The accommodation feels very old, as if the furniture has not been changed in 40+ years. The chairs and table are old and uncomfortable to use, and the bed was just okay - nothing special. If you enjoy an older wooden-style accommodation, you might like it, but if you are looking to truly relax and rest, this place did not give me that feeling personally. We also booked through Booking, and the room we saw in the photos looked quite different from reality. That part was especially disappointing.

• DDj73 (9/5): - Odličan doručak. Udoban smeštaj. Osoblje diskretno i ljubazno. Ako dolazite kolima preporučujem da uzmete P+R Erdberg. Stanica gradskog tramvaja je jako blizu, nekoliko stanica do metroa, a onda vam je Beč na dlanu. Sve je bilo u redu.

El personal encargado de la limpieza de las habitaciones (Housekeeping) usualmente se puede escuchar cantando o incluso hablando bastante fuerte por el celular. Te puedes dar cuenta de toda la conversación. Los tomacorrientes no están al lado de las camas. Las lámparas de noche no se pueden encender.

• Denis (5/5): Für eine Nacht ausreichend - Bett war in Ordnung, im Zimmer gab es noch einen kleinen Fernseher, der nicht funktioniert hat. Steckdosen waren etwas versteckt, aber vorhanden. Zimmer relativ klein, Badezimmer in meinen Augen eine völlige Katastrophe… Dusche mit einem ekelhaften Duschvorhang, erstere viel zu klein. Generell war das Bad sanierungsbedürftig und nicht mehr zeitgemäß ausgestattet.

Also so was haben wir noch nicht erlebt und wir sind schon sehr viel gereisst und auch preisgünstige ubernachtung gehabt aber so was haben wir noch nicht erlebt .Leider kommen wir nicht mehr und empfehlen auch nicht . Schmutzige Zimmer Bettwäsche voll mit Haaren und Staub ob mann das Boden mit die bettbezüge wischen würde. Kaputte waschpecken

• Mona (5/5): Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal war sehr positiv, jedoch wurde der Gesamteindruck durch die mangelnde Sauberke - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war mein Aufenthalt nicht ganz zufriedenstellend. Der Tisch im Zimmer war bei meiner Ankunft nicht abgewischt, der Boden wirkte ebenfalls nicht richtig sauber. Besonders unangenehm war der schwarze Duschvorhang, der sichtbare Flecken hatte. Insgesamt machte das Zimmer dadurch keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Für ein Hotel erwarte ich, dass Sauberkeit und Hygiene zuverlässig gewährleistet sind. Hier besteht aus meiner Sicht deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf.

• Dumitrita (5/5): - Personal amabil, locație aproape de palatul Belvedere In camera primita curățenia a fost făcută cu mult timp în urma, praful era peste tot, neaerisit, fără perdele, doar draperii, în baie uscătorul nu funcționa decât câteva secunde, totul învechit. Am stat 2 nopti, în prima zi s- au schimbat prosoapele. Camerele ar necesita renovare!
• Irene (7/5): Gute Lage. - Die Lage ist sehr günstig; nicht weit zur Innenstadt und eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle fast vor der Haustür. Das Frühstück war gut, aber etwas eintönig bei mehreren Tagen Aufenthalt. Wir hatten von booking ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten, das im Hotelsystem aber nicht hinterlegt war. Ich habe erst mit Vorlage der Buchungsbestätigung ein zumindest etwas besseres als das für uns vorgesehene Zimmer erhalten.

Bylo u čeho se vybrat. Kafe,čaj,džus. Pan na na recepci mohl si usmívat, nebyl nepříjemný ale chybělo mu úsměv. Ostatní personál byl vynikající, hlavně v kuchyni

• Igor (4/5): Ich bin in 10 tage wider im Wien und ich werde ein anderes Hotel suchen. - Die Position vom hotel. Mein Aufenthalt war leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Es war die ganze Nacht sehr laut, und die Wände sind so dünn, dass man wirklich alles hört. In der Beschreibung stand, dass das Zimmer eine Badewanne hat, aber stattdessen gab es nur eine sehr enge Duschkabine mit Vorhang. Außerdem kam aus der Dusche wegen Kalkablagerungen kaum Wasser. Die WC-Brille war beschädigt, was ebenfalls unangenehm war. Bei der Ankunft musste ich etwa 20 Minuten warten, bis ein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption erschienen ist. Insgesamt würde ich den Aufenthalt zwischen schlecht und durchschnittlich bewerten.

• EMH (8/5): als hotel (waar je alleen hoeft te slapen) een perfecte keuze. - simpel hotel, voor prijs-kwaliteitverhouding heel netjes. rustig en stille omgeving. de badkamer was niet groot en er hing een rare geur, maar met de deur dicht was dat geen enkel probleem.
