The breakfast was good with some decent options, such as the fruit and fresh coffee, however it would have been better if there were more vegan options available The limited vegan options - ie, it would have been better to have more vegan options and a wider range of vegan and healthier options

• fatima (8/5): Tranquilo y buena ubicación con personal muy amable - La tranquilidad ,ubicación ,comodidad de las camas y principalmente el personal de recepción,destacaría su amabilidad y predisposición y la persona que atiende a los clientes en el desayuno .la😃sala de desayuno es coqueta y comunica con una terraza exterior ideal para buen tiempo.Todo muyyy limpio.Aunque está en zona residencial ,a pocos pasos tienes todo tipo de tiendas, cafetería,Mark and Spencer ,pubs y la estación de bayswater.mas allá hay un gran supermercado y muchas tiendas ,incluso charities.Se puede ir andando a nottinghill. No hay donde dejar las maletas y el espacio de armario es minúsculo.Al tener techos altos yo aprovecharía el espacio superior para dejar maleta pequeña o bien para colgar abrigos.El desayuno es muy sencillo, aunque suficiente .En el baño no hay champú y tuvimos que comprarlo.
• Jane (9/5): Very pleasant stay - The position of where the hotel is ideal near tube station. Very quite area. Very comfortable beds. Clean rooms . The rooms are a little small especially the bathroom .but the shower was big enough. Could do with a mirror in the bedroom
• Orłowska (8/5): Pobyt w Londynie z mężem był wyłącznie turystyczny. - Pokój bardzo czysty, wygodny mimo że dla dwóch osób był troszkę malutki. Jedyny mankament to szafa, która była bez półek i bez zamknięcia. Śniadania kontynentalne, smaczne i wystarczające. Obsługa miła, pomocna. Hotel w znakomitym spokojnym miejscu , do autobusów i metra bardzo blisko, kilka minut pieszo. Zrobić w szafie chociaż jedną półkę.

• Zoe (6/5): Nice hotel on the ground floor compulsary alarm in the morning - Hotel was clean and in a good location. Shower was nice and the safe was free and easy to use just by tapping the room card. While the lift was slow still worked great . Was on the ground floor room and was woken up at 6.30am by staff members leafblowing the patio directly outside the hotel room. For the air conditioning the bottom floor was great we went with some people who were on the top floor and at best it felt like a mouse was blowing on you.

If I visit again I would definitely stay here The AC in our room didn’t work so when outside was 10 Celsius in our room it was 30! But the stuff was very helpful and kind they went to check on it but unfortunately they couldn’t fix it at the time so they offered us an electric fan and that helped us a little bit.

Los alrededores llenos de bares, cafeterias y restaurantes. El personal del hotel muy atento y servicial. La estadía fue genial. No hay nada que observar.

• Timo (7/5): Hotelli ei vastaa kuvausta - Sijainti oli hyvä. Aamiainen ihan ok. Kylppäri toimi hyvin. Toukokuu, ulkona +15-20. 4 krs huone kuin sauna. Ilmastoiti ei toiminut. Ensimmäisen yön jälkeen saimme huoneen alemmasta kerroksesta, sielläkään ei ilmastointi toiminut. Tuuletin tuotiin joka nyt ei ihmeitä auttanut. Henkilökunta selitteli sitä sun tätä eikä varmaankaan halunnut myöntää että ongelma on koko hotellissa eikä vain parissa huoneessa. Varaudu siis tähän jos uskallat varata huoneen. Wifi oli lähes yhtä surkea, tippui pois alvariinsa.
• Rajewski (9/5): sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen bestimmt wieder - Das Zimmer war mit 10 qm zwar recht klein für 3 Personen , aber zum Schlafen ausreichend. Sauberes Bad und saubere Handtücher. Das Frühstück war klein, aber fein. Haben dafür den schönen Garten genutzt. 5 bis 6 Minuten Gehweg zum U - Bahnhof Bayswater. Umgebung war ordentlich und schöne Aussicht auf einen Park nichts
• Petra (8/5): Great location, very kind staff, clean rooms, and a perfect choice for a London city break. - Reem Hotel was a really great choice for our stay in London, especially if you want a peaceful and safe area. The location is perfect because the hotel is in Kensington close to several underground stations, and Notting Hill and Portobello Road are only a few minutes away on foot. The room was small, but for a city trip and the amount of time we actually spent inside, it was absolutely enough. Everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained. We were also pleasantly surprised that the towels were changed every day even though we didn’t requested it. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also had a late check-in because our flight and transfer were delayed, but there were no issues at all and everything was handled smoothly. Overall, we felt very comfortable and safe during our stay and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to London. There wasn’t anything major we disliked. The only thing worth mentioning is that the rooms are quite small, but that is pretty common in London and it wasn’t really an issue for us since we spent most of the day exploring the city.
• Suvi (8/5): Suvi - The hotel was very cozy and the room and hotel was very clean. Great location and nice area. Breakfast selection is small, but delicious. Ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. Air conditioning in the room was not working which meant the room was very hot, and I was dissappointed that it was not possible to get another room on a lower floor, which most likely would not have been as hot.
• Emeline (7/5): Un bon séjour malgré tout - Le personnel, la propreté, la géocalisation, le quartier, à proximité d’une gare métro ou d’arrêts de bus, de restaurants, supérettes et boutiques souvenirs. L’isolation est à revoir, nous avons entendu les voisins du dessus (qui n’étaient pas respectueux jusqu’à des heures au milieu de la nuit) par des grincements de sol, l’eau qui descend dans les tuyaux, à les entendre parler. La chambre et salle d’eau, toutes deux petites pour une chambre triple, du coup il faisait vite chaud dans la pièce sans chauffage.

Chambre propre et personnel très sympathique. Tres calme pour londres. La chambre étais un peu petite et les lits beaucoup trop petit. Mon mari et ma fille sont très grands et leurs pieds dépassait du lit . La fenêtre ne pouvait ni être ouverte, ni fermé. Elle était entre ouverte mais on ne pouvait pas la régler a notre goût.

• Gunhild (10/5): - Veldig bra beliggenhet, nært både undergrunnsbane, parker, sykkel, restauranter og butikker. Rent rom og pent bad! Koselig bakgård bak huset, vi hadde utsikt ut dit fra vårt rom. Kjekt med aircondition. Litt små rom, men vi hadde et fint opphold og jeg ville valgt Reem igjen!

• Małgorzata (7/5): - Lokalizacja wspaniała, bardzo dobre śniadania, bardzo czysto Niestety w jednym z wynajmowanych pokoi na 3 piętrze było bardzo duszno, nie było możliwości przewietrzenia pokoju, wykupione śniadania oczywiście były dobre ale na nasze pytanie czy jest możliwość dostania na wynos śniadania w ostatnim dniu otrzymaliśmy odpowiedź że Pani się zapyta, pytaliśmy rano wcześniejszego dnia, wieczorem zapytaliśmy Pana na recepcji oczywiście również dostaliśmy odpowiedź z uśmiechem że się zapyta. Oczywiście odpowiedzi nie uzyskaliśmy.

• Ann (8/5): Lovely break with my daughter. - The hotel is in a very pleasant area. The staff were very pleasant. The room and shower were spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent. Good air con. We would definitely stay again. We could have done with more clothes hangers. The towel rails and hooks in the bathroom were too high, and the safe in the room we couldn't use as it was too high up. My daughter is 5 ft. 8 ins. and she struggled.

Nice buffet breakfast with the option to sit out on the patio. Hotel is in a great location, lovely quiet area but only 5 mins walk from Bayswater underground and Kensington Gardens, some nice pubs and loads of different restaurants options close by. Room and en-suite bathroom really small but wouldn’t put me off staying again
• Renata (8/5): Bom custo-benefício - Quarto novinho, reformado com um chuveiro maravilhoso (daqueles que a ducha sai do teto). Isso é muito raro na Europa. Café da manhã incluso muito bom, farto e variado. Localização também é muito boa! Não é um quarto para três pessoas. Não cabem 3 pessoas confortavelmente neste quarto triplo. Outro ponto muito ruim é o calor dentro do quarto. Fui na primavera, a temperatura estava amena, mas dentro do quarto fazia muito calor e o ar condicionado não funcionava.

La prima camera, sottoterra che dava su un cavedio interno piccola e con strano odore, subito cambiata con una minuscola (letto da 120)con bagno minuscolo, dove abbiamo resistito una notte perché era molto tardi. Non capisco perché tutte queste stanze sono fotografate nella stessa tipologia di camere matrimoniali, allo stesso prezzo, quando in realtà sono molto diverse.

• MARIO (9/5): Perfecto para una escapada - La ubicación muy buena: 2 estaciones de metro muy cerca, sitios donde comer e ir de compras justo al lado. En un paseo estás en Notting Hill, parques, etc. El barrio muy tranquilo y seguro. El hotel muy limpio, te arreglan la habitación a diario. Cambio de toallas. El desayuno sin alardes pero más que suficiente para cubrir lo necesario. Todo el personal muy atentos y super amables en el trato. El tamaño de la habitación y la calefacción muy alta todo el tiempo, sin posibilidad de regular.

• Toby (9/5): Goed uitgangspunt voor bezoek aan Londen - Mooi, nieuw ingericht hotel in rustige wijk vlakbij drukkere straten. Vlakbij Hyde park. Goed ontbijt. Kamer/badkamer klein, maar dat is normaal in Londen voor deze prijs. In de ontbijtzaal is niet altijd plek, dan moet je wachten. De man bij de receptie was op zich aardig, maar reageert niet aardig als er iets in zijn ogen niet klopt. Hij houdt er geen rekening mee dat gasten op de aankomstdag wat vermoeider zijn. Het bed op de kamer van de kinderen (13 en 15 jaar) was wel erg klein.

• Lise (7/5): - Rent og pænt. God morgenmad. Der er ret lydt fra naboer og gangene. Vinduet ud til gaden var meget tyndt, så al støj kunne høres.

• Kari (8/5): - Beliggenheten, stille og rolig. God frokost, hyggelig personale. Rommene var små, men helt ok. Sengene var komfortable.
• Andreas (8/5): Die Woche meines Aufenthaltes war angenehm. - Das Zimmer (408) war eher klein für zwi personen. Der grosse Koffer hatte leider keinen Platz, noch unter dem Bett noch sonst wo. Wir mussten ihn in die Ecke stellen. Das Badezimmer war ebenfals sehr klein. Die Dusche war ideal und neuwertig, aben der Platz zum abtrocknen war leider nicht forhanden. Das Früstück war ausreichend und das Personal sehr, sehr freundlich. Die Lage war hervorragend. Zu kleines Zimmer (Zimmernummer 408) obwohl es als Doppelzimmer angegeben war. Ebenso war das Bett für zwei Personen zu klein. Das Badezimmer war klein, man hatte kaum Platz auf der Toilettenschüssel und die Dusche war zwar gross genug, doch für das abtrocknen musste man sich in den Flur begeben. Schade, denn die Ausstattung war auf neuerem Nivau.

• Laura (8/5): Volveríamos - La ubicación espectacular. Nos encantó la cercanía al transporte público y el barrio en el que se ubica. El personal super amable y atento. Cogimos con desayuno incluido y no nos arrepentimos (algo de variedad pero suficiente). Instalaciones limpias y cómodas. La cama de la habitación un poco pequeña (mi marido mide 1'95 y no entraba entero). El lavabo un poco pequeño. Aunque estuvimos a gusto, creo que nos tocó la "peor" habitación por la ubicación: nuestra habitación estaba en el sótano y aunque tenía ventana, daba a un patio junto a la calle. En ciertos momentos se escuchaba los pasos y crujidos de la habitación superior. No obstante, salimos muy contentos por el global.
