• Ekaterina (8/5): Hotell nära alla sevärdheter - Det var en fantastisk vistelse i Wien. Hotellet ligger nära till de flesta sevärdheter och 2 min till flygbussar. Ett bekvämt, fräsch och lugnt rum. Fint badrum. Mycket trevlig personal.

Nanzarası yok loştu, sıçu ısıtıcı olabilirdi, yatak daha geniş olabilirdi.

• LETICIA (9/5): Céntrico y agradable - Está situado a pocos minutos caminando de una de las paradas de la línea de metro U1, que conecta con muchos puntos importantes y a un corto paseo del centro vienés, Para mí,, es la localización perfecrta para moverse por Viena y para conectarte con el aeriopuerto o la estación de trenes. El edificio es uno de los típicos de Viena decimonónicos, con una escalera preciosa (tiene ascensor). El personal es muy amable, desde recpeción a la camarera del desayuno, Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño, reformadas, con camas cómodas que garantizan el descanso. El desayuno se sitve en un comedor agradable y luminoso., Y está rico, En relación calidad precio el hotel está muy bien para lo que es Viena. Volvería sin duda. En el desayuno podría haber más fruta fresca.

Çift olduğumuz halde tek tek ayrı yataklı bir oda verildi sorunu çözmelerini istedik fakat otelin kalabalık olduğunu ancak bu odayı verebileceklerini söylediler. O da temizliği hiç hijyenik değildi.

Minimal English channels on tv. Breakfast is a pretty good buffet, except for the artificial drink that’s supposed to be “orange juice”.
• Daniele (10/5): Great location, Modern hotel & Kind staff - - The place was really clean, had a nice modern look, and is really close to the city center. - The room was the right size (not too big or too small) and the bathroom was amazing. Great water pressure, roomy shower and hot water coming out in an instant. - The breakfast had a good variety of items: milk, chocolate, coffee, cappuccino, orange juice, cereals, croissants, cakes, bread rolls, jams, ham, cheeses, fruit, vegetables. Every morning I would get a rich cup of cappuccino with cereals and a few sandwiches with plenty of ham and veggies (tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers) to make up the lack of greens when traveling and eating at restaurants. - Their GREATEST ASSET is definitely their staff. Violeta, the lady serving food at the hotel cafeteria, was the sweetest. She would often help me practice my broken German and was super kind. On my last day she even gifted me a little trinket from Medjugorje. I'll miss her a lot. People at reception were really nice too and very professional. Overall I had a really nice experience with everybody working there. - Among the many other positive things, I also need to laude their promptness. One day I had an issue with my bathroom. For some reason, a bad smell was coming out of the drain. They sent a plumber while I was gone and when I was back in the afternoon it was already fixed. To me that is definitely a plus. I don't expect a place to always be perfect and never run into problems, but when that happens, I value the reactiveness much more than the problem itself. It really shows a place's work etiquette. 10/10 I would definitely recommend this hotel. If I should really nitpick the only thing I could complain about is the pillows. They're a bit too baggy and sometimes it was hard to fall asleep. But other than that the place was absolutely perfect.

Room doors open towards the outside, wich I found weird and not the most secure. It was only 2 nights in a safe neighbourhood of a safe city, bu in another context I might not have stayed.

• Grant (9/5): Comfortable room great breakfast - The hotel is well located up the hill for the centre and down the hill to public transport access. Breakfast was very good. The room was very clea, good rain shower, and the bed was comfortable, although, for me, the pillow was too soft but I was happily given another. Air conditioning came in very useful, as it was quite hot. Our room faced the back of the hotel which basically backed on to another wall. Unfortunately, we were in a room next to some sort of utility room and there was an annoying quiet hum for most of the night.

• Boggio (8/5): Per i servizi offerti è caro , per la posizione molto comodo - la gentilezza dello staff , la location molto silenziosa la camera matrimoniale con i letti divisi su mia richiesta l ho trovata con i letti separati all’ultimo minuto e molto sporco a terra fra i letti che peraltro è rimasto sorco anche dopo la prima notte in bagno i saponi sono piuttosto usurati e uno era rotto , i canali tv sono solo trasmessi in tedesco , non c’è il bollitore né le bottiglie d acqua a disposizione

Loistava sijainti lähellä metroa ja raitiovaunua / bussilinjoja, kävelymatkan päässä St. Stephansin tuomiokirkosta. Lentokenttäbussi tuli ihan viereen. Aamiainen riittävän monipuolinen ja maukas. Hissi pieni ja tosi hidas. Huone ja kylpyhuone myös aika pieniä, kuten koko hotelli. Meillä oli näkymä takapihalle eli käytännössä toisen talon seinään. Siivoamisen tasossa parannettavaa, ovien ja pöytien takaa löytyi paljon pölyä. Äänieristys ei kovin hyvä ja ilmastointi vinkui (korvatulpat auttoi asiaan). Aulabaaria tms. oleskelutilaa ei ollut ja respakin ahtaassa käytävässä. Ei ollut ihan halpa tasoonsa nähden, mutta voisin mennä uudestaan, koska tarkoitus ei ollut viettää aikaa hotellissa vaan kaupungilla. Toimi hyvänä tukikohtana.

• Eva (9/5): Sentralt og hyggelig hotell - Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt. Flybussen stopper like ved, og det er trikk og buss i kort gangavstand fra hotellet. Stefansdomen ligger en kort spasertur unna, det samme gjør andre severdigheter og gågater med butikker mm. Rommet var romslig og hadde fint bad, gode senger. Personalet var vennlig. Vi mislikte ingenting, men rommet lå ut mot en gate med mye «liv» fredag og lørdag kveld. Vi måtte holde vinduet lukket. Søndag kveld var det ganske stille.
