Olohuoneen sisustus vaatimaton, eli oli vain yksi vuodesohva ja TV, mutta ei edes pöytää. Eli aika ankea sisustus verrattuna kaikkeen muuhun.

Men sofasengen var virkelig dårlig at sove i den bulede og knirkede meget højt ved minimum bevægelse. Lidt synd man ikke kan sove ordenligt og det gik ud over energien. Men ellers lå det meget centralt med gode restauranter i nærheden.

The apartment was a nice size and located in a good area with lots of shopping around! We struggled with the front door code as we thought it was part of the address but were met with super quick customer service over whats app, where they clarified our mistake. Great space, great customer service. I'd rent from them again.

- Marcelo (10/5): Recomendo e quero voltar. - Excelente localização, prédio organizado, apartamento super confortável, grande e limpo. Acomodou 4 pessoas muito bem. Só senti falta de uma vassoura e pá de lixo no apartamento porque como ficamos muitos dias, era importante passar uma vassoura. Tirando isso, foi tudo excelente. Recomendo e espero voltar em breve.
- DENYS (10/5): Simplesmente perfeito - Estadia perfeita do inicio ao fim. Apesar de nao ter tratado diretamente com nenhuma pessoa o serviço foi primoroso! O código de acesso chegou no prazo informado, funcionou facilmente, porque as informacoes são muito claras. A acomodação é linda, bem cuidada em cada detalhe, com roupas de cama de qualidade e tudo muito limpo, organizado e cheiroso. Precisei tirar uma dúvida sobre a lavanderia e fui prontamente atendido, com informacoes claras. Está muito perto da estação Rosa Luxemburg do metrô e isso facilita demais a vida do viajante. Quando voltar a Berlim nao tenho dúvidas de onde ficarei.

- Thomas Mario (4/5): - Relativ modernes Apartment in guter Lage ohne Rezeption vor Ort, denn diese ist in München! Das ist ein Nachteil, denn am Freitag Abend war direkt über uns eine Speedtechnosaufparty! An Schlafen war nicht zu denken. Die Rezeption forderte uns dann auf mit der Polizei in Kontakt zu treten... Im Sommer wird aufgrund der Glasfront und der fehlenden Klimaanlage der Schlafraum zur Sauna. Mehrere Regalböden waren komplett verdreckt. Die Küchenausstattung ist mehr als dürftig. Es gab z.b. genau einen Topf, und 2 Trinkgläser für 4 Gäste und recht wenig Besteck. Bei Tellern sah es besser aus. Im Bad war man den Blicken der Nachbarn ausgeliefert, da es keine Jalousie (mehr) gab. Gut ist der Waschmaschinenraum im Keller, unsere Wäschespinne war jedoch auch kaputt. Bei einem Preis über 170 Euro pro Nacht haben wir als Familie deutlich mehr erwartet!! fürSaunafrejunde

Porte sur notre mezzanine ( chambre à couché) donnant sur palier escalier avait une ouverture en bas de qq centimètre donc bryant. Apart sympa, u peu vieillot ( salle de bain nécessité un peu coup de rénovation et surtout nettoyage autour du vieux qui avait des traces de mousses).

- Michael (6/5): - Das Limehome Flowers in Berlin hinterlässt einen zwiegespaltenen Eindruck. Leider störten Tuppa-Dosen und Essensreste vom Vorgänger im Kühlschrank den ersten Eindruck. Es fehlten Geschirrhandtuch und Spülmaschinentabs und die abgenutzte Spülbürste wollte man wirklich nicht mehr benutzen. Zusätzlich war die defekte Nachttischlampe mit Kabelbruch und die nicht funktionierende TV-Fernbedienung enttäuschend. Immerhin punktet das Hotel mit einer vorhandenen Nespresso-Maschine und einem ausreichend großen Raumangebot. Außerdem ist die Lage ganz gut.

Die Reinigung/Hygiene eines Zimmers lässt oftmals Raum für Diskussionen... doch selbst, wenn die schlechte Reinigung nicht berücksichtigt wird, bleibt folgendes: - Checkin nur mit fotografiertem Ausweis und hochzuladendem Selfie möglich, ohne Angabe was letztendlich damit geschieht - höchst fragwürdig und DSGVO lässt grüßen! - ALLE WC-Sitze sind nicht ansatzweise fest und fallen permanent runter - hier kommt ungewolltes Camping-Feeling auf. Wie kann so etwas nicht bemerkt/repariert werden?!? - und das negative Highlight: die KALTE Dusche!!! Vermutlich ist der Wasserdruck bei der Handbrause derart reduziert, dass dieser für den Durchlauferhitzer nicht mehr ausreicht. Ergo: nach 20 Sekunden kaltes Wasser, bis man auf den regulären Wasserhahn wechselt, dann wird es wieder warm. Dieses Spielchen macht man dann alle 20 Sekunden im Intervall-Duschen. Hier ist jeder Campingplatz mit 1EUR-Dusche komfortabler. Kurzum: nie wieder!!!

- AntonA1307 (6/5): Worn out room, no quality assurance - The room was worn out, black dents all over the walls, mold in the corners of the bathroom. The light switch in the hallway were not fixed to the wall, and were coming out of the wall. Scratches on the lampscreens, the bathroom door cladding peeled back because of moisture. The lights in the bathroom (mirror light) were flinching and turned on and off. The living room only had one lamp, which was no where near enough. We had to use the night shelf lamps from the bedroom in order to use the living room. The sofa bed were very uncomfortable and noisy, which meant that we had to sleep all four (two kids and two adults) in one bed. The tv were not connected to the internet which meant that we smart tv were not that smart. We have kids that wake up early in the morning, why a functioning tv is pretty important. We called service staff and were promised that technical service would look into it in the morning. They never did. The room was not cleaned once during our stay. We never had the option to choose, it just didn’t happen. We stayed at Flowers before, which was a completely different and good experience. Based on this visit, I hardly doubt we will be back. We should not have experienced the above, a little quality control would have caught most of these issues.

- Daniel (10/5): - This was an ideal place to stay for our family of four. The neighborhood has a lot going with great shopping and a variety of restaurants, yet not noisy. A short walk to trains, but not much farther to walk Berlin’s museums and other highlights. The apartment has a loft bedroom, two toilets and fold out bed for the kids that got high marks. Very calming, modern interior with a great view on the top floor of the Berlin skyline. Great value for the money. We hope to return.

The window broken, whit a beautiful signal on top “defekt”, the light in the bathroom didn’t work , just one light on the side of the bed , no product for the dishwasher- and the room ( duplex xl ) too small to be an Xl. In general, looks modern furniture but the sofa is really uncomfortable; on the wall the old wallpaper is just painted . The check-out is normally at 11.00 but the crew knocked our door at 9.55 . Any kind of request ( mostly about the window because still a bit open and Berlin in December is a bit cold) whatsup had reply , but no one technician comes to solve our problem . The location is just good for a short trip - close a lot of nice place in the centre .

Maybe your room will cancelled due to a mistake from the System !!!! - Dear readers or travellers who want to book for Hotel Flower's Berlin by limehome through booking.com BE CAREFUL !!!! The reason I am writing is to share my experience concerning the booking for this property through Booking.com that I had for 23/11/2022 under my wife name Vaso M with reservation id 2407.416.2......... On 08/09/2022 and after a lot of searching I make a reservation for Flower's Berlin by limehome through the Booking.com platform for the period 23/11/2022 to 27/11/2022 for a double room based on the confirmation which I have received under the price which booked €300.60 for a 4-day stay. On 10/09/22 late at night the hotel sent an email through Booking.com that there has been an error in their system and that they are very sorry and that this is not the price that I will have to be paid but that they will inform us as soon as possible through Booking. Com for the price. On 11/09/2022 in the morning I contacted Booking.com's support department IMMEDIATELY to find a solution because it doesn't suddenly happen that I have to pay the double price due to a "mistake of the system". Of course the employee apologize and assured me that they would look into the matter and that he understood me etc etc, he would send the matter back to the hotel to see what they could be done. Of course nothing happened and at noon 11/09/2022 at they simply informed me that either I accept the new price with a 10% discount ( 670€ for a room that I had booked for 300,60€ ) or my reservation would have to be canceled (without cancellation fees ) as they inform me . My reservation was with a flexible cancelation policy so they were not doing me a favor!!!! So I called the Booking.com service again. The employee who was on the phone kept telling me the same thing over and over again, that nothing could be done and that either I accept this price or they , will cancel my reservation, which of course they did after our conversation. So simply that is called blackmail…….and at the end of the conversation the Booking.com employee was very rude and nervous against me because I asked her a few simply questions concerning policies etc and she was not able to give me a proper answer. Unfortunately for them ( Hotel & Booking.com ) I am working in the tourism industry and I know how to deal this kind of situations & as a manager when we do a mistake we take over the responsibility and we do not shift the blame to the customers who have done nothing wrong!!! This is my experience from this hotel before even stay there and from the customer service that they have both (hotel & Booking) and I wanted to share it with all of you. - ZLKing (10/5): Summer in Berlin! - Flowers is conveniently located, the rooms are modern, very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is lovely, and it comes with a fully equipped kitchen. If cooking is not your thing you’re spoilt for choice as there are lots a restaurants around. We had the top floor duplex which gave us a fabulous view of the TV tower! We needed to make some changes to our booking and Illya at the office was most helpful! He’s very friendly and knowledgeable and the amendments were made effortlessly! Thanks Illya!!
- chrisom2018 (6/5): VERY BAD SERVICE - The room is not bad at all, but cleanliness is not this hotels strongest point. Also we paid for a room with 3 beds, they provide us with a room for two beds. There is nobody there to complain at, no reception. They NEVER EVEN OFFERED TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK. They are not willing to help you with anything. The only thing that is good about this hotel, it’s the location. NOTHINGS ELSE.
- iandV3192WN (4/5): OK apartment - very bad service - We actually booked a different apartment with the company (Limehouse) but when we went to collect the keys from the key safe (they text you a code) they were not there. Several calls and along wait later, they explained that there were no keys to be found and they would have to find another apartment. We were given the Flowers apartment in Mulackstrasse. So we walked there in the cold - now 2 hours of frustration and phone calls later - to find an OK apartment which was still filthy from the previous occupants and had dirty sheets and garbage piled up. More angry phone calls and a cleaning team turned up and told us to amuse ourselves (in the cold) for an hour and they would prepare the apartment. So we finally - at 6pm - got a reasonably nice apartment that was clean(ish). WiFi code was incorrect but by that time I couldn't face another phone call. When I contacted them again to provide some feedback about the 'service', I got a reply saying sorry about the wrong WiFi password - sometimes doesn't come up properly on people's phones - would you like a €10 refund. So, an offer of a derisory refund after a reasonably good attempt at ruining our one night in Berlin.....to say we were unimpressed would be an understatement. The apartment is however in a good part of Berlin. I just have little confidence in them providing a good service, considering our problems. Which we revisited the next day when we moved to another apartment run by the company (this time in Dresden) - this time the door code was wrong. Luckily the housekeeping staff were still there cleaning rooms. Overall I think the remote management - online login and access codes sent by email and SMS, does not seem to be working well and the response when you have a problem is hopeless. While we stood getting our non-existent keys from the keysafe, another couple were having a similar problem and getting exasperated, so it was not just us.

- Kari (8/5): Weekend in Berlin - Check-in, prior to arrival, required multiple contacts, but access was successful on arrival. The apartments were well equipped and high quality and really clean. Residents of the second apartment complained that the shower water was sometimes insufficient. Good transport links and plenty of places to eat and bars nearby. Shopping opportunities are also good.
- Jacqueline (10/5): Eins Plus, wir kommen wieder! - Wir sind als vierköpfige Familie angereist. Die Unterkunft verfügte über ein seperates Schlafzimmer mit Kingsizebett ausgestattet. Ein Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa für zwei Personen. Die vorhandene Küche verfügte über eine hervorragende Ausstattung, sowas haben wir bisher noch nicht erlebt. Insgesamt bleibt zu sagen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Berlin, mitten in der City dieses Zimmer/Apartment, eine eins plus. Vielen Dank und wir kommen wieder!

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Lage und Gestaltung der Unterkunft sind sehr gut. Einziger Nachteil: durch die bodentiefen Fenster ist die Wohnung zwar sehr hell, aber auch sehr warm. Es gibt keine Außenjalousie und keine Klimaanlage. Wenn man die Fenster aber offen lässt, ist es recht laut.
- IlkannaJones (10/5): Great location, very clean hotel! - We stayed for two nights in February. It's an easy walk to Museum Island and there are tons of restaurants nearby if you don't feel like cooking. Their garage was full so we had to park about a 15 minute walk away but that was the only hiccup. Would defintely stay here again!
- caseydoll (8/5): Great Apartment - This is a great apartment with kitchen (including dishwasher, fridge, microwave and kettle), bathroom and lounge room. We were provided with a fold out sofa bed for our third guest which had an extremely thin mattress where you could feel the beams through it and it was also very squeaky which made this quite an uncomfortable sleep. We spoke to reception and they replaced this quite quickly with a single bed which was much better. Unfortunately the heater in the bedroom doesn’t work properly and the heater in the hallway doesn’t work at all which was quite inconvenient as it is currently winter and it would be ideal to have a warm apartment. The tap in the kitchen has a green rust/mould around the nozzle (see attached photo) which wasn’t pleasant. Tea, coffee, milk and croissants are available for breakfast from 830am in the lobby, however it would be great if they could provide tea and coffee within the apartment. All channels on the TV are in German which wasn’t ideal. We have been travelling through Europe for the last 5 weeks and all hotels/apartments we have stayed in have had a few English channels for tourists visiting which would be beneficial if this apartment had. This apartment is in a central location and within walking distance to Alexanderplatz, restaurants and the train station.

- Christine (10/5): Fabulous apartments in the most perfect location. - What a great find! This is our 4th visit to Berlin in the last couple of years, but definitely the best place we've stayed. The location is absolutely perfect, the apartment is very close to Alexanderplatz, the Hackischer Markt (with the beer kellers and restaurants), 2 major underground lines and the tram network. The apartments are very new and clean, and have been created to a high specification. Very well laid out, comfortable furniture and very clean. The morning croissant and fresh coffee was a welcome added bonus too. Staff were friendly and helpful, but not overbearing. Our apartment was on the top floor and we enjoyed a view of the Fernseherturm (TV tower) from our little balcony. I would highly recommend these apartments, we'll definitely be back!

- Davisfan56 (8/5): - Located close to Rosa Luxemborg train station. Walking distance to several restaurants, museums, and grocery store a couple blocks away. The reception area is open 9 AM-6PM with an English speaking receptionist. + Elevator. After hours, emergencies handled by calling a local phone #. Coffee, tea and croissants every AM. Wash, dry, press and fold laundry service available for 8 Euros per provided laundry bag. We had a superior apartment with bedroom, open kitchen to LR. Fold out sofa bed in LR and standard bed in bedroom. No A/C but has portable fans for each room. Modern bathroom with separate shower adjacent to a bathtub. Kitchen with basic necessities. Minibar with reasonably priced beverages. Trash emptied and towels changed only on 5th day of stays. No housekeeping otherwise unless pay 17 Euros per extra service. However you can go to front desk and replemish supplies as needed. We found the apt comfortable and front desk helpful !!! The hotel arranged for a cab to take us to airport at 3:30 AM. Ride was right on time and 27 Euros. The only complaint I have is the area rug and floor covering in LR was worn and very stained. Would make a world of difference appearance wise if they were replaced.

- UNOfamily (10/5): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loved coming home to this first class apartment . - We had a short break in this city and would return here without a minutes hesitation. These apartments were first class large and airy ,spotlessly clean all the mod cons you need, including a dishwasher our room no 8 on the third floor. The heating was so efficient we needed to open the window in the walk in wardrobe room to let in air as the windows at the front of the apartment let in city noises aswell as fresh air. Our bathroom had a full sized bath hairdryer and complimentary toiletries . The reception provided croissant and coffee each day .both members of staff were extremely helpful any queries or tourist info they were willing to help ,first class service from both of them .we liked the fact they had a secure room for left luggage after check out until 6pm . You had a few essentials placed in the apartment which you could purchase for a nominal amount of money juices water wine and beer. You did not need to venture too far to eat after a long days sightseeing we had Two very good restaurants on the doorstep , Monsieur voung and the Italian opposite the apartments front door , both busy and serving great food. Travel was so easy u and s bahn stations are so close along with many of the city's prime areas to visit in walkable distance familiarise yourself with your route from the underground if arriving late and in the dark we got lost a few times !!! The surrounding area felt very safe and had lots of quirky places to shop and eat in . Do take travel slippers as the sisal flooring is hard on delicate feet

Also, a great location - we were able to walk everywhere. we arrived after reception was closed and the code for the key safe wasn't included in our instructions for out-of-hours entry. However, a quick call to the emergency number soon resolved the problem.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing stay - Fantastic stay, local area is great. Our apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had all we expected. Very friendly staff. Only a minor issue: water-pressure was really low at the third floor and it was difficult to take shower most of the time.
- PamClarke (10/5): Perfectly appointed place to stay. - So well situated for the many sights of Berlin. Very near the station, trams and buses for destinations further afield. The accommodation was perfect. Clean, well equipped, loved the complimentary warm croissants and fresh coffee in the morning. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, taking the time to suggest places to eat and visit that were just a little bit off the usual tracks. Beautiful clean white bed linen, one of my "must haves" on holiday!
- Jeanne (10/5): - The staff was very responsive to any requests we had. Our first day we asked for an extra towel, extra hangers and an iron and ironing board. When we came back from dinner all were in the apartment. For our departure they called for our taxi. The location in the city is great, close to many restaurants and easy walking distance to the U-Bahn.
- Rottiedad (10/5): Perfection - I came to Berlin with my brother and my son for his 18th birthday and in this property, found perfection.It is located a short walk from both the U and the S-Bahn but so accessible to local hang outs for food, drink and also the major sightseeing activities that you would want to visit whilst you’re here. I love Berlin anyway but the key to a successful stay is always the accommodation - if you get off to a bad start, it sets the tone.Fear not with this property-my brother who to be fair is an ‘accommodation snob’ raved over this property as soon as we got in it-spotlessly clean over two floors with views to behold(you can reach out and touch the iconic TV tower it appears that close).The property is very self contained and tastefully decorated and WELL WORTH THE MONEY!! The gents who own/run the property are so amenable, informative and speak excellent English so important information could be asked for and received.We were so grateful to them for a check out at midday and they also allowed us to leave our bags there on the final day until 1800 when the reception closes-couldn’t ask for more. Only one MINOR observation-the single beds on the second floor don’t leave much margin for error if you turn quickly in your sleep as you may find yourself on the end of a very short drop to the floor as you fall out of bed!!However the beds are mega-comfortable. Would we stay here again?At the drop of a hat...brilliant accommodation and a very, very reasonably priced ‘superior apartment’ Thanks to the owners for making this a trip to remember
- Heaverman (10/5): An excellent choice in Mitte - I stayed here on two separate visits within a week, the first time in a superior apartment which had a separate bedroom. It's a good location for shops, restaurants and public transport and within walking distance of Alexanderplatz, Hackesche Hofe and Museuminsel. The superior apartment was particularly spacious, with the bedroom at the back. The studio apartment was spacious but with no bedroom one had to sleep in a room facing the street, which was very noisy throughout the night. Both were well equipped. Although it didn’t offer a full breakfast, having coffee and croissants on the terrace was a good compromise. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
