Safe, quiet neighborhood with many public transportation options within 5 to 10 minutes of walking. Vienna overall has a great public transportation system. There are good restaurants nearby, too. The apartment was spacious and had a separate eating table in the kitchen. The first bathroom was huge while the second bathroom was much smaller but functional with a full shower. There is an elevator but there are a few steps to enter the building and to get to the elevator. There was coffee and tea, along with a dishwasher. Wi-fi was good. The staff member who greeted us was very nice and spoke excellent English. There are no laundry or gym facilities that I was aware of. There was a morning where the elevator was not working so that would be hard for people with disabilities.

We were able to walk to two Easter Markets which was fun. Room was very clean and kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the space to relax. Hotel stored our luggage for the weekend between two stays so that we could travel lighter to Salzburg and we appreciated the service. Highly recommend! Wonderful property, nothing to dislike.

• Fang (10/5): A pleasant stay - This fully furnished residential hotel in center Vienna provided us with comfortable and convenient base for our 5-day visit of Vienna. It is close to many tourist attractions. It resides in a quite block while there are plenty bakeries, restaurants, shops nearby. The room is spacious and clean and with everything we need.
• Florence (7/5): Convenient and ok for one night. - The location, in a magnificent historic building with a most memorable elevator, was excellent, as was the staff. It was nice having the tea and coffee maker, and the towel heater in the bathroom was nice. The soundproofing was exxellent, as there was quite a bit of construction noise on the street nearby. Our small room looked more like one in a college dorm, not even close to the elegant photo on their website. The bed was quite hard.

Das ist an einem Doppelbett etwas ärgerlich, aber für 1 Nacht passt das schon.😉

Στη Βιέννη περάσαμε υπέροχα και σίγουρα σε αυτό συνέβαλε η διαμονή μας στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα!

• Sergei (2/5): Cold rooms and poor customer service despite a central location - Location Appartement-Hotel an der Riemergasse is an apartment hotel located in the very center of Vienna, with a convenient location and a historic elevator. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. The room was extremely cold. The heating in the bathroom did not work at all - the radiator was completely cold. In the bedroom, the radiator would turn on occasionally and then cool down again, which was not enough to heat the room. We had to sleep in sweaters and under two blankets. The administrator checked the radiators and said there was nothing he could do. There were no portable heaters available. Overall, it felt like the hotel was saving on everything. The renovation is worn, and the kitchenware is old and heavily used. We booked the apartment for three nights for €774. After the first night, it was clear that I could not leave my wife and child in such conditions. We requested a refund. At first, the administrator agreed, but later only refunded €129 (50% of the first night) and refused to return the remaining €645, despite initially saying the money would be refunded. We had already booked another hotel nearby. The administrator was rude during the conversation. We decided not to ruin our vacation and moved to a different hotel. I would not recommend dealing with this property.

• Naomi (8/5): Good, but the welcome from reception and lack of cleaning staff let it down - Good location. We stayed in the largest family suite which was perfect for a family of five. There were doors for each room, including the living room, so the person on the sofa bed also had privacy. We arrived early, and understood that our room wasn't ready until check in time. At check in time, we had to wait another 45 minutes, as our room still wasn't ready. The person on reception said that there were laundry problems and that the staff were very busy because it was between Christmas and New Year. During our 4 night stay there, we saw just a handful of staff running around, always super busy. An additional room that our extended family had was not cleaned one day, with the excuse given that 'our staff are too busy'. (note that the cleaning staff were all very good when they came to our rooms). We had a good stay, but the lack of cleaning staff was not OK. When a property knows that it will be busy during peak holiday times, it's their responsibility to hire more staff.

• Adél (9/5): Toccata e fuga :) - La struttura è in un palazzo molto bello, elegante, curato. Il nostro appartamento era molto spazioso, con un letto King size, comodissimo, vista sul Stephansdom. Erano disponibili tè, caffè e anche un fornello con le stoviglie nel caso qualcuno volesse cucinare. Il ragazzo alla reception al nostro arrivo è stato molto gentile. La posizione è perfetta, assolutamente centrale, mezz'oretta dall'aeroporto. I mezzi li abbiamo usati poco, solo quando ci siamo allontanati di piu ma solo perche faceva veramente freddo, costantemente sui -4 gradi.😃 per girare nel centro non servono mezzi, tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. Probabilmente durante la pulizia nella nostra camera il riscaldamento era stato spento che pero ce ne siamo accorti dopo un giretto in città. Inizialmente pensavamo fosse regolato dalla reception perchè il termostato non funzionava ma poi scendendo giu è venuto fuori che era uno degli appartamenti dove avevamo la possibilità di regolarlo. Una volta capito questo, era tutto ok ma a gennaio lasciarlo completamente spento dal personale non è stata una grande idea. Il bagnoschiuma dopo il primo giorno è finito nel bagno, durante la giornata non è stata riempita, abbiamo dovuto usare quello del lavandino. Sono piccole cose, ma ci vuole attenzione anche a questo.

• World Traveler 67 (9/5): Christmas weekend in Vienna - The rooms were very nice and with the little Kitchenette is suitable even for longer stays. Rooms are very nice & clean. Building is amazing It was too hot until we didn't figure out how to lower the heating. Unfortunately the steps in the room between the bedroom and Kitchenette are not suitable for elderly guests.

• hiromi (10/5): 立地、施設ともに申し分なし - シュテファン大聖堂に近くおおよその観光地は徒歩圏内にある。ミッテ駅からもスーツケースを引きずって歩ける距離にあり最高の立地。外は0℃以下の寒さだが室内はとても暖かく、シャワーのお湯もたっぷり出て、快適に過ごせました。部屋もクローゼットも広く、ハンガーもコンセントも十分あります。ホテルロゴの入ったスリッパも良かったです。 なし
• Samantha Kite (7/5): We paid extra to stay in a nicer room but the central location was excellent - Nice central location The room we booked was a studio - a sad little room that looked very different to the elegant rooms on the photos. Even the 2nd room that we paid extra for did not have a bath - just a tiny shower room with a tiny separate loo. It was fine for a short stay but a bit disappointing
