- marina (10/5): Looking forward to our next visit!! - The location is amazing!!! Really well served by the metro, in an area full of shops. The hotel is gorgeous, is like staying at a friend’s place, and they were very kind in every aspect of our staying (they’ve also taken good care of our luggages the last day while we were visiting Vienna). We’ll be back sure for another holiday pretty soon!!! Everything was fine!!! Perhaps just a bit of a smell from the bathroom once we entered the room for the first time, but it has been just a matter of opening the window and the air changed immediately!

- Erika (9/5): Tolles Hotel in Wien auf der Mariahilferstraße - Das Hotel liegt wunderbar mitten auf der Mariahilferstraße. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, man wurde mit vielen kleinen Herzlichkeiten verwöhnt (Mannerschnitten, Kaffee, Mineralwasser, etc.) und auch die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist sehr angenehm, die Deko schön und die Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer lag auch ruhig, alle Fenster gingen in den Innenhof. Das Frühstück war lecker, alle Eiergerichte werden frisch auf Wunsch zubereitet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

- Ioanna (9/5): Happy to stay there. I’ll be back for sure!!! - Excellent location, quite neighborhood, great service in any demand. Staff very very helpful and friendly. They helped us with a surprise to our kids. Also, free coffee-chocolate and tea every day, every hour, 24/7. That was amazing too. The breakfast was simple, with minimum variety.

- Meritxell (10/5): Tolle Lage, super Service und eine rundum angenehme Atmosphäre - Ich habe mich hier wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders praktisch fand ich die unkomplizierte Kommunikation über WhatsApp – das hat vieles einfacher gemacht. Am Empfang wurde ich super herzlich begrüßt, ein großes Dankeschön an Aira und das ganze Schani Team für die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft! Total gefreut habe ich mich auch über die süße handgeschriebene Notiz im Zimmer – so eine persönliche Aufmerksamkeit ist echt etwas Besonderes. Und dass ich meine Reisetasche nach dem Check-Out noch dort lassen konnte, war für mich ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

La ubicación es perfecta si prefieres lugares más locales y menos turísticos. El palacio y la ópera a 10 minutos caminando. Las almohadas podrían mejorar. Demasiados mensajes automáticos en los días previos a la reserva.

Dusche ist nicht separat sondern in Zimmer und das hat etwas gerochen .Zusätzlich wasser war für mich persönlich sehr sparsam angestellt genauso wie Wassertemperatur, so richtig warm war das nie. Zimmer würde die Tage nicht geputzt .

- Veridiana (9/5): - O quarto tinha todo o necessário, menos frigobar, uma carta de boas vindas, um café pequeno, pois não pagamos pelo completo, mas tinha café e chá no quarto, o que oferece conforto. Cama e banho bem agradáveis. Local tranquilo, silencioso, limpo, bem localizado. Chegamos depois das 20h, e não há ninguém na hospedagem. As instruções dadas não falavam que o acesso ao quarto seria tocando o interfone, para daí entrar no prédio e, subindo até o 4⁰ andar, acessar a tal caixa com o cartão de acesso ao local. Então, foi necessário falar inglês com a pessoa no interfone. Foi complicado e gerou insegurança.

- Sarah (3/5): Eher Flop als Top - Grosse Dusche - Rezeption ist nicht lange besetzt - nicht für Familien geeignet,Aufzug sehr klein und eng mit Kinderwagen, ist im 1.Stock - Familienzimmer war es bei uns keines,es wurde einfach die Couch ausgezogen und eine dünne Matratze daraufgelegt,wo man das ganze Gitter durchspürt !! - Zimmerkarten gingen plötzlich nicht mehr - Frühstück teuer für das Angebot - Warmwasser geht erst ab ca 7.15h in der früh,was bei uns blöd war, dawir durch die Kinder früh auf sind und man nur kaltes Wasser hat !!! - Kommen nicht wieder

- Melissa (9/5): Everything you need within walking distance - The location was so very good, straight out of the U3 station and you're there at the hotel. It's right in the middle of a street with everything you need in either direction. Food, shopping, you name it. Staff were super friendly every day and the morning coffee and baked goods were a delight There was an occasional drain smell that was in the room but not often. The tv unfortunately was not connected to the internet so couldn't cast from our devices like we were hoping to.
