• Davide Benedetti (9/5): Ottima posizione per viaggi che combinano lavoro e piacere in città - Posizione molto buona sia per chi visita la città sia per chi deve portarsi fuori città, ad esempio per motivi di lavoro. Ascensore non parte dal piano terra.

• SANKHAYAN (8/5): - Location is perfect for me; Tram station is 3 mininutes away from the hotel and through tram this is well connceted to the most of the places to visit. The train station is 20 mins away from this location. The cleanliness within the room and washroom is highly satisfactory. Breakfast is also sufficient with diverse options. An electric kettle should be within the room.

• Stefania (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole - Struttura all'interno di un grande condominio, ben organizzata, posizione molto buona vicino a bus e metro che rendono questo hotel facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto... colazione buona e offrono servizio di deposito bagagli gratuito Struttura e camere un pò datate... reception che chiude alle 20. dopo quest'ora l'hotel è chiuso e per accedere alle camere devi passare dall'entrata condominiale

• Edyta (8/5): - Pensjonat bardzo dobry, położony bardzo blisko Kościoła Wotywnego,czystość na wysokim poziomie,smaczne śniadania kontynentalne ,tramwaje i metro niedaleko, łatwość dostania sie do ścisłego centrum historycznego. Ulica zadbana i spokojna z wieloma miejscami do jedzenia i picia.Bardzo mi sie podobał pobyt ,bylo cicho i dobrze sie czułam. Na pewno powrócę ! W pokoju brakowało mi czajnika elektrycznego.

• Valentina (7/5): Soggiorno in posizione ottima - La colazione è internazionale ma molto basic. Considerati i prezzi di Vienna direi che è un'ottima cosa avere la possibilità di fare colazione in Hotel prima di uscire e avercela compresa. Ottima posizione e staff cortese pronto a gestire ogni nostra richiesta. All'inizio siamo capitati in una stanza con il bagno diviso in più sezioni e molto antiquato: in una porta vi era l'accesso solo al gabinetto, in altra parte la doccia (molto scomoda) e in un angolo il lavandino che non aveva porta. Il mobilio era anche un pò datato, stile anni 80 (ma la stanza era pulita!). La cosa peggiore però è stata che, avendo la finestra l'affaccio probabilmente alla parte dove c'è il ristorante ethiopico, arrivava una puzza tremenda di cipolla che non ci ha fatto dormire per nulla e si irradiava anche dalla zona del bagno. Abbiamo fatto presente questa situazione allo staff il quale (un pò sorpreso per la lamentela della puzza), il giorno dopo ci ha cambiato la stanza (sono stati molto gentili su tutto, nulla da dire di loro). Siamo così capitati in una stanza totalmente diversa al secondo piano (il bagno sicuramente era stato restrutturato) e con l'affaccio da altra parte dell'hotel. Decisamente meglio! Questa cosa l'abbiamo apprezzata molto, infatti poi il nostro soggiorno è andato benissimo nell'hotel. Le stanze erano pulite e il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, considerando che sei a due passi dal centro di vienna e considerando anche la media degli altri hotel della zona.

• Jelena (9/5): Everything was great! - The location itself is exceptional, just a few minutes' walk from the main city sights. Our room was nicer than in the pictures, the bathroom was renovated and everything was clean. The breakfast was excellent and varied. We will definitely return to this hotel. It would be good to add another larger mirror in the room, apart from the one in the bathroom.

• Eva.P (8/5): - Πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο και μπάνιο, άνετα κρεβάτια και πολύ νόστιμο πρωινό. Θα θέλαμε το μπάνιο να ήταν λίγο πιο ευρύχωρο. Βρισκόμασταν ακριβώς στο κέντρο της Βιέννης και σε 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκεις καφέ και εστιατόρια. Θα θέλαμε το μπάνιο να ήταν λίγο πιο ευρύχωρο. Ήταν αρκετά στενά. Το κτίριο είναι παλιό. Δεν είχαμε μπαλκόνι.

• Bénédicte (9/5): Très bien situé - Dans un immeuble à l'ancienne avec porte cochère, proche du centre historique et du metro/trolley. Personnel accueillant. Petit dej compris (oeufs, croissants, pain, gâteaux, fromage, lait, jus...). Chambre agréable et calme côté cour. Prévoir masque pour les yeux car les rideaux laissent passer la lumière. Les rideaux trop légers.

• karine (6/5): Bon emplacement mais hôtel vieillot - L’emplacement est parfait car proche du centre ville ( 15 minutes de marche) et proche des station de tram L’hôtel est vieillot, la literie est peu confortable, les accessoires (sèche cheveux) est à changer ( se coupe tous les 1 minute) et 1 petite bouteille d’eau dans la chambre à notre arrivée aurait était apprécié

The reception is open during the day only, so if you arrive late, you need to inform the hotel and you will get the code to get your key with clear instructions on how to enter the building. The rooms are a bit old fashioned, but clean and cosy with a private bathroom. Lovely breakfast buffet in the morning. In my room there was an intense smell of cigarettes. I don't blame the hotel for this, but some moron that was staying there before me and wouldn't bother to read the sign on the wall that smoking is forbidden.

El desayuno también era bastante decente. El personal amable. La cortina que "tapaba" la ventana era terriblemente fina y no cubría en absoluto la luz.
