• ZAI (8/5): - It would be modern if an access to both boiled and cold water tap could be available in the Hotel. Overall it is a place I would return considering the location, and staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.
• Antonio (8/5): Nice night in Berlin - Really quick and efficient Checkin and checkout. Breakfast was good. Single room was ok. No air conditioning in the room, but shower was good and bed was comfy. Overall a good which is well situated.
• Heidi (6/5): Ringe morgenbuffet og ingen rengøring - Morgenmadsbuffet var virkelig skuffende - dels blev der ikke fyldt op (decideret pinligt) og dels blev man ikke oplyst om, at det var mulighed at få tilbedt røræg og spejlæg. Det burde være helt standard at spørge gæsterne ved ankomst til morgenmadsbuffet om de var interesseret heri. Det var først sidste dag at vi så nogle bestilte. Vi overnattede 3 nætter og på intet tidspunkt blev vores værelse gjort rent eller ordnet. Meget varme værelser uden aircondition. Eneste gode ting er central beliggenhed.

• Kim (10/5): Great and friendly hotel really close to the UBahn - This hotel is very close to a U Bahn station and from that station you can get anywhere in Berlin. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and is easily walkable to a lot of restaurants and shopping. We were traveling with 4 people and this hotel was really great for us. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful and even let me practice my (probably terrible) German with them, even though it wasn't necessary. The breakfast was awesome (I love breakfasts in Germany so much - it's so much better than my sad breakfasts back at home) and the food was fresh and delicious. About the only complaint we had was that the internet connection was pretty bad, but we are on holiday, get off the internet and go explore Berlin right? I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
• Dr.Hoo (10/5): - The room we had was the top corner one for 4 of us . It was huge with a giant (wheelchair accessible) bathroom, easily the largest bathroom I’ve ever had in Europe . Some of my rooms have been smaller than that bathroom. Breakfast was good, though they ran out of bacon one morning we went later (9:45). Loved the variety of fresh breads.

• Torsten (8/5): zentrales Hotel mit gutem Preis Leistungsverhält. - fußläufig zu S-Bahn Friedrichstraße. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, freundliche Atmosphäre. Hatte Übernachtung am 30grad Tag unterm Dach, was aber wegen Klimaanlage (die moderat bei Anwesenheit kühlte) erträglich war.

Wir hatten vorab angefragt, ob es warmes Abendessen gibt, dies konnte uns zugesichert werden (da es überwiegend als Tagungshotel gilt, ist das Restaurant abends nur bei Anwesenheit von Tagungsgästen geöffnet). Es war alles bestens. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, obwohl im Herzen von Berlin!

Hotellet är tre stjärnigt men håller en hög nivå, helt, rent och funktionellt. Mottagandet och servicen i receptionen är bra, det man kanske hade önskat var lite mer proaktivitet. Frågor som skulle kunna leda till tips och idéer på aktiviteter i närområdet. Frukosten var ok och det fanns det vi önskade oss, men varm mat var begränsad till bacon och ibland äggröra. Rummet var stort och rymligt med fin utsikt, allt var helt rent och funktionellt med bra sov komfort. Hotellet saknar gym.

• Isidro (6/5): Hotel muy céntrico con cuarto de baño peligroso - Localización céntrica, cerca de los principales monumentos de la ciudad. Se puede ir andando a la mayoría de ellos. A unos pocos minutos andando de la Puerta de Brandemburgo, del Reichstag y de la avenida Unter den Linden. Cerca de la parada de metro y tranvía de Friedrichstrasse por donde pasan la mayoría de líneas de tranvías, incluso la número 9 que conecta con el aeropuerto de Schönefeld. El personal muy educado y servicial. El bufet de desayuno muy básico y monótono para lo que se paga. El cuarto de baño es muy pequeño y está muy mal diseñado, es muy peligroso cuando sales de la ducha.
• Verified traveler (8/5): 駅から近くて便利 - フリードリヒシュトラーセ駅から近いのでどこにいくにも移動が楽です。駅には日曜日も営業しているスーパーがあり何かと便利。また、少し歩けばブランデンブルク門にも行けます。 ホテルの朝食は美味しかったです。特にパン。 宿泊初日は時間が早かったのか、宿泊客が少なかったのか分かりませんが、暖かいメニューがなく、ホテルの方が目玉焼きを作ってくれました。このような気配りが有り難いですね。

• Verified traveler (8/5): Alles in Ordnung - Alles in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Das Ambiente ist allerdings sehr konservativ. Aber das ist Geschmacksache. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und es gibt Parkplätze hinter dem Haus.

Very close to Friedrichstraße train station, which is quite convenient at least if you travelling from Schönefeld airport (SXF). Close to shopping areas and some nice restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good, although the buffet did have the greatest selection I have seen, it included everything that is needed to start the day.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Gut geführtes ruhiges Haus in zentraler Lage - Das Hotel ist (wie der Name vermuten lässt) eine christliche (evangelische) Einrichtung, etliche Seminargruppen anwesend. Man wird aber auch als Normalreisender überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient und versorgt. Sehr zentrale Lage neben dem Friedrichstadt-Palast. Dafür erstaunlich ruhig. (Zimmer war wie gewünscht zum Hof gelegen.) Protestantisch-nüchterne, sehr gepflegte Einrichtung, alles tadellos sauber. Ausgezeichnetes, frisches Frühstück. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Room was spacious with big windows, bathroom was modern and nice (though the shower stall was strangely small), the breakfast buffet (and service) was top notch. My only quibble is that there was no kettle in the room.
• Eric (6/5): Passable hotel - Stayed at the hotel during a 5-day trip to Berlin. The hotel itself was fairly standard with really nothing to stand out. The room was sparse, void of any decoration or half-hearted attempt to make the room feel warm or welcoming. Given that I visited Berlin in the middle of the summer, I was disappointed when I was told that the entire hotel had no standing fan, and the only one available was a kitchen fan. The hotel does have air conditioning but only at the sixth floor, and there weren't any available to make the switch. Room service was passable, though on several occasions we left the towels on the floor thinking they were going to be replaced only to find the used towels folded and placed on our bed. Not sure if the hotel staff didn't know they needed to be replaced or tried to pull a fast one on us. Either way, unimpressive to say the least. As for the neighborhood, walking distance to the Museum Island and several other really outstanding restaurants such as Shisto Burger and Bombay Indian Restaurant. Though because we had to keep our windows open at night to keep us from baking from the heat, the noise outside made every night very unpleasant. Finally, on the breakfast side, fairly standard European fare here with nothing spectacular.
