Cómo detalle tiene un hervidor de agua en la habitación para poder preparar café soluble o infusiones. Por decir algo, y ya como cuestiones personales almohadas muy bajas y poca presión en la ducha (aspectos ambos similares en la mayoría de hoteles).

The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. Our only note is specific to our room: it faced the back and was genuinely small. We barely fit in with our luggage. Worth keeping in mind when choosing your room.

- Sergio (8/5): Céntrica y agradable. - Es un hotel muy céntrico, la habitación estaba muy limpia y además el personal era amable. Hubo cosas que no me gustaron, como por ejemplo que, para la calidad del hotel, podría ser un poco más barato, pero sí que es cierto que estás pagando por ubicación. La habitación que nos tocó daba ventana hacia la restauración y durante día y noche se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle, la habitación no estaba muy insonorizada.

- de cesare (10/5): - Hotel a due passi da Rialto e dal centro di Venezia. Staff gentilissimo e cordiale. Stanza molto pulita, bagno nuovo, pulitissimo. Ottima doccia. Cio' che ho apprezzato di più è stato il silenzio, considerando che l'hotel era al completo e in una zona molto frequentata. Questo hotel non serve la colazione, ma a due passi si possono trovare molti bar con croissants deliziosi, per non parlare dei ristoranti e trattorie. Lo raccomando vivamente! Nulla, tutto ineccepibile!

Leider hat es keinen Lift, was für uns aber keine Rolle gespielt hat. Ohne Frühstück eher ein hoher preis, aber tägliche gute Reinigung und frische Handtücher. Alles unkompliziert. Umbedingt im Hotel am Wasser essen gehen,sehr freundlicher Service und gute Küche zu sehr fairen Preisen. für uns hat alles gepasst

The location is fantastic, it’s very close to the Rialto Bridge, which made it easy to explore Venice on foot. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fridge, an electric kettle, tea, and a hairdryer. We also really appreciated the hospitality. The man at the reception was very kind and allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out until the evening, which was extremely helpful. Additionally, the hotel staff were always responsive on Booking and answered all our questions even before the trip.

Lots of shops cafes and little squares right outside, a very short walk from the Rialto, only a slightly longer walk from san marco. The rooms and hotel in general are great, give an authentic Venetian experience. It felt more like staying in a Venetian apartment than a hotel which is exactly what we wanted when we booked. The staff were very friendly although we only ever seen them when checking in and occasionally when the rooms were being cleaned.

The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Also, it had mini-fridge which was a nice surprise. Great value for the money. Location, cleanliness, quiet, mini-fridge.
- Agata (8/5): Cicha enklawa w centrum zatłoczonej Wenecji - W dobrej lokalizacji, w centrum miasta, a mimo to w pokoju było cicho. Czysto, wszystko co potrzeba było na miejscu, prysznic działał bez zarzutu, żadnych śladów pleśni w pokoju i łazience. Pokój mały, ale wystarczający. Jedyne co mi się nie podobało to widok przez okno - podwórko typu studnia. Ale tak jest w wielu włoskich miastach.

La primera noche no pudimos dormirnos hasta la 1 am (con 2 niños pequeños), porque había una fiesta en un local de abajo. Así qje si vais en días festivos cuidado. El recepcionista un poco borde también, nos obligó a sacar efwctivo para pagar la tasa turística.

- Jonathan (8/5): - The proprietor was very helpful. It is easy to find. Be aware that the 'Deluxe' rooms are in a separate building about 20 meters from the main building. Not a problem at all, just something to note. Nothing really. Just be aware going in that this is a budget hotel.

- VASILEIOS (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική σε απόσταση 10 λεπτών με τα πόδια απο όλα σχεδόν τα αξιοθέατα. Καθαρό δωμάτιο, ευγενικό προσωπικό. Μπορεί να μην διαθέτει πρωϊνό αλλά κοντά υπάρχουν πολλά ωραία μαγαζιά να το απολαύσεις. Λόγω κεντρικού σημείου η περιοχή έχει λίγο θόρυβο που μειώνεται μετά τις 23.00 με 00.00 το βράδυ. Το Wi-Fi έκανε κάποιες φορές διακοπές.

- Alexandre (9/5): Séjour à Venise - Emplacement idéal dans Venise, décoration sympa de la chambre, certes petite mais tout à fait fonctionnelle! Personnel très sympathique qui nous a gardé les sacs à notre arrivée et le jour de notre départ. Vraiment parfait! Une voisine particulièrement bruyante pour notre dernière nuit qui n'a pas du apprendre ce que le mot respect signifie.

Also the room was very clean and they would come in daily to refresh it. The location is excellent, near various points of interest, rialto bridge and the most busy part of Venice. The street that the hotel is located is very busy and it’s a bit noisy, but nothing too extreme.

- Vanessa (8/5): Würden wir wieder machen! - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer gut zu erreichen! Außerdem ist die Lage perfekt - man kann alles gut von hier aus erreichen. Tagsüber war es sehr kalt in dem Zimmer, da die Heizung erst abends angestellt wurde. Das war für eine kurze Pause im Hotel eher ungemütlich.

À disposition : sèche cheveux, café et thé instantané, savon solide et shampooing. Possibilité de laisser ses valises/sacs le jour du départ Emplacement hyper sympa dans Venise mais il faut savoir qu'il y a pas mal de passage dans la rue, donc pas mal de bruit. Et selon la chambre que vous avez, on entend le passage dans le couloir. Mais comme on en a plein les pieds le soir, ça ne nous a pas empêché de dormir !

- Yolanda (8/5): Una estancia agradable - Nos encantó la ubicación. Muy cerca del Rialto y en una zona.muy comercial con mucho ambiente. La habitación, aunque no era muy grande, tenia de todo, incluida caja fuerte una pequeña nevera para uso de los clientes y un hervidor de agua con diferentes infusiones. Todo un detalle. La limpieza estupenda. Hacía un poco de frío de madrugada y, como elegimos ventana al canal, a las 5,30 empezaba la algarabía de personas trabajando , cargando y descargando cosas, hablando muy alto ,con lo que no había más remedio que despertarse, y eso que usaba tapones. Aunque de esto no tenia la culpa el hotel, sólo es un comenta a tener en cuenta.
