Precio muy caro para ser solo alojamiento, aunque sean fechas de MotoGP, ya que, no estaba tan cerca del circuito.La habitación y baño viejos algo descuidada. Ruido entendible por boda o comuniones, pero después al recoger, arrastraban el mobiliario y se oia todo. La cena tampoco fue para echar cohetes.En fin no creo que vuelva.

- Pablo (5/5): Estancia justa con personal de recepción decepcionante - El hotel está a un paseo (con unas pocas cuestas) del pueblo, pero bien comunicado y cerca de la estación de tren. La cama era cómoda y la habitación estaba muy limpia. Las habitaciones necesitan un lavado de cara: Paredes con marcas del agua que cae del aire acondicionado, mobiliario y baños antiguos, aunque funcionales. La persona que nos atendió en recepción nos despachó de manera rápida y sin ningún atisbo de querer ayudar. Varias veces, por distintas causas, la misma persona, con mismo resultado: incomodidad y resignación. Mencionar que se hacen actividades como bodas y comuniones en el hotel, cosa que me parece fantástica, pero deberían tener en cuenta la asignación de habitaciones para el resto de huéspedes, sobre todo cuando se comenta en recepción.

- acl17 (5/5): Barcelona stay - The hotel is situated in a quiet and nice area, but walking up to the hotel is quite an effort since it's on a steep uphill location. The room is spacious enough with a partial view of the city. It's just disappointing to say that there's no kettle provided for tea/coffee. The rooms need some updating. There's no shower gel or shampoo provided, but just one small soap. Overall, it's not too bad, but you can get better accommodation for the price I was charged. See previous comment

El baño también es antiguo pero tiene todo lo necesario. Muy buenas toallas. La ubicación del hotel sobre una colina garantiza muy buenas vistas. El acceso desde Sant Boi de Llobregat a Plaza España en Barcelona es muy rápido, no más de 15 minutos en tren. El restaurante es un poco caro, y el acceso si uno llega sin auto y con maletas se hace cansador por la cuesta que hay que subir.

- Roberto6891 (4/5): Bellino ma troppo caro - La posizione è ottimale a pochi passi dal centro del paese con molti bar, e con la stazione dei treni a pochi passi che ti portano a Barcellona con pochi soldi. Palazzo vecchio e datato e non è questo il problema se non fosse per le finestre e porte da dove si sentiva ogni songolo rumore proveniente da fuori. C'era per di più un gruppo di bambini che faceva un rumore assordante dalle 14:00 fino alle 01:00, sbattendo porte e correndo continuamente. In poche parole insonorizzazione "0" ma zero assoluto, si sente tutto.
- Stay791509 (2/5): One of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed at ... - This is an email I wrote to the hotel 4 days ago and still haven't received a reply: Good afternoon, I checked out of your hotel earlier today and wanted to give you some personal feedback on my stay. The welcome I received was not friendly. When I arrived and asked for advice about a few things, the receptionist was not helpful and looked at me like I was bothering him and he wanted me to leave him alone and get on with his work. Although, he did inform that the pool had no water in which came as a surprise and was a big disappointment. The pool is advertised as a feature of the hotel and it was not in operation so it is like fraud. Guests arriving and expecting to use it have been mis sold. The night I arrived it took a long time to get served food and a drink but when I was served the waiter was friendly. His warmth was the only positive about my stay. On my second evening staying at the hotel it was so hot and I tried to get my air conditioner working but there was no control for it. When I informed the receptionist again he was not helpful, he just informed me that it didn't work. Like I should have known?! He didn't offer me another room or anything. No one informed me before I booked that my room didn't have air conditioning. Again this is like a fraud because in a hotel like yours customers expect air conditioning or a fan to deal with the hot weather. There is a big disparity between the way your hotel is advertised and the reality of staying at your hotel. I was looking forwards to staying with you but it was a BIG disappointment. I was hoping to be able to say something positive to promote your hotel to other people but this will not be possible.

The hotel is located on a hill just outside busy Barcelona, and close to the airport. The rooms have a splendid high sealing, and the beds are excellent sleep quality. We travelled from and to the city using a combo of the metro and Uber. Well, if the king of the castle would fart, the prinses sleeping on the other side castle would hear it (read: very thin walls).

- SOORT (8/5): - Me agradó muchísimo la ubicación del hotel, la panorámica, la amabilidad y gestión del personal de recepción. Con sinceridad... el mobiliario de las habitaciones y del baño en la primera planta en las que nos alojamos, me parecieron realmente muy pobres. Algo deteriorados. Es un hotel de 3 estrellas, sí... pero hay aspectos que hay que cuidar, para que los viajeros nos podamos sentir bien y confortables en las habitaciones.
- annelies (3/5): Grote ontgoocheling door leeg zwembad - Locatie met prachtig uitzicht, vlotte bereikbaarheid naar de stad en de luchthaven. Ik boekte dit hotel na een high-pressure sporttoernooi van mijn 13-jarige zoon om te kunnen ontspannen aan het zwembad. Zijn ontgoocheling was immens toen we aankwamen en vanuit de kamer moesten vaststellen dat het zwembad leeg was. Dit werd niet vermeld in aanloop naar ons verblijf of aan de check-in, waarbij er zelf amper een blik of glimlach van het personeel af kon. Toen ik aan de receptie zei dat ik dit hotel speciaal voor het zwembad geboekt had en dat erbij stond dat het zwembad het hele jaar beschikbaar is, kreeg ik enkel als antwoord dat er moest geschilderd worden. Geen excuus en geen enkel aanbod voor een compensatie. De douche was ook niet netjes, met vuile boorden overal, iets wat we misschien anders door de vingers zouden hebben gezien.

Tuve que buscar una tienda para comprar champú y jabón. Todo está muy anticuado; las paredes son de papel, tan finas que se oye hasta cómo respiran en la habitación de al lado. No recomiendo el desayuno (14 euros), es mejor dar un paseo y buscar una cafetería en la ciudad.

Śniadanie było przyzwoite, pokój czysty lecz nieco mały, pościel zmieniana jest chyba codziennie. W sobotni wieczór gdy już wszystko zapowiadało spokojną noc o 22 wystartowała impreza. Nie przeszkadza mi muzyka, nawet głośna ale mam wrażenie że pokój znajdował się bezpośrednio pod parkietem ;)

The restaurant was excellent, Ramon the waiter was first class and the food was delicious. A lovely experience. Actually I don't know what to write.....

- Andrea (6/5): Auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht akzeptabel- länger würde ich nicht bleiben wollen - Das Haus wäre grundsätzlich schön, ist aber vollkommen in die Jahre gekommen. Betten waren sehr bequem Zimmer extrem hellhörig, Badezimmer ein Witz Im Restaurant ist einer der Kellner ziemlich herablassend und man hat das Gefühl ein Bittsteller zu sein. Man muss sich sinnlose Erklärungen anhören, warum Wasserflaschen trotz Wunsch des Gastes nicht bei Tisch geöffnet werden- wird das Wasser eventuell in der Küche abgefüllt? Beim abendlichen Menü muss man das Besteck von der Vorspeise auch für die Hauptspeise behalten. Kam mir ein bisschen wie im Kindergarten vor.
