- Maria Cristina (7/5): - La ubicación era muy buena, tre y bus a un paso. Además de calles principales y Hyde Park. La habitación hacía su función,, sin más. Pero la relación calidad/precio muy buena. La limpieza diaria. Simplemente vaciaban las papeleras, ni hacían la cama, ni cambio de toallas. El suelo y la funda del nórdico al ser blanca, no era blanco Norit. Pero se agradecía que no tuviera moqueta el suelo.

Camera carina, fornita di bollitore con té, caffè e latte, bagno piccolino negli standard degli hotel di Londra ma doccia abbastanza ampia. Anche la pulizia era buona! Altra nota degna di merito la Smart tv, così alla sera è stato possibile collegarmi al mio account di streaming per guardare quello che volevo; Ragazza alla reception gentilissima e mi hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli in hotel sia prima del check in che dopo il check out, Posizione fantastica a due minuti dalla stazione di Paddington dove partono treni, autobus e tante linee della metro, e con attorno tanti bar, bakery e ristoranti, sicuramente ritornerei :) Unica piccola nota negativa camera per nulla insonorizzata, quindi si sentiva qualsiasi cosa in corridoio o fuori dalla finestra, può dare un pochino fastidio per chi ha il sonno leggero, ma nulla di grave
- David (8/5): Cheap and Cheerful - Great location, 1 minute walk from Paddington Station. Plenty of eating places close by to suit all tastes and budgets. Arrived early and was able to leave luggage and go exploring while room was made ready. Reception staff were brilliant, special mention to Krupa who was really helpful. Room was small but clean and warm. Bed was very comfy! Free WiFi and plenty of TV channels to go at. This was a work visit but given price and location I'll definitely book again for either work or pleasure. Room was a little dated but facilities were good. Room was on the 4th floor and unfortunately no lift so be prepared for a climb!! Otherwise great stay 😀

- Reagan (6/5): Great location.. but hotel could improve in some areas - Best thing about the property was the location, cannot fault the location at all, very easy to get to places and felt safe, also bed was extremely comfy so that was a bonus. We paid the price for the location, however for the price I would have expected better level of cleanliness.. it was very poor.. also had a lot of problems with our key card not working properly and very strange set up the toilet not being in the room, which wasn’t an issue however it wasn’t right outside our room like described. The worst thing about our stay was on our last evening we were woken up at 3am to the people next door constantly talking very loud and not considerate of other people around them or what time it was.. this went on until 5:30am. It sounded like a group of people. We got the impression that they may of been friends of someone who was working on reception. It was very inconsiderate, especially as we had a flight to catch early in the morning. Not sure what they were talking about at that stupid hour but we made it clear we was woken up and not happy and they still continued.

Estação de autocarros, de comboio, metro, restaurantes, minimercados, está tudo a uma distância de poucos minutos. Para além disso o staff é muito simpático e faz tudo para que a estadia seja o melhor possível. Houve uma falta de comunicação entre o booking e o hotel mas foi resolvido de imediato. A limpeza estava boa, mas podia ter sido melhor.

L’hotel era datato. Non hanno mai pulito durante il nostro soggiorno ma penso anche prima del nostro soggiorno. Sui sanitari vi era polvere. Il bagno(water) esterno era in condizioni pessime e non era lavato. Vi erano tre rotoli di carta igienica finiti, buttati per terra(il che fa presupporre che non fosse stato lavato). Avevamo un rotolo di carta già aperto da utilizzare. Ho dovuto richiederne io un altro perché altrimenti ci saremmo puliti all’aria. La camera era sporchina. Due cuscini miseri, di cui uno praticamente basso come quello che si mette alle sedie del tavolo in cucina. Ne ho richiesto uno che non mi hanno fatto trovare e sono andata a richiederlo. Comodissimo La nostra stanza (primo piano) non grande ma dimensioni giuste per due persone per 5 notti. Bagno piccolo ma completo. Piccolo armadio a muro utilissimo. Tutto bene. Non abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli dopo check out perché la struttura non è enorme e avrebbero veramente disturbato l’accesso dei nuovi ospiti (hall inesistente, solo desk reception), ma nei dintorni molti negozi offrono servizio deposito bagagli a modico prezzo!

- Jane (6/5): It was expensive as a very small budget hotel but the location and the staff helped a lot. - It had an excellent proximity to everything we needed, especially buses, underground and mainline trains. It is very definitely a budget budget hotel but the staff are very friendly and so helpful. It was quiet apart from water draining in the pipes from other rooms. The rooms are minute and the shower rooms difficult to turn round in. The stairs all needed hoovering but otherwise it is clean. The hanging baskets at the entrance are very tired and don’t present a good beginning to a stay.

- Joanne (7/5): Budget hotel with some issues, ok the location makes up for it. - Hotel was close to lots of pubs and bars and easy acres to tube and euston. Location ideal for exploring the city. Staff lovely. Overall it was ok. Very budget but the cost was medium so I did feel it was slightly over priced. Bathrooms need some serious attention. Noisy at night from the other guests coming and going. We stayed a couple of nights and for this length of stay it was ok.
- Mário (6/5): Um hotel lowcost - Localização do hotel, próxima de metro. O Hotel já tem alguns anos, necessitando de remodelações, no entanto para dormir umas noites é suficiente. Ficámos hospedados num quarto quadruplo ( 1 cama de casal e duas camas single), que correspondeu ao expectável.; trocaram as tolhas diariamente. Em suma, meramente para dormir, sem luxos. Hotel necessita de alguns melhoramentos ( obras).

- Şükran (3/5): Vasat - Otel tam bir hayal kırıklığı kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Daracık odada o kadar zorlandık ki. Çatı katından oda verdiler yan taraftan geçse geçilir, camın kilidi yok. Oda yüzünden tatilin çabuk bitmesi için dua ettim diyebilirim. Ayrıca çok pisti. Konumu dışında hiçbir şeyini beğenmedim.

I arrived earlier ..had to phone a number..noone answered 2 guests let me in and the cleaner showed me to room 5 flights up ..he carries case kindly ...boss delivered key 20 mins and kindly upgraded me to a double on first floor which was easy and appreciated . Popped out for supper noone there on my return ..slept ok No one there on checkout handed a guy the key who'd just come to work Odd experience but ok
- Jorise (2/5): Slechte kamer - Niets. Alles, vooral de badkamer, het was een hele kleine ruimte met wc en de douche hing net naast de wc, het was formaat vliegtuigwc. De ruimte om te douchen was 50 cm breed. De kamer werd aangeboden voor 3 personen maar was te klein voor 3 personen. Er was niet genoeg ruimte voor de tassen. De bedden waren erg oud een soort onderstel van een boxspring maar was met gescheurde bekleding en vlekken, het zag er niet hygiënisch uit. Bovendien waren er op de website van booking hele andere fotos geplaatst van de ruimte en de doucheruimte, mijn verwachting was niet dat het zo slecht was.

- Laura (6/5): - La posizione dell'hotel Lo staff non ha risposto in modo adeguato alle nostre richieste. La camera era sporca. Il wifi non prendeva al quarto piano. Non ci hanno cambiato la biancheria.
- Marlo (9/5): Nice Hotel - The staff were nice and helpful. Location was excellent. We stayed there for 2 nights to watch musical shows, and the theatres were less than a half-hour ride by bus.

- Marjolein (7/5): Nice stay in a great location with friendly staff - We received a very warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist, which immediately made us feel at home and gave us a great start to our stay. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to Paddington Station and very central for exploring London. The bed was also very comfortable, with a good mattress that allowed us to sleep well. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. There were still some toothpaste splashes on the shower wall, the toilet could have been cleaner, and there was a thin layer of dust on the shelf near the sink.

- Lena (10/5): Litet fint hotell i Paddington - Litet kompact rum med skön säng, tv, vattenkokare, toa, dusch och gott om varmt vatten. Har bott här många gånger tidigare och tycker hotellet är prisvärt. Det enda jag skulle kunna anmärka på sen hotellet bytt ägare är att det är mindre välstädat mot tidigare. Internet var lite svajigt.

- Deborah (5/5): A no frills place to sleep and shower a short distance from Paddington station, tube, buses, convenience stores, cafes a - Close to station. Clean linen. Fluffy bath towel. Only one of the two locks on door to terrace worked due to warping. No shelf over sink, fittings there but no shelf. Unable to hang dresses to to cupboard having spare pillow, hairdryer, etc. Servicing of room variable. Hand towel only left on last day, other days just a large towel. Refreshments not refilled. Used cup not replaced. Duvet tucked in but sheet not straightened. Everything looked, and felt, botched. Definitely a budget room.

- Alexandra (3/5): - Que estaba cerca del metro . Lo que puedo decir es que nunca vi un hotel más malo . Las habitaciones minúsculas pero no ese fue el problema el problema fue que la puerta de la entrada estaba rota por debajo veías fuera y entraba todo el frío el suelo de la habitación estaba muy desnivelado al bajarte de la cama te mareabas ! La ventana no cerraba muy bien. El personal ni mal ni bien casi inexistente.
- Alexandra (1/5): - La habitación que me dieron no funcionaba la calefacción, aunque pedí una habitación con baño propio y pagué más me dieron una micro habitación sin baño . Para ir al baño me tenía que ir dos pisos más abajo Se ve que compraron el hotel y no invistieron nada en el lo dejaron que se degrade poco a poco ….. No lo recomiendo para nada además de ser una zona turística donde todo está muy muy caro 🫰 Por ej : una botella de agua vale 5 £ un paquete de galletitas 6£ cuando en tiendas normales fuera de esta zona valen 1.35£…..

- Doug (8/5): - The room was exceptionally small but it had everything that I needed. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping me in what I needed for my stay. Housekeeping staff were prone to not making sure that Your room door was tightly closed and locked. I found it open twice.
