Rosina (10/5): Kontaktlose Hospitality - Das Balkonzimmer, das wir schon einmal gebucht hatten, war tip top renoviert, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat nun auch eine kleine Küchenzeile. Der digitale Checkin funktionierte problemlos, ebenso der Checkout. Frau Kuhn war sehr gut zu erreichen und reagierte prompt auf Anfragen. Bezüglich des Parkens wurde sehr individuell auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Wir sind seit mehreren Jahren Gäste und waren diesmal besonders zufrieden. Für uns passt es. Wenn jemand das Hotel noch nicht kennt, sind eventuell die langen schmalen Gänge und der fehlende persönliche Kontakt anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Peter (8/5): God beliggenhed og ok til prisen (men ikke mere) - OK hotel til prisen men heller ikke mere end det. Der er ingen reception, så man skal selv tjekke ind via en automat. Værelset var ét stort rum med en dobbeltseng og en udslået sovesofa. Badeværelset er lidt småt og afløbet i brusekabinen var stoppet. Det ligger tæt på bus + ubahn og fine restauranter i området.
Katie (10/5): - This is a great hotel! The hotel was clean and while the room was a little bare bones, the bed was comfy and the desk/chair was useful. The bathroom was clean and actually quite large and well kept. In the hotel itself, there were shelves with maps and pamphlets about different places in Berlin which were very helpful! The location is close to a good retail and restaurant area, in addition to the metro lines which can get you to the city center in minutes. My only negative was that the self-check-in kiosk didn't work properly at first, and there was no one on site to assist, but after a few tries, I was able to get in. This is a good spot!

Nevena (5/5): The price is too high for what you get. - I liked the location. Also, it was a peaceful and quiet place. It was way overpriced. I could live with the frayed towel edges, the empty shower gel bottle, the drawers that open by themselves and the shower's mixer tap that almost falls apart in your hands, but not at that price. The only window that one could open was the one in the bathroom and it didn't have a mosquito net. So, if you want to breathe, you get mosquitoes. Also, don't trust the pictures for the Comfort room on booking.com. It doesn't have cooking appliances.

Self-checking process was nice. Rooms are definitely better presented and looking in the Booking photos. Building is old, rooms as well. Staff does their best, but there is a limit to their efforts. Room was prepared for 1 only, not 2.

Ab (2/5): Too small, too expensive, too impersonal, too unfriendly - There was a package of Haribo Goldbären. The neighborhood is quite nice and friendly. I guess 20-30 euros per night would be quite enough for this room. Then the price to quality ratio would be just fine. The room is very small. I like small rooms but 1.70 wide is just too bad. The room is very expensive for what you get. I have been to Berlin more than 40 times and this is one of the worst rooms. It is quite far away from S-bahn. I haven't seen a single staff member. It is too digital, too impersonal. The furniture looks like Ikea. When other guests use the bathroom the noise is like a tropical storm. I woke up often during the night. I wrote a small review on Google Maps and staff kept complaining about my review. She did it on booking.com not on Maps.

Ethan (10/5): Nice room for a good value. - The studio was equipped with all kitchen necessities. Very modern finishes, comfortable bed and clean room. The location is safe although it's a bit far from central and trendy areas in Berlin. There is no elevator in the building and you may have to carry your luggage via stairs. My room was on the third floor and it was not fun. Also, they seem to prefer minimal contact with customers; all communication had to be done through email or chat, which I didn't have to use during my stay, but would very much have preferred talking to a real receptionist for my needs.

Annalise (7/5): Looks great and nice vibe but some practical details need addressing - The cleaners were lovely, check in was easy, location was great, kitchen facilities were good, beds were comfortable. Nice bright rooms with high ceilings, the rooms look great on entry. Unfortunately when we used the room we noticed the toilet seat didn't fit the toilet so that wasn't very nice! We had to fix the shower by tightening a screw as it wouldn't stay up when we were showering. There were a number of shelves in the room which were wonky so you couldn't put things on them.

Kai (9/5): Superb - Very nice, quiet place in a good neighbourhood, near Kurfürstendamm. Many good bakeries around for breakfast. The hotel has a coffee machine and provided some little snacks and fruit. The room was always clean. There was only one oddly shaped chair in my room. When I tried to place my backpack on it, it always slipped off. Otherwise everything was good.
Heidi (10/5): A modern gem of small hotel - the hotel entrance is digitized where you pick-up your room key ready on the small reception desk. The lobby has a coffee machine where you can have your wonderful complementary coffee in the morning with some cake/snacks.The location is fantastic in a lovely neighborhood with a great bakery, some restaurants and a small supermarket.

Having the boiled water from kettle would make tea tasting better. That’s not an issue at all, everything was great.
Linda (10/5): Authentic Berlin Hotel Apartment - Great location close to a metro station. Many shops, restaurants in a fairly quiet location. Fantastic Indian restaurant on the way to the metro. We loved our room with a balcony. We did not mind that there was no restaurant in the hotel, because there was a great espresso and tea machine in the lobby. Smaller mashine in the room. Bakery a few meters from the entrance. Seats in front of the hotel. There was no staff available most of the time, but everything was described in a way you did not need anybody. We were lucky and met there a lady who worked there and who was super helpful with our curious questions. She perfectly fit the hotel. Kind and interesting. We just loved everything! Can't wait to return. That we could not stay longer.
Sanja (10/5): Cosy and clean hotel, in a beautiful neighbourhood - Beautiful small hotel. Very modern, proper and clean. You have coffee and tea at your disposal and always something small to eat. Our room was looking into a internal court, it was very quiet! The whole neighbourhood Savignyplatz is great and pleasant, with nice bakeries, cafes and boutiques.

Tamas (8/5): Nice place with okay price. I recommend it. - Spacious, clean, comforatble room with an easy to use safe. Nice neigbourhood. Free coffee. Quite silent. Online pre checking process. They sent me important information only in german. They sent the same email more times. (When I wrote them in English, they answered in English). I used their app to open the room. It was a bit uncertain, it usually took 30-40 s to open my door. Staff was not supernice, but it was okay.

Hassan (7/5): Clean, central stay, but try to arrive earlier in the day so you can get in. - Clean, very central place. No one at the reception, they were operating remotely, already at 5pm when I arrived. No complaints on the service, they were still able to open the for me and provide iron and stand as I needed, but it felt strange to walk into a hotel without anyone at reception.
