• Kimberly (10/5): I'd definitely stay here again - Gorgeous boutique hotel in an amazing location just around the corner from Piazza San Marco. It is tucked away on a quiet street. The breakfast offered plenty of choices and fixed omelets on request. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and well appointed. And the bonus bottle of prosecco on the rooftop terrace was a nice surprise. Nothing.

• Antonio (9/5): Agradable bien situado y con gente muy atenta. - Elegante y muy confortable Hotel localizado a menos de 5 minutos de la plaza San Marcos. Las habitaciones nuevas y muy limpias, amplias respecto a lo que se consigue en la ciudad. El baño con ducha y ducha de mano. El desayuno tipo continental esta bien, no tiene opciones a la carta pero muy surtido en panecillos, yogurts y algo de fruta. Bien para empezar el dia, el cafe servido es al gusto y muy bueno. Lo unico que no me gusto es que solo ponen agua el primer día. En los demás hoteles que nos quedamos en Italia renovaban dos botellas de agua de cortesía al día. Si corrigen esto el hotel seria perfecto.

Do come here if you want personal attention, the perfect room and bathroom with everything you can think you need and what you can´t imagine you need. The perfect location to visit Venice but so quiet you can hear the gondolas moored in front of the hotel clicking at night Nothing. Well, just to be true, the TV was so modern I didn´t know how to chage channels.

• dominic (10/5): A really great hotel in a superb position 5 mins from all the main sites and transport hubs. - A superbly located small hotel which has been really well renovated. Comfortable beds, excellent facilities and very good breakfast. Friendly staff. 5 mins walk to St Marks square and the Doges Palace and 3 mins to the main transport hub for water taxi (vapotetto) and Alilinga (airport) taxi so couold not be better located. Will definitely use again! The buzzers on the doors were very loud indeed. It would have been nice to have been given water for the coffee machine each day.

Staff were incredibly helpful and continental breakfast was done well. Great location, close to lots of restaurants and main attractions. Plus the hotel is located on a quiet street. Noise from the apartment or hotel above the room can be heard.

• Thais (9/5): - Muito bem localizado - 5 minutos da Praça São Marcos e 3 minutos andando da parada do Alilaguna San Zacaria. Boas instalações, banheiro grande, tudo limpo. Funcionários extremamentes receptivos, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Um pouco de barulho do quarto acima, mas entendo que é a estrutura do próprio prédio. Travesseiros não tão confortáveis.

We had to have our window open all the time to cool the room down. 3am disturbance from room above only addressed after 2 nd call 40mins after first call to reception. Really bad nights sleep due to above

Camerele impecabil de curate, aici este responsabila doamna Angela care este Romania si pe care o salut cu drag! Micul dejun peste asteptari,foarte bogat si diversificat!! M am simtit minunat aici,am povestit prietenelor ca voi reveni cu mare drag si recomand aceasta locatie pentru cine isi doreste sa se cazeze la Palazzina Sardi!! A,la camera am primit Prosecco in frapiera cu gheata, asta afara de minibar si micile gustari care sunt la fel incluse in pretul camerei! Excelent totul!!!

Prima di arrivare avevo chiesto che mi venís de scritto e fatto trovare un biglietto di auguri per il mio fidanzato che compiva gli anni e tutto é stato fatto alla perfezione, addirittura con l aggiunta di una scatola di cioccolatini buonissimi. • TomTom31 (9/5): Séjour mémorable à Venise - Idéalement situé, à deux pas de la place St Marc et des quais. Chambre très spacieuse et lit confortable avec 2 types d'oreiller. Petit-déjeuner avec buffet varié au top avec un excellent jus d'orange / carotte / citron et des œufs cuisinés selon vos souhaits. Appréciable: des parapluies sont disponibles en cas de journée pluvieuse. Enfin personnel très aimable parlant bien anglais et même français pour certains. Température un peu élevé dans la chambre mais nous avons pu arrêter complétement le chauffage.
