- Diana (9/5): - Perfect location! Nice receptionists! Everything was ok. Old building but with elevator and it was very clean and comfortable. I didn't understand correctly the instructions for the room door and had to ask my neighbour for help. And it wasn't very easy to unlock the door because you need both hands simultaneously. :)

- Susanne (5/5): Für eine, maximal 2 Nächte ein gut gelegenes Hotel, das preislich im unteren Bereich liegt. - Die Betten waren wirklich gut, die Lage toll und trotzdem das Hotel direkt an der Straße liegt und die Fenster auch auf diese gingen, war es nachts (bei geschlossenen Fenstern) angenehm. Das Frühstück war ok. Wir haben frische Brötchen und Frühstückssaft vermisst. Auch Zitrone wäre für den Tee schön gewesen. Allerdings gab es ausreichend und gutes frisches Obst und dreierlei Schnittbrot. Wir waren dort drei Nächte und lebten aus dem Koffer, weil es nur 2 klitzekleine offene Schrankfächer und etwa 6 Bügel gab.

Appel à plusieurs reprises en expliquant la situation plusieurs fois, une personne arrive finalement après plus de 30 min débloque la porte…

- Susan (10/5): A Rare Find - The property is in a very old building, and I would guess it was updated in the 1950-60s. Many of the appointments from those eras have been retained. (For example, an ashtray bolted to the wall in front of the toilet. I guess now it could be used now for your cell phone hahaha.) They have kept many of the beautiful things--huge stained glass windows, a grand staircase, high ceilings and ornate moldings, among others.) The staff were quite nice and very helpful. The immediate neighborhood has a thousand restaurants and stores, a post office, even a Woolworth's! The hallway and stairway carpets are threadbare, causing a couple of minor trips. However, the carpeting in the rooms is newer and of obvious quality. The happy hour offered could have had some real drinks--all they have in the lovely bar is beer! Well, it is Germany. This stuff is minor, though. My stay was great!
- Angelika (7/5): Schönes Zimmer, zentral gelegen, Frühstück nicht akzeptabel - Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß, mit Couch und Sessel. Hotel zentral gelegen. Das Frühstück war eine Frechheit. Es gab keine Brötchen, nur Graubrot, Toastbrot und Knäckebrot. Es gab hartgekochte Eier, die aber kalt waren. 'Kuchen'!!! Auf einer kleinen Platte lagen drei kleine Kuchenstücke verteilt. Da greift schon keiner zu! Das restliche Angebot minimalst. Bei diesem Frühstück sieht man dass die Gäste nicht wert geschätzt werden. Keinerlei Mühe für die Gäste! Brötchen sind bestimmt nicht der teure Posten und gekochte Eier warm halten sollte auch keine Problem sein. Danke, nie wieder!

- Lena (9/5): Om du letar efter mindre personligt hotell i Schoeneberg nära Sydkreutz Bahnhof med direkttåg till flygplatsen så är det - Trevligt mindre hotell med bra servicenivå. Bra location för mina behov. Lite äldre standard på inredning men välstädat och rymliga rum.

Yiu have to walk up a flight of stairs from the ground floor to access the tiny elevator which takes you and maybe 2 pieces of luggage to the second level where the office is located. The doors to the rooms are very hard to open! This alone made me nervous because the staff leaves the premises at 10 pm! Location was in an ugly area.

- Βασιλική (1/5): - Κλείνω το ξενοδοχείο για 5 με 8 Φεβρουαρίου δεν φτάνει που είχα 6 ώρες καθυστέρηση φτάνω στο ξενοδοχείο και δεν μας δέχτηκε ο υπάλληλος της ρεσεψιόν γιατί δεν αναγνωρίζε την ταυτότητα μου σαν δημόσιο έγγραφο πέρα το οτι ηταν αγενέστατος δεν προσπάθησε καν να βοηθήσει οταν ζήτησα το αφεντικό το έπαιξε "Κινεζος"..τελικά δεν μας δέχτηκε και μας είπε κιόλας οτι εδώ είναι Βερολίνο και αν μας αρέσει.. Επίσης οταν έκανα την κράτηση δεσμεύτηκαν τα χρήματα και ακόμα να τα παρω πίσω..έχει περασει ένας μήνας απο τότε.. Η αγένεια του υπαλλήλου και και το ύφος του..ειστε απαράδεκτοι.

Wir kommen gerne wieder - Sehr nette Mitarbeiterin, die beim Empfang erst einmal den Weg zur Garage und zur Ladestation für das E Auto erklärt hat…. Dann konnten wir unser Zimmer beziehen…. Sehr ruhig, da zum Innenhof gelegen…. Sehr sauber… Wasserkocher, Tee, Kaffee, Snacks, Minibar… geräumiges Zimmer, bequemes Bett…. Sauberes Bad mit großer Dusche! Zentrale Lage…. Guter Preis…. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen!! Alles war top…. Frühstück nicht sehr üppig… aber vollkommen ausreichend!!

I do not recommend it. - The shower was fantastic as the water pressure was very strong There is a stairway to walk up with your luggage before you reach the tiny elevator that was out of service. The room access by card and a rotating knob was so hard to use it took 15 minutes to open the door on my first night.

- Jaroslav (10/5): A unique and special hotel with a cool 70s atmosphere, I'll definitely stay here again in Berlin. - I really liked the 70s atmosphere, it was surprisingly cool. The bathroom was newly refurbished, so the quality was excellent, but the building itself, the overall 70s feel, the area, the reception, the whole hotel feels special and unique. I genuinely recommend not changing anything. They’re on a good track as they are, and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Berlin. a bit cold in the room on arrival, had to investigate heating and open up in the radiators myself the next day. Could be done by staff on the day of customer arrival, would be a little more comfortable.

Une fenêtre a été enlevée et remplacée par un carré de plastique avec un trou dedans pour le conduit d'une machine d'air conditionné à l'ancienne par terre...cela fait bizarre et on ne peut pas fermer la fenêtre du coup. Heureusement il n'a pas fait un temps pour tester si l'air conditionné fonctionnait ainsi!

- Gert (10/5): Bestens - Große, geräumige Zimmer, einfach ein in die Jahre gekommen des Schmuckstück. Das Personal ist traumhaft nett. Bei der Dusche muss man aufpassen, dass das Wasser nicht ins Badezimmer läuft

- Jay (8/5): - The staff here is very nice and helpful, a good location with lots of restaurants and local bars around.
- Darvas (8/5): Mycket bra och trevligt hotell. - Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummet och sängen var bekväma och stora. Värmen i rummet kunde jag slå på, vilket var väldigt positivt. På morgonen märkte jag temperaturskillnaden jämfört med hallen och badrummet. Värmen kunde också slås på i badrummet men jag behövde det inte. 2 saker var lite anmärkningsvärda: 1 - bullret från gatan (Haupstrasse) var mycket högt pga tung trafik, men det fanns öronproppar för det. 2 - fåtöljen bör bytas ut, den är för sliten.
