• Solen (8/5): Bonne option à bon prix - L'emplacement est idéal ! Facilité du check in et réactivité du propriétaire pour répondre aux messages. La vue sur le canal. Et des volets qui ferment. Chambre individuelle spacieuse. La chambre était très vieillissante, moquette, matelas à ressorts. Le bruit commence tôt et on entend le réveil de celui d'à côté et du dessus. Mais dans l'ensemble le séjour a été agréable et pour deux nuits l'hôtel est suffisant puisqu'on y reste que la nuit.
• paula (8/5): Exelente ubicación y habitación muy cómoda, lo recomiendo , muy buena relación precio calidad - La ubicación muy buena, era cómodo , amplia la habitación y tenía vista a un canal donde pasaban las góndolas, muy bonito. Mucho ruido en la madrugada de lanchones que pasaban por el canal y nos despertaron a las 5 am los dos días . La ducha tenía medio tapado el desagüe y se rebalsó .

• Rosalia Silva (10/5): Charme e ótimo custo benefício em Veneza. - Antes de chegarmos recebemos as instruções bem explicadas sobre o percurso para chegar ao hotel. Excelente a limpeza do quarto, cama bem confortável. Limpeza todos os dias. Banheiro limpo. No nosso quarto tinha uma pequena varanda para um dos belos canais de Veneza, o que tornou nova estadia mais charmosa. Grazie!

Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war einfach und unkompliziert. Der Check-in verlief problemlos, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Lage war super. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Venedig perfekt und definitiv weiterzuempfehlen. Es gab nichts Besonderes zu beanstanden, wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Le lit double est une combinaison de deux lits simples, inacceptable pour le prix payé. La lagune est extrêmement bruyante à partir de 5h du matin, avec des bruits de moteur, discussions bruyantes et nettoyage. • J.J. (10/5): Great apartment to get into the feeling of Mantova - The whole property is a single apartment located on the ground floor with entrance directly from the quiet street. It's not a faceless hotel; even opening the door in a specific manner gets you some local vibe of the old times. Historically looking windows are combined with a large comfy room, modern bathroom and kitchen, large comfortable bed, table and sofa. Kitchen is fully equipped. Location is very close to the town center, just a few minutes walking, and very quiet at the same time. The owner guided us remotely in each detail, was always pleasant and helpful. The city tax of Mantova is higher than in many other cities nearby (not the property's fault of course).

• Marlis (8/5): Cumple expectativas, buen lugar - Tiene un balcón que da a un canal y se ve hermoso, el lugar es amplio y estaba limpio Quien atiende y te recibe tiene muy mala disposición, no es alguien amable.
• Lindsy (7/5): Prijs kwaliteit een aanrader - Zeer centraal gelegen, goede uitleg en wegbeschrijving. Plaats om.bagage veilig te stallen. 13h inchecken en sleutel lag al vroeger klaar en 11h uitchecken geeft ook voldoende tijd om je rustig klaar te maken. Prijs kwaliteit zeker aan te raden. Hoewel we geen enkel lawaai hadden van buitenaf hebben we wel veel geluidsoverlast gehad in het hotel. Onze kamer bevond zich naast de voordeur en de inkomhal. Die deur maakt heel veel lawaai bij open en dicht gaan, waardoor je telkens wakker wordt als mensen binnen of buiten gaan. Er is ook een koffiecorner en drankenautomaal waardoor mensen daar ook samenkomen en blijven hangen in de ochtend en de avond, nacht. Ik denk dat het puur aan de ligging van onze kamer lag.

The room was very hot and there was no way to regulate the temperature. We slept with the window open and it was fine, but in the morning we were woken up by the noise of the boat collecting and transporting the garbage.

De là il est possible d'être à n'importe quel point de la ville en 30 minutes à pieds. Très bien desservi par les Vaporettos et l'arrivée par bateau depuis l'aéroport est extrêmement simple. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. La communication avec l'hôte était simple et efficace. L'hôtel a donc parfaitement répondu à mes attentes.

The beds were also very comfortable, and overall the room was pleasant. Unfortunately, I I had a negative experience at the reception. I didn’t understand a price that was explained to me in Italian, I did not understand, than the man was very rude and impatient. I am a tourist — I speak English, not Italian — and I believe hotel staff should be able to communicate respectfully in English with international guests. Aside from this unpleasant interaction, the hotel itself was nice, but the service at reception definitely needs improvement.

• Guilherme (9/5): Great stay and good for value - The property is well located, the room size was enough for me, it was clean, and amenities as expected, it also had a good view too. The staff and Massimo were super courteous and nice, and the room was serviced every day. Overall I had a great stay, I knew the limitations of the property beforehand but it was all good. The only thing that disturbed me a little was the sound insulation - it was flagged beforehand by management, but I was unlucky to have a child next door, and you could literally hear everything that’s being said in neighbours rooms. But gladly didn’t affect my sleep.
