• Alina (7/5): Perfect location. To expensive to 2 stars. Good for Business short travel. - The location is perfect—only 5 min to the supermarket, 10 to the Mento, 25 to the train station. The city bus stop is exactly near the entrance. Linen and towels are clean, very quiet Hotel. Very friendly receptionist from Egypt. Free coffee. Refurbishment could be better; there was a smell from the bathroom, no fridge in the room. Near the hotel was a working prostitute, so better not to come with children. We did not get a fresh towel on the last night of staying, but we got fresh linen on the second day. No English channels on the TV.

Персоналът беше изключително любезен и отзивчив – посрещнаха ни топло и ни помогнаха с багажа до стаята. По време на целия ни престой стаята се почистваше ежедневно, което допринесе за комфорта ни. Служителите на рецепцията ни оказаха съдействие с полезни насоки за града – препоръчаха ни места за посещение и заведения, което направи преживяването ни още по-приятно. Много ни хареса и наличието на кухненски кът, който можехме да използваме за кафе или бързо хапване. Локацията на хотела е отлична – в близост до метро спирка, голям хранителен магазин и гарата, което прави придвижването изключително удобно. Със сигурност бихме отседнали отново и препоръчваме мястото.

• Paul (7/5): If you want a great price in a great city, no frills and basic. This does the job well - Great value. It’s very basic but that’s fine if you are paying for that. Staff were great on reception, room was clean and location good. If you get need somewhere to sleep and no frills it’s spot on. Free tea and coffee. Curtain didn’t close properly. Shower is small if you weigh over 110 kilo I don’t think you’ll get in, less if you are under 6 feet tall

The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The location is also very convenient, close to everything and easy to reach. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

• Audun (7/5): I practical small hotel not far from the Central station. Helpful receptionist - I booked the hotel to be close to Milan Central which was good. The reseptionist Ziad was excellent and very helpful and service minded in all ways. I had a single room and the bathroom was very small and the shower cabin was too small for a big man like me to enter into. There was a poor isolation between rooms and out to the hall. I was disturbed by other guests both early in the morning and late at night....

• Darya Yesipava (9/5): Great value for money in Milan, with a convenient location and wonderful staff - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful — especially the two guys at the reception, who were always welcoming and ready to assist. I also really appreciated the mini kitchen and coffee area with a coffee machine and microwave, available 24/7. It’s perfect if you prefer a more independent and flexible stay. The sound insulation could be better, as some noise from other rooms was noticeable. However, it wasn’t a major issue for me personally, though it might be more noticeable when the hotel is fully booked.

• Arsim (1/5): - . Gör inte samma misstag som jag. Tyvärr är hotellet väldigt dåligt. Mycket störande ljud på morgonen från städning och maskiner. Städpersonalen börjar redan klockan sju, och jag blev väckt i förtid för utcheckning trots att den var klockan elva. Om man vill sova på hotell är detta inte rätt val.

• Enzo (10/5): Muy buena relación precio / calidad - Me guíe netamente por las opiniones de booking ya que Google puede ser un poco engañoso. El hotel por fuera puede parecer un poco antiguo pero por dentro se nota una renovación reciente o bien cuidada. La habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario y tienes café gratis en una cocina compartida. El metro queda super cerca y en marzo no necesité calefacción (se paga aparte). Debes llevar efectivo ya que la cuota de hospedaje municipal se paga directo. El personal un 10 rotundo. Definitivamente volvería.

• Márcio (9/5): Localização muito boa, 15 minutos a pé da estação Milano Centrale. Muitos comércios proximo. - A localização é o grande diferencial do hotel. Fomos caminhando da estação Milano Centrale e levamos apenas 15 minutos. O acesso ao metro muito bom. Tenho 1,85 e o banheiro era um pouco apertado, mas nada que desabone e afete a estadia. Ainda sim, recomendo o hotel.
