- Shydra (9/5): Cute, clean hotel near the train station - It was close to the train station and very clean. It is such a cute, friendly place to stay! It was very loud at night. The walls are very thin.

Staff were very welcoming and accommodating and the location was a short 8-10 min walk from the train station! Would definitely stay again! Don’t recall receiving info about breakfast served or prices for such, so we missed that part.

La atención del personal: Valoro enormemente el apoyo que nos dieron a mi esposa y a mi, subiendo y bajando las maletas los días de llegada y salida. Al no tener ascensor en la entrada, debe subirse por escaleras. Comodidad de las camas. Los sonidos de la habitación contigua. TV pequeño y sin posibilidad de streaming.

Personál příjemný a milý. Snídani jsme jednou zkusili a příliš nám nevyhovovala. Doporučuji okolní restaurace, kde je bohatá nabídka a širší výběr.

Llegamos sobre las 20.30, ya de noche y nos pasamos de largo sin verlo.

Realmente as escadas são bem ruins para pessoas sem mobilidade mas ok eu já fui sabendo, a reposição do café solúvel após o primeiro dia também não foi feita.

Очень вежливый, любезный, отзывчивый персонал! Безупречные номера. В шаговой доступности замечательные бары, кафе, рестораны и гигантское количество тихих улочек Венеции. Следующий раз, когда решим посетить Венецию, то о выборе отеля даже не станем думать. Только Hotel Marte!

- Hana (9/5): Moc kouzelné místo, příjemný rodinný hotel na úžasném místě! - Příjemná rodinná atmosféra, úžasná lokalita, výhled na vodní kanál, vše potřebné je velmi blízko, vč vlakového nádraží, milý personál, moc děkujeme! Snad jen lednička nebyla pečlivě umytá, zbyla v ní nedopitá voda předchozích hostů…
- Theodoropoulou (9/5): we are very pleased with our stay and we would choose it again in the future. - the room was very spacious and clean with a perfect view to the canal. The location was exceptional. Additionally the staff was very helpful. Our only complaint is the fact that you can’t leave the window open without mosquitos all over the room. They could install a window screen to avoid this problem.

- Eric (6/5): - The location was great. Near all the restaurants and near the walk to the train station. However, our last night, there were loud people outside and can be easily heard. The size of the room could be better for the price. Also, the water pressure almost none existent. Stairs was a hassle but thats how venice is, lots of walking and stairs.

Déçue… on pourrait s’attendre à mieux pour le prix. - Rapport qualité prix pas à la hauteur ! 273 € la nuit sans petit déjeuner (+ 12 €) un petit budget quand même…), pour une jolie chambre certes, face au canal certes, mais : gobelets en carton dans la chambre pour prendre un thé ou autre. Pas de verre, pas de cuillère. Sèche cheveux très basique qui ne sèche rien. Papier toilette aussi fin que du papier à cigarette, gobelets en plastique très très fins, un tapis de salle de bain le premier jour et c’est tout, nous avons dû mettre une serviette ensuite au sol. Petit déjeuner à revoir : pas très varié et pas très qualitatif. « Jus de fruits » chimiques et imbuvables, beurre périmé… Ventilation dans la salle de bains qui ne fonctionnait pas… pas de chauffage dans la salle de bains. Personnel sympathique, notamment la dame à l’accueil qui est adorable, très bienveillante et très serviable ! C’est elle qui sauve tout le reste.

She is a real asset to the hotel. We're old so found the stairs a challenge when carrying our cases. It is in a busy tourist are, so of course windows have to be kept closed to keep out noise.

- Sophie (9/5): Mille mercis à notre hôte et gardien de nuit! - La localisation, propreté et confort des lits! Super Acceuil a la réception ainsi que le garde de nuit! L’accès au logement se fait en 2 parties, 1er escalier est très raide sans ascenseur (j’ai de gros problème de genoux donc un peu dur pour cette partie) puis il y a 1 ascenseur pour l’accès à la chambre 👍🏻!

Contudo, o hotel fica em um prédio antigo, localizado no Piso 1 e você precisa subir uma escada grande. Tinha frigobar no quarto, mas ele não estava funcionando. De subir as escadas com malas até a recepção.
