Entrance to Our room was good but i noticed that entrance to some of the other rooms was in the middle of the stair case. it can be an issue to some.. No place to store your luggage if you need to. (we didnt as they were kind enough to allow for a paid late checkout)

• Bernd (10/5): Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt in der Altstadt von Prag. - Innenstadtlage direkt in der Altstadt in der Nähe zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und kulturellen Einrichtungen. Frühstück wird in der nahe gelegenen Gaststätte angeboten. Es gibt aber viele Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in Gaststätten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für PKW - Anreise war die empfohlene Reservierung eines Parkplatzes ein wichtiger Hinweis.

• Ozan (9/5): - Die Einrichtung ist schön, der Ausblick vom Fenster ebenso. Die Lage ist toll - man ist in 2 Minuten bei der Karlsbrücke und es gibt überall Geschäfte um den Hunger zu stillen, auch einen Starbucks 😅 einen von 5 oder 6 die wir gezählt haben. Es war sehr sauber; hat nicht schlecht gerochen; trotz zentraler Lage ruhig in der Nacht; sehr hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Administration. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Hatten erwartet, ein Apartment mit der längeren Couch zu bekommen, aber es war nicht weiter schlimm. Die schwache, nur leicht fließende WC Spülung war da deutlich unangenehmer. Man musste sie mehrmals betätigen.

• Paulina (10/5): Godny polecenia dla par i rodzin - Świetna lokalizacja, 4 min do zegara i 4 do mostu. Uliczka tętni życiem do późna. Po sąsiedzku dużo lokali z piwem i jedzeniem. Brak wyżywienia nie był problemem. Standard łazienki wysoki, pościele dobrej jakosci, materace twarde. Klimatyczne wykomczenie w stylu kamienicznym. W apartamencie było bardzo ciepło. Dla nas śpiących w 19-20 stopniach było to męczące.

• McAteer (8/5): Hotels by Andez - I was very happy with the location. It was an easy walk to most of the places I wanted to see. There were many restaurants nearby to choose from. There was nothing I didn't like.

• Pilar (8/5): - Lo mejor que tiene este hotel es su ubicación inmejorable. Está en el corazón de Praga. A pocos metros del reloj, del puente de Carlos. El check in es impersonal, nunca tuve contacto con persona alguna y todo fue en línea. La habitación es espaciosa, es cómoda, en un bonito edificio. La limpieza no la hacen diaria. Primer hotel en todos mis viajes que no la da diario. El servicio fue muy regular, no sustituyeron vasos usados, solo sustituyeron un juego de toallas. La alfombra está un poco manchada y eso le resta al aspecto general. Tampoco tiene servicio de desayuno (en los otros hoteles de mi viaje contábamos con ello). También habían unos bichitos inofensivos en el baño. En general está muy bien pero estaría excelente que la limpieza fuera diaria o si no es posible, que pusieran más empeño en ella.

• Tricia (8/5): - Aurus Hotel is conveniently located. Easy walk to Charles Bridge, Old Town and other sightseeing. Lots of shops and dining options. The hotel also offers airport transportation for a fee of 850Kc and is easy to set up. The luxury suite was just as pictured in the photos. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

• Pearl (6/5): - This is not a “hotel” in a modern sense. It is an apartment without a kitchen. It is perfect for a small family. They do not clean and they only provide coffee for the first day. Someone came by to drop a few fresh towels and we asked for more coffee. The air conditioner doesn’t seem to cool. Just blows room temperature air. We noticed a mini refrigerator tucked in a corner on our way out the door on the last day. All this to say, if you have a kiddo or two traveling with you, the space is great and the location is terrific.

• Kenneth (6/5): - This hotel has a great location, a great view, and a very good room. However, there were "issues" with the property that really lowered our ratings. Not in any particular priority but for awareness: 1) The hotel advertises a king bed but it's actually 2 doubles pushed together making a queen and it has 2 double combo cover sheet/comforters which means it's not really conducive to sharing. 2) There is no onsite concierge - turns out this hotel is run by a central reservations a few blocks away. 3) There is no phone - to talk to the reservations you have to install WhatsApp or walk to their central reservations. Installing WhatsApp outside of the US doesn't work when you cannot get an SMS or email. 4) There is no room key - instead they send you an key code to use to get into the building and your room electronically. Of course, they don't do this until right before your stay so if you cannot read your email you have to go to central reservations for them to give you the key code. 5) There are only a few rooms in the building and access to the rooms is via a spiral staircase and/or an elevator - it can be a bit tricky in spots. Also, the automatic lighting doesn't light up quite correctly so when you are going down the stairs the top light lights up but not the middle to bottom until you reach a certain point, so you are in the dark for part of the stairs. 7) There was no control we could find to turn on the heat in the room. I would say more, but at max chars...

• Guest (8/5): Mostly good! - The location was nearly perfect for us. The building was delightful, even the wonderfully wacky stairs. The business neighbors are fantastic, bb Gelato and Prague Chocolate are top notch not only for their delicious offerings but the people who own and operate could not have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful. Some of the towels were a bit tread bare, but still usable. We frequently had to wait a long time for hot water, I assume management is aware of the problem and will remedy it. The online verification confirmation process was terrible!!!!! It took multiple attempts and phone calls, you must straighten out that process, the aggravation is totally unacceptable.

• 788timothyr (10/5): Right in the Middle of Everything - The Aurus Hotel by Adrez Living is a simple building in the smack dab of Prague's old city. In fact, it couldn't be more in the center of it as it is right on the trail between the Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square. We stayed on the third floor and had a gorgeous view of the city streets. Being that high up, it wasn't noisy at all. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Even though the elevator fits one person with their bags and there is no front desk, the place still deserves the excellent rating owing to its price, its location and its splendor. We stayed four nights there and were able to walk, Lime scooter or cab everywhere with ease. Highly recommended.

There is no staff and no information about how to enter the room. Only the place send me an email and ask pictures of our passport. but i see the mail after finding the office of place, its nearby but no information about it. i asked someone to find it. its very hard to compleate this step, if i don't find someone most probably i can not enter the room.

• E.E.R.H (10/5): Going back into time to be one with the old city centre of Prague. - The view of the square and the old rustic look of the rooms! You can hear sounds from the square very loud. Especiallu in the late evening or morning (sleeping time) there are moments you wake up from loud noises coming from the square (people or cars).

Modern, neutral decor to suit the style of property. I only stayed two nights, so packed light. If I had a huge suitcase it would have been tricky getting into my room from the narrow corner stairs. Staff were extremely helpful. Had complimentary tea, coffee and water in the room. This was greatly appreciated, but not topped up during my stay.

• Anonymous (8/5): Prague is an amazingly beautiful city. This hotel was in a great location for seeing the area. - The location was great for walking to the Charles Bridge. The area is full of shops, restaurants, and historical sites. The location is a little hard to find the first time.
• Erika (8/5): - Great location if you want to be in the heart of tourist central and close to Charles Bridge. Spacious room. Pack your own wash-cloth, shampoo, and conditioner. They have universal body wash only.
• Tyler (10/5): - The property was very nice. The reception for the hotel (located a few blocks away since there is no reception on site at Aurus) were very helpful with helping me check in early. The hotel is located on a very active street, so it could be a bit loud sometimes. However, it wasn’t terribly loud and would only be a problem if you require absolute silence.
• Zewdu (6/5): - This isn’t a hotel—it feels more like an Airbnb. While the location is great, the property itself is very outdated (it reminded me of my grandma’s house). The couch and rugs were noticeably dirty, which made the stay uncomfortable. What’s even more concerning is the lack of responsiveness from the host, which is really alarming. Typically, they only respond after a complaint is posted, followed by an apology—something they seem to do often! Check other option in the area.

• Jaclyn (2/5): Nor easy - The access into the building was not the easiest, check out was very early for a weekend (10am) and when I negotiated a late check out it was not passed on. So someone walked into my room at 10am while I was getting dressed (still in a bra) and insisted I left. I then had a phone call requesting I vacated the building, to which I explained I had a late check out (until 12). When I got back to the room at 11:45 my access code had been described and it was even more of a headache to gain access to the building and room to get my stuff out.

Noise from the street was more present in the room than expected. Booking was made for a room with 2 beds (one double + one sofa) but there was only one bed.

• Brian (10/5): - This is about as good as you need! Amazingly clean. Right by all the Old Town area. Starbucks is 45 seconds away as well as gelato, restaurants and smoke shop. The only negatives were that the that the shower was tiny but we made it work. There was no wash clothes so bring your own. Otherwise... this was a 11 out of 10!!!

We were worried the location would be too central and loud, especially when we saw all the tourists, but it is just off a main street, and much quieter than we feared. The room was quiet and comfortable. NOTE: it is all remote access - there is no on-sight staff.
