• Elaine (8/5): Exactly the base I needed to explore London. - I’m was close to tube and railway but the location was in a quiet safe feeling area. Staff were lovely. It is definitely cosy but if you’re only sleeping in it and out all day it’s perfect.

Frühstück war auch gut. Kontinental mit Rührei und Pfannkuchen auf anfrage. Zimmer absolut ruhig mit Klimaanlage. Ausblick in Hinterhof mit Abluftanlagen.

• PRUDENCE (8/5): Short walk from Paddington, super-nutritious breakfast and lovely staff - The room on the 4th floor was quiet with a small window that opened so we could get fresh air! The bed was small (a double) but comfy. It was nice to have a safe. Good water pressure. Nice, big bath sheets, not towels. For a continental breakfast, the selections were outstanding. Only an 8-minute walk from Paddington with lots of good eateries around London St. When we first arrived, we were given a large room with a tall window facing directly onto the sidewalk. As soon as I entered, I could see people passing by cannot help but look inside. And after the fourth or fifth "peeper," we drew the curtains, but then the light disappeared, and the room was too close and dark. I asked for another room, but was told there were none. I persisted and found there were at least two, one in the basement with no windows and a smaller room on the top floor, which we took. The elevator was cramped, the room was very small, and the bathroom was almost impossibly small.

• diego (7/5): - La habitación es excelente, muy buena cama, muy equipada con pava eléctrica e infusiones de cortesía. Muy buena atención del personal. Linda zona. Pésimo desayuno para lo que cobran. Si no bajas muy temprano a desayunar se acaban los alimentos y no los renuevan. Tenés que desayunar lo que sobra. Y cobran 15 libras.

• zaraelizabethh (8/5): Simple and affordable - I stayed here for 2 nights when first arriving to London. The reception was very kind and helpful. This hotel gives you access to a free hot drinks machine and a table with charging slots, as well as breakfast service added to your accomodation if you want it. They help store luggage in a safe spot too. I had a small room with a single bed as I was staying on my own, despite the small room I had everything I needed in there. Everything was clean and the bathroom was also nice. There’s small cupboard storage if you need it. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

The room was very clean and quite. the location was brilliant for us to travel to the theatre and to Buckingham Palace. The area had plenty of places to eat and drink and was very close to Paddington station. Breakfast was very nice with a nice selection.

• Amber (9/5): Comfortable hotel for your city trip! - The hotel was great, in a line with other hotels. There's a small park nearby and the view of the street is also very green. The room was clean and the 'do not disturb' system was intuitive and easy to use. Perfect place to stay for a couple of days, close to the Paddington station, which includes a ton of lines throughout London. The room was on the small side, but we knew this beforehand. It was possible to get coffee and tea at all times downstairs, but there were some amenities in the room.

It’s about a 15-minute walk to Buckingham Palace through Hyde Park There is also a small corner shop nearby to buy groceries. Upon arrival, there was complimentary water in the room. On the ground floor, there is a 24/7 area with hot drinks and refill drinking water anytime. The room itself was clean, tidy, and featured a modern design. I particularly appreciated the availability of USB charging ports, as well as separate sockets for both UK and European plugs. The continental breakfast was good, with the option to order a hot dish of your choice. I didn’t notice any significant drawbacks - everything met my expectations.
