The room was huge, clean, nice, modern and well setup with everything a family needs for a nice vacation period (washing machine, full kitchen, dish washer, etc). We also could park the car in a garage with electric charging.

- Maria (9/5): A Viennese gem - Everything was exactly as described. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and warm (we stayed here around New Year's Eve). The host was very welcoming and offered a lot of tips for our trip. There are both a tram and a bus station within a 3 minute walk, so getting to the city centre or the Schonnbrun was super easy. While the area is not exactly central, it is clean and quiet and we felt safe at all times. There are a few grocery stores nearby and a gas station with a shop inside that's open 24/7. Would definitely stay here again! I was surprised to find two coffee machines but not a single coffee capsule or teabag for our 5 night stay, especially given that almost all shops are closed in Austria on the weekends.

The host was very helpful and provided useful information and maps. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable, with excellent heating.

Aparatamentul amplu, curat, mobilat cu gust. Dormitorul cu spatii generoase pentru haine, patul cu o somiera inalta si saltea ortopedica. Nu se curba salteaua! Se doarme atat de bine incat te poti dispensa de ...Xanax! In rest, bucataria, dotata cu absolut tot ce ai nevoie pentru pregatat o masa simpla, seara, dimineata...Baia mica dar deosebit de inteligent rezolvat acest handicap. Poate e util de stiut ca am gasit la bucatarie toate, dar absolut toate cele necesare. Clatoresc de multi ani si prefer apartamentele. De obicei, merg sa-mi fac o semiaprovizionare cu chimicalele de bucatarie, baie. Ei bine, am avut la dispozitie, tot, in variante bio. Deci sapun lichid, detergent de vase, pastile pt. masina de spalat vase, role cu pungi de gunoi. Am avut sare, zahar, pungile pt. filtru... Christian, gazda si the owner of Ferchergasse appartments, ne-a asteptat si a facut prezentarile apartamentului. Urma sa plece a doua zi pentru o perioada mai lunga. Dar, de a doua zi, am avut placerea sa comunicam cu distinsa doamna Anna, mama lui Christaian, care ne-a rezolvat toate micile incidente - routerul! Inca ceva deosebit de important. Am primit pe mail, in corspondenta purtata cu Christian inaine de a ajunge la Vienna, un plan deosebit de detaliat al zonei in care e situat imobilul. Planul avand marcate toate punctele de interes: magazine, restaurante, banci, politie, posta, ...In plus, o lista cu programul acestora. In holul de intrare in imobil, exista un soi de avizier unde sunt harti ale Viennei, pliante cu evenimente culturale... La plecare , doamna Anna ne-a ajutat chemand un taxi deosebit de decent. Nu am cum sa nu fiu incantata de aceasta alegere - Ferchergasse. Cred ca as fi apreciat sa gasesc un ibric pt. facut cafea. Am cautat la magazinele din jur si nu am gasit. In dotarea apartamentului exista doua device-uri pt. cafea dar cum nu-mi place cea la filtru... Am gasit in Karntner Strasse o french press.

Minden berendezés rendben volt, mosogató gép, két TV, wifi, kapszulás kávéföző, indukciós főzőlap, kényelmes ágyak.... Garázsban parkolhattunk, kb. 300m, ennek díja napi 15euró. Egyik lábas koszos volt, beásztattuk, majd lekapartuk az odaaégett maradványokat. A lakás kissé messze van a központtól, egy mágálló vonat majd metróval, összesen 35 perc.

Völlig unkompliziertes Ausschecken, super Verkehrsanbindung in die Hauptstadt nichts, rein gar nichts

Accès assez facile au centre de Vienne avec le train puis le métro (environ 30 min) Salle de bain fonctionnelle mais un peu vieillissante. Pas de rideaux occultants. Prévoir des boules quies car le train passe souvent.
- Jarek (9/5): - Apartament jest położony w zadbanej kamienicy. W środku było czysto. W szafkach kuchennych znajdowały się wszelkie niezbędne sprzęty. Niewątpliwym plusem był garaż przy samym obiekcie, do którego bez problemu zmieścił się samochód z bagażnikiem dachowym. Choć trzeba było dodatkowo zapłacić za miejsce garażowe to moim zdaniem jest do lepsza opcja niż poszukiwanie strzeżonego parkingu. Jak nas poinformowała Pani w recepcji, na ulicach w Wiedniu nie można wykupić jednorazowo miejsca postojowego na dłuższy czas niż 2 godziny. Ze względu na układ mieszkania przydałby się dodatkowy wentylator szczególnie w upalne dni. Dojazd do centrum zajmował trochę czasu lecz mogło to być spowodowane trwającym akurat remontem linii tramwajowej. Na szczęście w pobliżu znajdował się dworzec kolejowy, a pociągi podmiejskie jeździły bardzo często.

- Ruszkiewicz (10/5): - Bardzo miła i pomocna Pani. Świetna wielkość apartamentu oraz tramwaj i pociąg blisko. Godne polecenia. Drogi parking 15€/doba, ale to i tak taniej niż parkingi miejskie (6€/2h), mała łazienka - plus jedynie za to, że podzielona na dwa pomieszczenia.
- Ivan (1/5): Bad - Nothing Far away from the center,too basic furniture,no barriers facing the light of the sun at the first hours of the morning, The liflt is such a tiny that it looks a joke,the apartament is much smaller than they announce ( in my case roughly 27 metres when they publish 40 ) and what is even wiorse a couple of owners uncapable of givng me an explanation and avoiding me all time. I have submitted a formal complaint through booking.com suppying proofs and I hope they correct their wrong attitude.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Very comfortable, peaceful holiday, with everything we needed. - Apartment in a peaceful part of Vienna, very easily reachable on public transport. It is well-thought out and beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything one could need. The hosts have a real eye for detail: the weather turned hot and a floor-standing fan appeared; the washing machine in a room downstairs is shared between all their apartments in the building, and next to it are a pile of baskets for transporting the damp washing back upstairs; iron and ironing board are neatly stored in the hallway to the group of apartments upstairs. Several ways of making coffee? Two types of coffee machine are provided.
- Florian (9/5): Wonderful - No breakfast included, but an excellent „Kaffeehaus“ around the corner. 30-40 min to Stephansdom and to city center, and approx. 30 min to the first vinyards by public transport.
- Séverine (8/5): Pretty good - The access to the bus and train station was great. The location was quiet everytime, from inside as outside. Mr Rank explained us everything we needed to know before to visit Vienna and stayed available in case we had any issue or question :) Just the leak of comprehension for the end of the travel. I needed to leave my loggages somewhere in the hotel, and there was nobody at the reception. I had to call and Mrs Rank advised my to let my loggages at the laundry service. It was happily shorthy resolved :)
- Costel (10/5): - The property is in a relative old building but clean and quite. The property is relative far from the center of Vienna. Thanks to a very good transportation system you will get in approx. 30 min to Hofburg Palace.
- Sagy (8/5): Quiet Apartment, All Electrical Appliances, Not Clean Properly and Room for improvement - Quiet, High Floor, All Necessary Electrical Appliances. Air Conditioning. The apartment was not clean properly, there were many long hair all over the apartment floor and also in the sofa. The shower is very small and you barely have a place to move. The air conditioning is only in the living room, so when you close the bedroom door it is almost not cooling, and air conditioning is connected to a system which doesn’t allow you to adjust the temperature nor the air flow, so it is going on and off and this is causing noise and lack of adjustment to comfortable cool air flow. You don’t reactive any body soap, nor shampoo, and just a bit of hand soap, this is very uncomfortable and you have to go to the store and buy all the supply you need and it takes time.
