Es ist an einer sehr guten Lage, so das man zu Fuss die Innenstadt erkunden kann. Es hat ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Wir wurden wieder herzlich empfangen und auch verabschiedet.

• Sabine (10/5): Schon jetzt Heimweh nach dem Altstadt Vienna! - Im trendy Viertel Spittelberg, zehn minuten zu Fuß vom Museumsquartier und der Parkgarage entfernt, liegt dieses wunderschöne Hotel in einem alten Gebäude, sehr hochwertig modernisiert was modernisiert werden musste, alles fügt sich wunderbar zum Alten. überall hängt moderne Kunst, die Möbel sind vom besten Design und jedes Zimmer ist anders gestaltet, hier kein 0815 oder langweiliges „Styling“. Ein Genuss hier zu sein, auch wegen des allerbesten Frühstücks, alles frisch und vom Feinsten, aber was uns am allerbesten gefallen hat: Die unglaubliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, das war wirklich einzigartig! Nichts, alles war perfekt! ( wer mit dem Auto anreist sollte bedenken, dass dad Parkhaus 10 Gehminuten entfernt ist. )

Il personale è disponibile e gentile e pronto a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti La stanza è buia, l'affaccio è interno sui muri del palazzo. Il bagno ha una porta a vetri e la doccia ha un vetro trasparente che da sulla stanza. Non c'è molta privacy Il letto è piuttosto scomodo e duro. L'hotel è un pò confuso la reception non è all'ingresso e sembra tutto un pò dispersivo L'atrio e le scale sono molto fredde, sembra di stare in un condominio più che in un hotel

• Michaela (10/5): Das Hotel ist mega, das Personal noch mehr und es ist jetzt unser fester Platz für Reisen nach Wien. - Das Hotel ist super schön, zentral gelegen zwischen der wunderschönen Altstadt und der Haupteinkaufsstraße Wiens. Das Frühstück ist wirklich mega lecker und der inbegriffene Nachmittagstee mit frisch hausgebackenem Kuchen übertrifft die ohnehin schon übertroffenen Erwartungen noch mehr. Das Tollste dort ist für uns aber das Personal. Die Leute sind so freundlich und herzlich, dass man gar nicht anders kann als sich wohlzufühlen. Es ist teilweise recht hellhörig, die Betten waren für uns zu weich und die Kunst, die überall im Hotel zu finden ist, ist vielleicht nicht immer jedermann's Sache, aber das ist unterm Strich total egal.

Die Umgebung des Hotels lädt zum erkunden ein, es gibt viele kleine Läden und Restaurants sowie Cafés. Das Hotel selbst ist außergewöhnlich in einem wunderschönen Altbau, äußerst geschmackvoll und kunstsinnig eingerichtet. The staff were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to resolve any issues. Room 14 - the view was onto a brick wall with a vent outlet on and to the side was a covered area. We did look at a number of other rooms which were very good, some with a view of the church.

• chlalas (10/5): What an experience!! - Lot’s of Attention to detail, professionalism, kindness, super clean & fantastic breakfast with huge food variety..an approach that made our stay worth remembering! The entire stuff was very friendly and no doubt they all make the experience count due to their stance towards the client which makes the visitor feel comfortable from the very first moment. The management was kind enough to offer us a room upgrade thus making our single day of stay even more relaxing. It has been really appreciated:) Special thanks to Milena who not only answered all our questions but went the extra mile by giving us extra advice on the city’s hot spots. • Zsuzsanna (9/5): - Kiváló reggeli (pékárú, sajtok, sonkák, zöldségek, egyik nap amarettis torta- a tojásos reggeliket nem próbáltam). Közel a belvároshoz, közel a tömegközlekedéshez. Nagy belmagasság. Kényelmes ágy. A kanapén lehetett kávézni, olvasni. Remek kilátás (egy templomtoronyra). A fürdőszobában a joystickos csapot nehezen tudtam megszokni.

• Sabine (10/5): Außergewöhnliches familiengeführtes Hotel mit Liebe zum Detail - Sehr schöner Altbau mit Flair. Tee mit Kuchen jeden Nachmittag für die Gäste war eine schöne Geste. Das Personal war äußerst serviceorientiert und sehr freundlich. Lage: in schöner Gegend, 5-10Min zu Fuß in die Stadt Alles war perfekt
• Francesca (9/5): - Sicuramente la punta di diamante è la colazione, sia per la varietà e qualità dei prodotti che per l’atmosfera nelle sale colazione. Inoltre, moltissimi opzioni vegan, cosa non scontata. Per quanto riguarda la stanza, letto comodo e bagno molto ampio con bellissima doccia. Posizione buona per visitare la zona dei musei e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro e le altri servizi pubblici. Quartiere residenziale pieno di piccoli locali caratteristici. Personalmente, non ho apprezzato lo stile della camera che, seppure rinnovata, a colori un po’ forti e a volte sfiora il kitsch spacciandosi per alto design.

• KJG780 (10/5): A stylish and welcoming home from home in fabulous Vienna - We had a truly wonderful five-night stay at Altstadt Vienna, which genuinely lives up to its promise of being a “home from home.” From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly and incredibly helpful, setting the tone for the rest of our visit. Our room was stylish, spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and the added luxury of a bath — a real treat after long days exploring the city. Breakfast each morning was superb. We particularly loved the special daily wellness shot and the freshly prepared hot options. Afternoon tea was another highlight — such a delicious and civilised touch. The pianist playing on Friday and Saturday was the perfect accompaniment. The location of this hotel is excellent: perfect for exploring Vienna on foot, while also being close to the city’s efficient and very affordable public transport network. We would return in a heartbeat and look forward to discovering another of the hotel’s beautifully individual rooms.
• Inspire44404177189 (10/5): Luxurious Hotel stay in Vienna - Very nice large suites and calm atmosphere! Don’t let the entrance fool U, when entering your room/suite you will be overjoyed at how nicely the room is decorated with famous architects and designers such as Josef Frank among others. Very good Breakfast and Afternoon Tea with a very talented pianist, who play classical pieces without notes! The Hotels taxi transfer from and to the hotel also performed well in time.
• Lene (9/5): Charmerende hotel med god service og god beliggenhed. - Cool og charmerende hotel med lækker morgenmadsbuffet og utrolig venligt personale. Dejligt stort værelse med fin udsigt over byens tage. Ærgerligt at der ikke var groft brød, marmelade og ost, frugt samt kaffe til eftermiddagstheen. Kun en lidt tør kage, pizza og en del lidt kedeligt slik.

Location was good, safe and quiet, lots of vintage shops and places to eat, nice to be not in the middle of the tourist area, yet only a 10 minute walk to museums and 15 minutes to Old Town

Adding a royal breakfast at a home-like salon with beautiful piano music. We felt like at home and it was sad to leave! Thank you!
• claudia (10/5): Leider nur für eine Nacht - Wir haben uns von Anfang an Wohl gefühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist toll, in wenigen Minuten ist man Mitten im 1. Bezirk und auch in der näheren Umgebung finden sich einige Lokale und Geschäfte. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Absolute Empfehlung.

I got the gorgeous Istanbul themed number 23... Examples of the little gestures that gave the extra something: Online check in before you arrive and prosecco upon arrival Lovely staff took you to the suite to show you around The rubber duckling The sweets on the pillow every day The breakfast, with the selection of coffee, eggs and vitamin shots and the 100 types of Austrian bread The "old-money" feeling

• anettel700 (10/5): Perfect weekend - Warm welcome feeling like being home. Piano player for tea time. Helping to fix the dress for the ball and even helped after the stay to deliver something to a store. Room was clean charming and all was superb.
• Mykola (10/5): This is truly a gem in the city. - Hotel is simply amazing. Stylish, comfy, and location is superb. If you plan to visit Vienna and you do not plan to bring your kids with you (I believe this hotel suits to couples more) look nowhere else. This is truly a gem in the city, make sure you have time for a tea time at the hotel. Hotel closes the front door after 12am, make sure you have their phone number if you arrive during the nighttime.
