• Michaela (10/5): - Süßes kleines Hotel in sehr ruhiger Lage. Trotzdem sind es nur ca 2 Minuten zum nächsten Wasserbus und ca 15 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das (ausschließlich süße) Frühstück war gut. Uns hat's gefallen.

La sorpresa anzi la dolcissima è stata incontrare Ariel, una gattina nata e cresciuta lì, che vive nell' hotel vuole carezze da tutti e si fa il giro delle stanze salendo anche sul letto miagolando dolcemente e facendo tante fusa. • Remedios (1/5): Engaño total!! Solo entiendo que se puntué bien la ubicación. - Ubicación Engañoso, viejo! Alquilamos una habitación familiar y nos dieron dos , íbamos con niñas ( una de ellas un zulo) y el baño fuera de las habitaciones, en un pasillo rodeado de otras habitaciones!! Un desastre! En las habitaciones ni un armario y llena de mosquitos!

• Wanderlast (9/5): Ottima soluzione in posizione tattica - Posizionato in zona tranquilla e nello stesso tempo comodo ai mezzi pubblici, alla zona di Rialto e a parecchie ottime tipiche osterie. Piacevole giardino interno, buona la colazione, camera semplice e accogliente. Il servizio, molto cortese anche nella gestione del deposito bagagli, ci ha consentito di godere appieno e in relax delle due giornate di vacanza.

• Caroline (10/5): Parfait, je recommande à 100% - Le personnel de l'hôtel etait très sympathique. L'hôtel est charmant, que ce soit l'exterieur ou bien la chambre au décor vénitien. L'emplacement est parfait, en dehors des rues très passantes, l'arrêt du vaporetto n'est qu'à quelques centaines de mètres et les endroits les plus touristiques sont accessibles en 15 minutes environ. Nous recommandons cet hôtel à 100%. Cabine de douche très étroite.

Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et composé de produits faits maison (gâteau pommes/cannelle, gâteau kiwi, fruits rouges, pancakes...). La cour intérieure est très agréable pour prendre son petit-déjeuner ou se détendre.

Персонал говорит на русском/украинском языке, за это отдельный плюс. Не могли разобраться долго с кондиционером, и мучали комары, но это не проблема отеля
• Tatiana (10/5): Um bom lugar para sua estadia em Veneza! - Estava tudo limpo e organizado. O jardim é um encanto. Banheiro e quarto limpos Fui com minha mãe de 86 anos e ela subiu as escadas. Quem tiver dificuldade em mobilidade as escadas dificultam então fica como aviso para quem tiver esse tipo de problema. No mais, a acomodação é ótima. A pessoa que servia o café é sem simpatia alguma e parece que a Itália quer deixar isso como sua marca. É este tipo de pessoa que faz as pessoas falarem mal dos italianos, infelizmente. O café deixa a desejar, pois só tem alimento doce. Sem queijos ou frutas. Serve para alimentar sem nutrir. Quanto às dúvidas por mensagem, foram prontamente atendidas. Fica como sugestão permitir acesso a copa ou uma chaleira no quarto para poder tomar um chá durante o dia ou noite

Deja, gavome 2atskirus kambarius (neva 30 kv m) ir atskirą vonios kambarį bendrame koridoriuje, pavadintą "private bathroom" 😅 Kambariukai maži, spintų drabužiams nėra, net be užuolaidų ! apšvietimas prastas - lyg rūsyje. Vaikų kambarys - vos keli kvadratiniai metrai. Iškart parašiau šeimininkams, kad netinka mums tokios sąlygos, apie kurias nebuvo.parašyta užsisakant . Pradėjo įrodinėti savo tiesas. Likome kalti mes. Sakė laukite iki rytojaus, žiūrėsime. Bet mes daugiau nebepasitikėjome,, tad užsisakėme apartamentus kitai dienai už tokią pat kainą su 100% patogumais ir prie St.Marko aikštės. Pinigų atgauti už 4naktis iki šiol nepavyksta!!!

• Alfred (8/5): Nach Besitzerwechsel im Frühjahr 2026 nur noch italienisches Frühstück - Lage: einerseits gut weil sehr ruhig, 2 Gehminuten zum nördlichen Anleger Fondamente Nove (Murano, Burano!), 15 zum Rialto (über Calle Stella und Widmann fast gerade Strecke), 20 zum Markusplatz. Andererseits zum Bahnhof und nach Osten SEHR verwinkelte Gassen und doch immer ein Fußmarsch von der Pulsader Canal Grande bzw. knapp halbstündige Fahrt mit dem Vaporetto vom Bahnhof. Personal sehr freundlich inkl. Arielle, der noch verbliebenen Hotelkatze. Idyllischer, kleiner, gepflegter Innenhofgarten zum Sitzen. Unser Economy-DZ (beide im EG, insgesamt 9 Zimmer) etwas eng und dunkel, Bad angenehm mit sehr guter Dusche, Matratze schön ausgewogen, aber die viel zu dünnen Kissen immer noch nicht ausgetauscht. Alles sehr sauber. Superangenehme Heizung im Frühjahr. Sehr gutes WLAN. Gepäckaufbewahrung nach Checkout. Frühstück: neben Saft und guter Kaffee- und Teeauswahl fast nur süß, dafür aber gute Qualität: Cornetti, Kuchen, Kekse, Zwieback, Toast mit Marmeladen, dazu kalte, hartgekochte Eier (bei uns an 2 von 4 Tagen nicht), Joghurt und Cornflakes mit Milch. Seit dem Besitzerwechsel im Frühjahr 2026 gibt es gegenüber früheren Rezensionen offenbar Abstriche beim Frühstück: kein Rührei, kein Aufschnitt, kein Obst, kein Müsli. Ostersonntag und -montag gab es gar keine Eier und auch keinerlei Österliches. Die viel zu dünnen Kopfkissen waren noch immer nicht ausgetauscht. Keine Toilette mehr verfügbar bei Gepäckabholung nach dem Checkout. Lage teils sehr verwinkelt und etwas abseits vom Canal Grande. Vaporetto vom Bahnhof 25 min, zu Fuß mindestens 30. Checkin von 20 bis 23 Uhr kostet 30€ extra.

• Véronique (9/5): - Struttura molto piacevole, il giardino è carino, tranquillo, a pochi metri Fondamente Nuove, una zona di Venezia affatto turistica e molto suggestiva. La colazione superiore alle mie aspettative, la persona all'accoglienza molto garbata. Il wi-fi funziona perfettamente. Insomma, un bel posto semplice ma dove c'è tutto quel che serve.

• Hazel (8/5): - The hotel was in a great location for our plans, and easy to reach from the airport by transfer boat. The staff were brilliant, really friendly and helpful. They told us they'd only taken over the property recently, and were keen for feedback on what we liked/didn't like. They offered to store our luggage on the final day, which was much appreciated, letting us explore empty handed! The pillows in the room were truly awful - but the owner did say this was the next thing he was upgrading. The shower cubicle was tiny and a bit tricky to fit in. That said, it's Venice and I would expect a small bathroom in any case.

El desayuno es simple pero cumple perfectamente, además ellas te preguntan si quieres café, huevos revueltos, etc. Y con respecto a la limpieza bien también todo limpio, hacían la habitación todos los días. No ha habido nada que no me haya gustado, el hotel es viejito y las habitaciones no son las más modernas pero había calefacción y todo estaba limpio así que para nosotros eso lo más importante.
