Ci è stata data la camera sotto la sala colazione, dalle 7:30 si sentivano sedie strisciare, passi e la macchia del caffè/cappuccino! Le camere non sono bene insonorizzate. Colazione mediocre, sotto le aspettative. Letto e cuscini scomodi.

• krawner (6/5): Budget Stay in Naples - Hotel Neapolis is not easy to find. Its Google Maps location is incorrect. Even seasoned travelers in our group struggled to locate the entrance, marked only by a small sign. Reception sits on the third floor, and the hotel itself is embedded within a car park, just beside La Locanda del Grifo. The hotel is small, with around 18 rooms. Rooms are compact but clean, with reliable A/C and solid WiFi. Set in the historic center, it’s an easy walk to landmarks like Cappella Sansevero and a wealth of restaurants. The surrounding streets are loud well into the night, with traffic, music, and bar noise. During the day, there is construction nearby. Breakfast is disappointing with limited choices and items past their prime (rotten bananas and eggs). In the end, this is a budget-friendly base in a vibrant, gritty part of Naples. It works if you value location and price over ease and tranquility.

• Ciaran (8/5): Naples trip 2026 - Lovely hotel in a great location,staff were very friendly and helpful,Naples was a great city to visit it was full of energy and was full of history and we found it a really interesting place to visit.It was great value compared to other cities we have visited,outside the door of the hotel there was a lovely restaurant and the food was excellent and very reasonable and the surrounding area was full of surprises and plenty to see and do. Definitely a city we would visit again👍 Watch the scooters on the streets,they are everywhere and it can be quite dangerous in the busy streets especially for older people

• KWTXUSA (10/5): Great Location - good value - helpful staff - I stayed for 2 nights before flying home. The location of this hotel is great - nearby lots of restaurants, a lively atmosphere, and very near the Chapel Sansavero which I wanted to visit on my last day in Italy. It is a 6 minute walk to the Dante metro station, so easy to get elsewhere in the city. The staff were extremely helpful, and the price is a good value for central Naples. It is in an old building and the hallways are decorated with interesting biographies. I had a single room which was comfortable, and the breakfast was quite good in offerings. I would consider staying here again if I return to Naples.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the staff were terrific. I always hope for a larger single room and larger shower stall. But this is an old building, so the trade off was it's great character and location and staff.

Room was very noisy both from the building work outside that started at 7am and the hallway and reception room. Definitely bring ear plugs. TV was tiny and shower plug needs unblocking

• pervin (7/5): Kısa süre konaklamak için mükemmeldi! - Konum mükemmeldi. Odanın büyüklüğü de... Ana caddenin üzerinde olması nedeniyle odalar biraz gürültülüydü. Ayrıca arkadaşlarımızın odasında kötü bir naftalin kokusu vardı.

Dokonce po nás hodil účtenku, když jsme se zeptali zda místní poplatek není již v ceně booking. Hotel neodpovídá ani 3 hvězdám.

• Mirko (8/5): Un accogliente struttura ideale per esplorare comodamente il centro storico di Napoli - La struttura è collocata in una posizione ideale per visitare i siti e le attrazioni principali del centro storico di Napoli. Il personale è estremamente disponibile, la pulizia delle camera ben curata. La colazione ha un'offerta variegata e con molti prodotti fatti in casa. La collaborazione con un ristorante posto di fronte alla struttura permette agli ospiti uno sconto sui pasti del locale. Fondamentalmente il mio problema principale era rappresentato dal lavandino del bagno di dimensioni eccessivamente ridotte che per evitare di spargere acqua ovunque mi ha costretto ad un certo punto a lavarmi la faccia e i denti nel bidet. Magari fornire anche dei prodotti per la doccia.

Vanuit het centraal station is het niet handig on met baggage te wandelen naar het Hotel. (Slechte voetpaden). Je neemt beter een taxi. De ontbijt ruimte was tijdens drukke momenten vrij krap.

Buiten leeft het, en daar krijg je binnen natuurlijk wat van mee. Het hotel bevindt zich op de derde etage van een oud pand, waardoor je ook buren geluiden en mensen op de gang en de ontbijtzaal hoort.

Il personale è molto disponibile: di fronte a un problema con una presa elettrica subito è intervenuto e lo ha risolto. La camera e il bagno sono puliti e dotati di tutto il necessario. Ci hanno dato proprio quella col bagno con le maioliche decorate e la cabina doccia ampia che si vede nelle foto dell'hotel. Posizione centralissima ideale per girellare per Napoli a piedi. Colazione varia e abbondante. Alla prossima. Unico appunto: i due letti separati uniti per fare il matrimoniale tenevano ad aprirsi....andrebbero legati insieme un pochino meglio.
• Jens (8/5): Immer wieder - Die Lage war sehr gut zur Altstadt. Zum Hauptbahnhof mit U-Bahn von Station Dante ca. 8 min. Frühstück war für mich okay, wenn man gerne frisches Gebäck isst wird man aber voll zufrieden sein. Beim Frühstück lieber mehr verschiedene Wurstwaren und Tomaten. Für Menschen die nicht so gerne süss essen.

На завтрак готують варені яйця, шинку, сир, хамон для бутербродів, кава з круасанами, йогурт, пластівці. Персонал англомовний, привітний, допоможуть з будь якими питаннями. Їхати не хотілося, дякуємо!
• Hugo (8/5): Mycket bra hotell Neapels historiska centrum till ett rimligt pris. - Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt i pittoreska kvarter. Det ganska nära till flera sevärdheter och till Metron (Piazza Dante eller Università). Personalen är vänlig, hjälpsam och de flesta talar bra engelska. Frukosten är mycket bra med en cappuccino som slår det mesta som jag druckit i Italien. Värmen i rummet, men det fanns en AC som ändå kunde ge rätt bra värme. Sängen var lite för hård i min smak.
• Simone (4/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Das Zimmer war leider wirklich winzig klein und ich habe nachts sehr gefroren, da es keine Heizung gab und zum zudecken auch nur ganz dünne betttücher. Es war auch sehr hellhörig, man hat alles von den angrenzenden Räumen gehört. Im Bad liefen silberfische und auch eine schabe, was ich am ekligsten fand, da ich keine mit nach Hause einschleppen möchte.... Alles in allem daher leider nicht zu empfehlen... Ringsrum um das hotel war es auch sehr laut die ganze Nacht über...

Camera matrimoniale poco spaziosa con bagno piccolo e lavabo minuscolo. Infissi non ben insonorizzati perché nonostante la posizione dell'hotel al terzo piano di un palazzo la notte si sentivano forti e fastidiosi rumori dalla strada. Colazione poco ricca sebbene la qualità fosse apprezzabile. Insistenza per il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno contanti nonostante l'obbligatorietà di accettare pagamento elettronico.

Posizione favolosa, zona ZTL pedonale ma lo stesso staff vi dà utili indicazioni per il parcheggio (facile anche in strada ma costa tanto quanto!). C'è un frigo, la stanza è spaziosa, c'è un comodo ascensore in un palazzo antico. Vicino ad un interessante museo dell'acqua. La colazione è ricca e lo staff è stato cordiale nel venire incontro alle nostre richieste. Inoltre per una modica cifra ci hanno permesso il late check out. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!! Nulla, non ho nulla da eccepire.

• Hakan Esen (1/5): Kötü bir deneyim - Oteli bulmak çok zor bir apartman fuayesinde asansörle yukarı çıkılıyor. Bu hiç bir yerde yazmıyor. Ayrıca odaar aşırı nemli . Yorgan dahi yok sadece dolapta katlanmış ama nem kokusu sinmiş battaniyeler var . Ayrıca nemden dolayı boyalar kalkmış. Ben odaya girsim o halinden sonra kalmayıp başka bir otele geçtim.

• Hugo (5/5): Bien ubicado y nada más - Su excelente ubicación No disponen de ascensor para subir, ya que está roto. Desayuno mínimo, sin fogones para tomar algo caliente. Subiendo y bajando escaleras, sin que te lo avisen anteriormente, etc
• MARIA (9/5): - Ωραίο και καθαρό δωμάτιο. Ασφαλής τοποθεσία. Πολλά μαγαζιά πολύ κοντά. Αρκετά αξιοθέατα προσιτά με τα πόδια. Πλούσιο πρωινό και χαμογελαστό προσωπικό. Δεν έχει σχέση με το δωμάτιο αλλά με τη νύχτα στην πόλη τα σαββατοκύριακα. Πολύ φασαρία από νεολαία που τραγουδάει και ουρλιάζει ακόμη και 4 πμ!!! Προτείνω ωτοασπιδες για Παρασκευή και Σάββατο. Κυριακή ησυχάζουν μάλλον επειδή η επόμενη είναι εργάσιμη.
