• Iryna (6/5): Excellent location in Venice, but the room maintenance and cleaning quality could definitely be improved. - Excellent location in the center of Venice, everything was within walking distance. Easy late check-in and the staff replied quickly to messages. The room had the basic amenities needed for a longer stay and towels were regularly replenished. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor and often did not work at all. The shower door was damaged and eventually completely broke during the stay. There was no proper bathroom ventilation, and noise isolation was poor - both the nearby restaurant and adjacent bathroom could be clearly heard from the room. Cleaning was very superficial: hair remained on the floor and in the shower drain after housekeeping, old towels were sometimes not removed, and overall cleanliness could be improved. There was also an unpleasant situation after housekeeping entered the room: some personal items disappeared after my cosmetic bag was found overturned in the bathroom. Part of the items was later returned, but the situation was handled unprofessionally and without any apology, which made the experience uncomfortable.

• AndyH99 (7/5): Venice in May - Great location. Very quiet at night. Claudio was friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags at the b&b after check out which was useful. Good value for money. Mosquito's were troublesome although I guess this is a Venice attribute! A plug in the sink would have been useful.

• SimonVM (7/5): Good central option for a short stay - Great location on a quiet canal street, I walked to everything. Big room, comfortable bed and bathroom. Moderately pleasant staff. There's a garden restaurant on the ground floor – very quaint. Underwhelming breakfast (not always included), which I skipped. Seems like only one wifi router for the floor – at room 1 there was virtually no signal.

• Andreala1982 (5/5): Si potrebbe far di più - Nulla Non sono uno che ha bisogno di moine, ma sia all'arrivo che al check out, l'accoglienza è stata molto superficiale. La pulizia era pessima. L'ho capito prima di entrare nella stanza vedendo solo la stampante, aveva un dito di polvere sopra. Ho prenotato un tavolo per il ristorantela sera stessa, e nulla, non c'era posto, ma non si è degnato neanche di dirmi di spostare l'orario scelto. Menefreghismo. Non sono stato trattato male ma invito la proprietà di una maggiore accoglienza e soprattutto pulizia

• lyn (8/5): First time in Venice--loved the city, loved the neighborhood this hotel is in. - Could not have asked for a better location. It is on a quiet canal in Dorsoduro, but it's still close to active street life, restaurants, coffee bars, vaparetto stops, and the more touristy areas of Venice if that's where you want to go. I had hoped to have dinner at the restaurant that is part of the hotel, but that will have to wait for my next trip. It was nice to know that the restaurant was right there. As a senior woman traveling alone, I never felt unsafe walking around the neighborhood at night, I'm happy to say. One word of advice: take a paper map--mine was invaluable till I lost it on my final night! Would definitely stay at Antica Locanda Montin again.

• Jean-François (7/5): Pour une nuit sans plus - Quartier très calme loin de l'agitation de Venise, bonne literie Hôtel dans son jus, assez vieillot, accueil assez froid, on ne nous a même pas proposé de monter nos valises au 2eme étage sans ascenseur.

• Daniel (10/5): Polecam wszystkim :) chętnie wroce przy okazji kolejnych odwiedzin w Wenecji - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, czysto, pokój codziennie sprzątany. Mieliśmy dzielona łazienkę z innym pokojem, ale w sumie poza nami nikt z niej nie korzystał :) Taras i widok na kanał - super opcja :) Nie działała klimatyzacja. W pokoju wieczorem było dość duszno. Otwieraliśmy okna i drzwi na taras więc chłodniejsze nocne powietrze ratowało sytuację. A wiadomo, że otwarte okno i drzwi były zaproszeniem dla komarow :)

Jolie vue sur le jardin depuis la chambre 1. Check in autonome possible pour les arrivées tardives. Isolation sonore avec les autres chambres. Lit double était en fait deux lits simples collés donc pas très confortable pour un couple.

• Chiara (8/5): Antica pensione accogliente in Dorsoduro - La posizione tranquilla e nello stesso tempo centrale nel sestriere di Dorsoduro, a due passi dalle Gallerie dell'Accademia e dalle Zattere. Purtroppo il ristorante era chiuso, mentre avevamo previsto di cenare lì. E di conseguenza non si poteva sedere in giardino, mentre l'avremmo fatto volentieri con il sole primaverile.

The place was very clean, the room was spacious, we had the view to the garden and a good machiato by the canal just in front of the door...! So the experience was a venetian dolce vita (': Thank you and hope to come back again!

• Anka (10/5): Außergewöhnlich, etwas besonderes - Uriges altes Hotel, außergewöhnlicher Gastraum und Gastgarten mit netten Zimmern und nagelneuem Bad. Wirklich lich empfehlenswert. In einer sehr ruhigen Gegend.

• Ava (5/5): - We liked the overall layout of the room For the price of a one night stay, it did not meet our expectations at all. The staff was soooo rude. We told them we had a late check in- they left the keys and everything which was good but they didn't provide any information about the facility. We didn't have our own bathroom. You share a bathroom with the 5 other rooms- it is laid out like a house. Going back to no information being provided about the facility- no one told us not to use the bottom lock on the bathroom. It got stuck and I was LOCKED in the bathroom. That was frustrating but I didn't panic because its a fun story- but the way the man reacted to me using the bottom lock. He yelled at me, called us stupid Americans, grunted, adn I told him that no one said not to use the bottom lock or I wouldn't have used it. It was ridiculous. Other than that it was an okay stay, the location is so far away from everything tho- 20 minute walk minimum from places to eat, shop etc. For the price- wouldn't stay here again. Would rather pay more to be closer to everything, stay in a nicer facility, and friendly staff.

Le propriétaire était disponible par téléphone jusqu'à tard et il y avait une bagagerie Hôtel assez éloigné des principaux endroits à visiter et douche froide deux soirs. Heureusement le propriétaire a su régler le problème après l'avoir averti.

• Sigita (7/5): - Good location – a 15-minute walk from the station; and St. Mark’s Square is approximately 2 km away. Easy check in/ check out, good communication. The blankets were not covered with duvet covers, they were laid on the sheet, which did not feel hygienic for a hotel. Very loud fan in the bathroom.
• Macarena (8/5): - Mientras que las instalaciones estaban bastante bien, nos despertamos por el ruido insoportable que provocó un grupo de personas que aparentemente habían dormido alli y se estaban retirando. Desde muy temprano mucho ruido que no permite que el resto de los inquilinos puedan descansar. Me parece que es algo a remarcar por parte de quienes llevan el Booking, hacer silencio porque se escuchan todos los ruidos y hay otras personas descansando.
