking out. I would definitely return to this hotel if I ever return to Barcelona. The only criticism I would have, is there is no small fridge in the room.
