- AYKUT (8/5): Mükemmel Konum - Tesisin konumu her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Tesiste bulunduğum süreçte tur rezervasyonum vardı ve meydanlara oldukça yakındı. Termini bölgesine yürüme mesafesinde havaalanından terminiye gelip yürüyerek 10 dakikada geçebilirsiniz. Herhangi bir gürültü sorunu yaşamadım. Odam tertemizdi ve hoş bir balkonu vardı. Banyosu biraz küçük ve banyo havalandırması gürültülü çalışıyor fakat fiyatına kıyasla kabul edilebilir.

- Alexandra (6/5): A lokáció a legnagyobb előnye az ár mellett - A hotel legnagyobb előnye egyértelműen a kiváló elhelyezkedése: nagyon jó a lokáció, szinte minden könnyen elérhető gyalogosan. Ár-érték arányban ebből a szempontból pozitív volt, hiszen ennyiért Róma belvárosához ilyen közel az ember nem vár feltétlenül nagy extrákat. Az értékeléseket előre elolvastuk, így nem voltak irreális elvárásaink, és a személyzet egyébként kedves és udvarias volt. Sajnos maga a szoba csalódást okozott. A tisztasággal akadtak problémák: a fürdőszoba mennyezete poros volt, a függönyön egy kellemetlen folt volt látható, a tapéta pedig több helyen levált a falról és repedések is voltak a falon több helyen. Egy olcsó hotel esetében nincsenek irreális elvárásaim, de azt gondolom, hogy a tisztaság alap és nem kellene, hogy függjön a csillagok számától. A zuhanyzó valóban rendkívül szűk, ahogyan azt más értékelésekben is írták, ha az ember elejt valamit, szinte lehetetlen lehajolni érte, és a zuhanyajtó is annyira keskeny, hogy a ki- és beszállás is kényelmetlen. A legnagyobb problémát azonban a zaj jelentette. A falak valóban papírvékonyak, minden áthallatszik. Mivel a szobánk az ötödik emeleten, a bejárathoz közel helyezkedett el, a folyosón történő minden mozgást és beszélgetést hallottunk. Egyik éjjel például fél egy körül új vendégek érkeztek, és a személyzet a folyosón, mondta el nekik a tudnivalókat, amit szerintünk diszkrétebben is meg lehetett volna oldani. Egy másik este egy család gyerekekkel késő éjszaka is hangoskodott, és még a szobájukból is áthallatszott a kiabálás. Olyannyira rossz a hangszigetelés, hogy még egy szomszédos szobából érkező horkolást is tisztán lehetett hallani. Az utcai zajjal, egy belvárosi szállás esetében, számoltunk, az nem zavart minket, és készültünk is erre.

- CHARLOTTE (7/5): Good, safe hotel and well located. - Centrally located, close to the main train station and within a 20 - 30 minute walk to most places of interest. The shower was on the small side. The bathroom needs updating.

You hear everything, very thin walls, can hear someone on the phone, hair dryer, intimate moments and people walking passed, checking in or out we're loud. Prepare for early mornings.

- Massimo (8/5): - La cosa che più mi ha fatto piacere osservare è che ogni giorno è venuto qualcuno per la pulizia della camera, cosa che non dò per scontato. L'attenzione per il cliente nei limiti del possibile c'è. La posizione è buona. Vicinissima a Piazza Indipendenza da dove passano molti mezzi pubblici e poi c'è anche la stazione Termini abbastanza vicina. Il prezzo che ho pagato era adeguato. I punti critici sono strutturali, ovvero l'ascensore e i rumori interni. L'ascensore è un modello molto vecchio e spesso è capitato che qualcuno lascia aperte le porte e rimane bloccato. Questo nonostante gli avvisi scritti di richiudere le porte all'uscita. Dover salire fino al quinto piano dove era la mia camera facendo tutte le scale perché qualcuno non ha usato correttamente l'ascensore non è piacevole. Le finestre isolano molto bene dai rumori della strada, purtroppo però gli scarichi dei bagni delle camere a fianco fanno rumore.

Il y a un petit frigo dans la chambre. Il ne s'agit d'un hôtel comme on l'entend. Il y a 5 chambre au 2 ième étage et 5 autres au 5 ième . Il vaut mieux s'entendre à l'avance sur l'heure d'arrivée car nous nous sommes buté à une porte clause et sans instructions pour communiquer avec qui que soit, par le voisin de palier (qui semble opérer ce même genre d'hébergement) à communiqué avec une responsable qui était au 5 ième, La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons communiqué avec la responsable qui après avoir parlé avec son patron nous a avisé qu'il n'y avait rien à faire.

- David (10/5): Hotel Lazzari, un lugar para recordar. - Me encantó que es un lugar tranquilo, la zona es tranquila, la cama estaba deliciosa y abajo del hotel hay un restaurante que se llama Monte Arci, todo está delicioso. Todo es perfecto, no hay nada que no te guste, solo pide vista a la calle.
