Leider war das Bett klein (140 cm) und etliche Halterungen im Bad (Duschstange, Toilettenpapier, etc.) war lose. Ebenfalls ging der Handtuchwärmer nicht, wodurch es im Bad schon kühl war. • TheCat75 (8/5): - Lage mit unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof ideal, auch zum Stachus oder zur Fußgängerzone ein Katzensrpurng. Zimmer ist zweckmäßig ausgesatettet, sauber und für reine Übernachung völlig ausreichend. Zimmer war ruhig, allerdings war es zur Gebäuderrückseite hin. Die Sitzecke und der Hängesessel sind zwar nice, hab ich aber nicht genutzt (Ausblick auf den Hinterhof und das Baugerüst sind da nicht prickelnd) Fenster hat schwer geschlossen, weil alte Alu/Messing-Rahmen. Frühstück zwar völlig ausreichend, aber für den Preis erwarte ich mehr. Leider keine getrennten Lichtschalter, also alles an oder alles aus. WC Licht sollte wohl über Bewegungsmelder aktiviert werden, doch das ging nie aus.

Zimmerausstattung nur okay, Fenster defekt, ließ ließ sich kaum öffnen/schließen, Baugerüst vor dem Fenster. Dreibettzimmer gebucht, „drittes Bett“ war Liegemöglichkeit auf umgeklapptem Polstermöbel, keine Matratze, hart, verschiebliche Teile, zum Schlafen nicht geeignet. Viele defekte Teile im Zimmer.

The room was overheated and we sweltered the whole stay. The air con in the room always reverted to 21C even if you tried to change it. Staff initially said the air con could be turned down from 21C to 19C at the front desk, but it remained very hot, so hot that we struggled to sleep each night. It was far hotter than 21C. We couldn't open the window due to safety concerns (there was scaffolding all around the building). We found out at the end that the whole hotel was on heating only, and they would switch to cooling soon with summer coming. Obviously this was to save money. In 40 years of hotel stay I have never had a hotel put their own cost saving ahead of the (dis)comfort of their clients.

• Marco (8/5): Soluzione comoda per visitare Monaco - Hotel comodo per visitare Monaco. Tra i punti di forza c'è la non eccessiva distanza dal centro (Marienplatz dista 15 minuti a piedi). La stazione non dista più di 5 minuti, o meno. In alcune recensioni ho letto che i dintorni dell'hotel non erano ben frequentati e che c'erano nelle vicinanze dei nightclub; in realtà la sera al rientro non avuto alcuna sensazione di poca sicurezza e inoltre la zona dei locali si trova al di là del percorso hotel-centro quindi non si passa da li. Segnalo inoltre che a pochi metri dall'hotel c'è una telecamera della polizia che sorveglia la zona. Il lavandino e il box doccia erano all'interno della stanza, mentre il wc era in un locale separato; ho trovato questa soluzione abbastanza comoda e non un aspetto negativo come invece altri hanno segnalato. La camera non era spaziosissima, e un po' scomoda la totale assenza di un piccolo spazio dove potere riporre il contenuto delle valigie. Era presente una capiente zona dove appendere le giacche ma niente di più, l'unica soluzione è stata quella di lasciare tutto dentro le valigie. Non era presente in camera alcun tavolino e anche i comodini erano in realtà delle micro mensole. Ottima la comodità offerta dai letti e il silenzio notturno. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di ricaricare da una colonnina, accessibile h24, le borracce con acqua fredda e volendo anche gasata; costante presenza di mele a disposizione gratuitamente alla reception. Noi siamo arrivati dopo le 22:30 e abbiamo dovuto fare il check-in in autonomia su un tablet; la procedura è stata abbastanza semplice e in pochi minuti abbiamo avuto le card per l'accesso alla camera. Segnalo che a poca distanza dalla struttura c'è un ottimo locale (Cafe & Bäckerei Mauerer - Schillerstraße) dove fare colazione; questo locale è nella zona dei night ma andando li la mattina per colazione non c'è alcun problema.

• Karin (6/5): Tolle Lage, cooles Zimmer, Ausrüstung mittelmässig. - An der Rezeption wurden wir zuerst einige Minuten nicht beachtet, da zwei vom Personal etwas besprochen haben. Begrüsst wurden wir danach auch nicht. Im Zimmer keine Gelegenheit die vier Badetücher aufzuhängen und die Kleider zu versorgen (4 Personen). Kein Regal o.ä. Vorhanden.

Bett war bequem. Brösel und Papierschnipsel waren noch im Zimmer gelegen. Eine Lampe hing aus der Decke. Der Vorhang zur Dusche war heruntergehangen.

Une seule porte coulissante pour soit la douche soit les toilettes: quand son compagnon prend une douche, on doit aller aux toilettes la porte ouverte. Une seule lumière pour tout, donc en pleine nuit si on veut de la lumière dans les toilettes on doit allumer à fond dans la chambre et réveiller celui qui s'y trouve. Les petites lumières pour le lit ne fonctionnait pas (donc tout lumière ou nuit noire, on ne peut pas lire pendant que l'autre dort). Des draps simples plutôt que des draps housses et comme le room service est à la demande on dort sur un lit défait.
