This was our third stay and, as always, everything we wanted was there. Staff are warm, welcoming, professional, friendly and always on hand to help or assist in any way. They clearly all take a pride in their work and in working for a lovely hotel. No negative points at all. Location is perfect for sightseeing, public transport (Vienna is a model of how an integrated public transport system should be run), and our room was quiet for every single moment of the fourteen nights we stayed there. Bars and restaurants of all kinds and to suit all pockets and tastes are right on the doorstep

• philippe (10/5): Parfait - Hotel placé à proximité de nombreux centres d'intérêt. Chaque membre du personnel, professionnel, agréable et toujours disponible, a rendu notre séjour dans Vienne à la hauteur de notre attente. Merci à eux.
• Beat (9/5): Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen, sehr gute zentrale Lage. - Gutes Frühstücksbüffet , viel Personal versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen und garantiert, dass auf dem Buffet nie etwas fehlt. Nachmittags Kaffee in der Lobby zur Selbstbedienung. Nettes freundliches Personal. Nicht gefallen wäre eine falsche Bezeichnung, Hotel hat leider keine Bar.

• Josefine (10/5): Dieses Hotel ist für einen Besuch in Wien bestens geeignet. - Das Zimmer war gemütlich und sehr groß. Das Frühstück war reichlich und es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas. Am besten war aber die Lage des Hotels mitten in der Innenstadt, nahe bei vielen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Insbesondere die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage für einen Urlaub in Wien ist perfekt.

• dualcitizen (8/5): Excellent . . . but with one deal breaker - The Kaiserin Elizabeth is centrally located making most of Vienna's top attractions within walking distance. These include St. Stephen's Cathedral and Hotel Sacher, home of the famous Sacher chocolate cake. The Kaiserin Elizabeth has spacious rooms and is impeccably clean. The hotel breakfast buffet is highly recommended. The hotel staff is friendly and knowledgeable. However, I must point out that the hotel, at least the room that I stayed in, has one major deal breaker: The bed mattress is TOO FIRM. It makes getting a good night's rest very difficult. I think their mattress is better suited for an army barracks! Also I think that the standard single bed for a 4 star hotel should at least be a queen size bed. The KE hotel room has more than enough space for it.

• CHRISTINA (10/5): Πολύ ικανοποιητική και ευχάριστη διαμονή στην καρδιά του ιστορικού κέντρου της Βιέννης. - Στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο αισθάνεσαι ευπρόσδεκτος και καλοδεχούμενος. Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενικό με το χαμόγελο στα χείλη και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει σε οτιδήποτε. Το χαμόγελο και η ευγένεια είναι αληθινά και όχι προσποίηση. Η Κατερίνα στη ρεσεψιόν έχει αγάπη για την Ελλάδα και κάναμε μια ωραία συζήτηση. Τα δωμάτια είναι ευρύχωρα, τα κλινοσκεπάσματα είναι καθαρά, υπάρχει ζεστό νερό συνέχεια, και η καθαριότητα γενικά στο ξενοδοχείο είναι άριστη. Το πρωινό είναι καλής ποιότητας, με ποικιλία και υπάρχει πολύ προσωπικό το οποίο ανανεώνει συνέχεια ότι τελειώνει.! Υπάρχουν άφθονα φρέσκα φρούτα. Στο χώρο του σαλονιού υπάρχει καφετιέρα που μπορεί να φτιάξεις καφέ. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, μόνο λίγκα λεπτά περπάτημα από τα μουσεία, με εστιατόρια και καφετέριες για όλα τα γούστα.! Τέλος θέλω να αναφέρω ότι κατά την άφιξή μας, ενημερωθήκαμε ότι λόγω εργασιών ανακαίνισης στο ξενοδοχείο, θα είχαμε έκπτωση. Και ήταν γενναιόδωρη.! Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που δεν μου άρεσε. Θέλω μόνο να αναφέρω ότι το στρώμα ήταν κάπως σκληρό.

• Roam42471424681 (10/5): Beautiful, like living in a Hapsburg palace - Beautiful hotel; the reception rooms were like living in an Austrian Hapsburg palace., chandeliers, rich furnishings, oil paintings of Kaiserin Elizabeth and Franz Joseph; the real traditional Austrian experience. Many famous guests. Very central; some rooms even have views of the Cathedral spire, but remarkably quiet as in a pedestrian precinct. Excellent, spacious rooms.Food, service, friendliness all top notch. Thoroughly recommend.
• Peter (8/5): nach neuerlichem Aufenthalt fanden wir uns in der Wahl bestätigt und werden bei nächsten Wien-Besuch - wir waren schon einmal dort und haben diesmal wieder gebucht. Zimmer top sauber, Einrichtung zweckmäßig und ausreichend, Frühstück mit allen drum und dran, Lage einfach traumhaft mitten im Zentrum.

Highly recommend. - Location is excellent- completely in the heart of the city but on a quiet, pedestrianised section of the street. It made our holiday easier and more enjoyable. Tea bags left out in the dining room and bedrooms. Water/kettle in bedrooms (only coffee available in room) but not everyone drinks coffee).

Si respira un'atmosfera d'altri tempi ma non al punto da fare risultare la struttura troppo vetusta. Una menzione speciale va al Signor Michele Garofalo che è stato enormemente accogliente e professionale! I cuscini del letto erano un po' troppo morbidi, sicché richiedevano di essere risistemati ogni volta che ti rigiravi nel letto per non "affondarci" dentro.

Beautiful, traditionally styled room with a large bathroom, nice breakfast and amazing location. This hotel is quiet but RIGHT AROUND the corner from all the action, including St. Stephen’s and the U-Bahn Front desk staff were very friendly, and prior to our visit we had great communication via email. We decided to be picked up from the airport instead of taking the train and they arranged that. Just a note, this was just our preference for this part of the trip, the train would’ve been very easy as well. Again- amazing location which was the biggest selling point for me. We would be happy to stay here again.

The noise coming from the corridor in the morning. The room door doesn't help much with this. On the other hand the noise from the street was virtually none.

The breakfast is pretty poor but in Vienna you can just go and have tasty sandwiches all around! Is perfectly located near Stephansdom, at the Steffl corner. It just became my favorite place in Vienna!

• Kenji (10/5): Fabulous value for money. - They upgraded me from a single to a double room on arrival. Everything I needed for my stay was in my room and the front desk were more than happy to help me if I needed anything. The breakfasts were great too and same with the beautiful interiors in the common areas. It was fantastic value for money It didn't have a gym as far as I was aware, but I spent most of the day walking, sightseeing and going to concerts and the opera, so this wasn't necessary at all.

Завтраки хорошие: овощи, фрукты, несколько видов сыра, колбасы и ,конечно, сосиски. Персонал всегда готов объяснить, как пройти, как проехать, что посмотреть. Есть карта с историческим центром. Ванна и туалет раздельные. Туалет крохотный и дверь на сильной пружине. Если зазеваешься, то получишь в нос.
