• Mihnea (10/5): Perfect stay which combined tourists places with local ones. - Staff was excellent. I don’t have the option to give them 10 stars so I scored them the maximum. Very kind and helpful. Ask them for tips around the hotel, they are worth it. Hotel was clean and well managed. We did not miss anything. Location is a few bus stops away from the city center but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a metro station at 5 mins walking distance which is 4 stations away from Colosseo. Hotel’s position is allowing you to explore the local way of living in Rome away from tourists: 1. Over the street there is an amazing caffee which si very cheap and products are awesome. 2. 5 mins walking distance there is a park where people are walking their dogs and everyone is out during the weekend. 3. 5-7 mins away there is a Sicilian traditional bakery called Mizzico where locals have collazioni (breakfast) or lunch.

• Thomas (9/5): Sehr gutes Hotel in guter und sicherer Lage in Rom. - Super Personal. Schon vor der Anreise sehr freundliche und überaus hilfsbereite Kommunikation. Das ist großartig und hilfreich. Die Zimmer waren perfekt sauber und in gutem Zustand. Das gewährte Upgrade hat uns sehr gefreut. Danke dafür. Die Matratzen waren sehr komfortabel und angenehm fest. Perfekt. In einem Zimmer ein großer Fernseher (Smart-TV). Gut ausgestattetes Badezimmer mit allem, was man braucht. Das im EG angebotene kleine Frühstück war ein super Start in den Tag, vor allem der Kaffee war großartig. Die Lage mit der Bushaltestelle Bari/Salerno direkt vor der Tür war super. Man kommt von dort gut in die Stadt, aber auch von FCO mit einem günstigen Regionalzug über die Statione Tiburtina mit den Bussen zum Hotel. In einem Zimmer nur ein klassischer Fernseher mit fast ausschließlich lokalen Sendern. Ein Smart-TV wäre für internationale Gäste sinnvoller und heute auch angemessen. Eines der beiden Zimmer war sehr minimalistisch. Nur ein mini-Kleiderschrank und keine Schubfächer für Kleidungsstücke. Dazu recht klein.

• Irene (7/5): Per il prezzo mi aspettavo qualcosa di più - La cordialità e disponibilità del personale Nel complesso è andata bene prevalentemente per la grande cortesia del personale. I materassi del letto lasciavano un po' a desiderare, restava la conca del peso corpo creando un piano disconnesso non permettendo un riposo rigenerante. Forse sarebbe ora di rinnovarli. Cambio asciugamani ok ma non cambiano le lenzuola. Ho apprezzato la presenza del sapone sia per doccia che viso, e l'asciugacapelli presente. Molto silenzioso pur essendo la mia camera a ridosso dell'ascensore. Come da descrizione non è presente il servizio colazione e per me non è stato un requisito indispensabile essendo sola e potendo far colazione in un bar. La zona è tranquilla e servita del necessario: un supermercato, una farmacia, metro B a 300 metri circa, bar, un ottima osteria al nr 8 della stessa via.
• Cihangir (9/5): - Staff was very helpful. You can reach the hotel personnel anytime via Whatsapp. Although the hotel does not serve breakfast, they provided snacks and coffee in the morning which was more than enough for me. Although the bathroom wasn't small, the shower was a little bit small.

• Vincenzo (7/5): Adatto a chi sta a dieta! - Hotel in una posizione strategica. A me serviva il Policlinico Umberto 1 e ci sono arrivato a piedi, in 5 minuti. Ottimo per chi deve dare un esame universitario, ma vive troppo lontano. L'università è raggiungibile a piedi. Piccola la mia stanza ma c'era tutto. La televisione credo con molti canali. Non accendo mai le televisioni degli alberghi. Il fatto che non ci sia una vera colazione trovo che sia sbagliato. I turisti si svegliano con una fame, suppongo. Non puoi accontentarti di un caffè con la cialda e qualche merendina.

I was there for the marathon and had difficulty to sleep with all the noise. But like I said thats just a Rome thing and not the fault of the hotel, i enjoyed my stay

Quando sono arrivata il davanzale interno della finestra era inzuppato d’acqua dato che la finestra era stata lasciata aperta ed è piovuto dentro. Inoltre la stanza puzzava terribilmente di fogna ogni volta che entravo, penso derivi dalle tubature.

• SANDRINE (10/5): Rome est merveilleux et super hôtel et merci DAVIDE - Le personnel exceptionnel. L accueil par DAVIDE qui a pu me trouver des billets pour le Vatican alors que tout était complet. Nous avons eu des notre arrivée des restaurants avec une remise de 10% sans rien demander. L emplacement est top métro à 5 minutes. Hôtel calme propre et agréable et nous avions une très belle terrasse en surclassement sans rien exiger juste une demande par message. Il faudrait juste une petite cafetière dans la chambre

The hotel is in an area that has buses right outside and the metro is also very close - only a 2-minute walk. I highly recommend it and will definitely visit it again on my next trip to rome.

• Maria (9/5): Genial!! - Alojamiento excelente para una estancia en Roma! Súper fácil de ir al centro ya que tienes una parada de bus justo delante y el metro a 7 minutos andando. El personal súper amable y atento en absolutamente todo! Las habitaciones aunque no son muy grandes tienen lo suficiente y están muy limpias! Sin duda repetiré hotel cuando vuelva a Roma! Si tuviese que poner una pega diría que el colchón era bastante duro y a mí eso no me gusta, aunque a mi pareja por ejemplo le encantó, así que depende de la persona. Y por otro lado que igual que es súper fácil ir al centro para volver a según qué horas a nosotros no nos pasaba el bus y nos tuvimos que coger Uber. Pero bueno, que todo sea eso. En general es un hotel de 10!!!

Ho soggiornato in una stanza al quarto piano, dotata di una piccola terrazza, molto comoda e piacevole. L’hotel è di dimensioni contenute, ma proprio per questo trasmette un senso di accoglienza che rende il soggiorno particolarmente piacevole. Nulla in particolare.

• Beata (8/5): Nice little hotel close to a metro station - The staff was very nice. There was a little fridge in the room. The hotel offered free snacks and coffee. The price I paid was reasonable. Metro was quite close. Shower was quite small and there was a sewage smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom. Otherwise a good stay.

• McConnell (10/5): Great place to stay in Rome - I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really friendly and knowlegable about the area, and it was 2 minutes from metro which got you to the Collesum in ten minutes. Fridge in room was a great bonus too.

And while there is no breakfast, there is a room with snacks and coffee. Showers are too small, pillows are not great, it would be nice to offer a proper breakfast.

Inoltre, mi hanno fatto gratuitamente un upgrade di camera. Alcuni dettagli della stanza sono un po' usurati e meriterebbero piccoli interventi di manutenzione. Questo non ha assolutamente pregiudicato la mia esperienza positiva.

Most restaurants in the area don't open till 7pm. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. The emergency service noise at night.

• Gregor (6/5): An adequate stay. - Staff were very helpful, room was very nice and clean. Hotel is on a busy road which can be good for connections but makes it not the best noise wise. Not easiest building to find and there aren’t an array of shops close by- there is a Tigre not that far from the building.

Me gustaron las instalaciones y mi habitación. Me sentí muy cómoda dentro de las instalaciones considerando que viajaba sola. Una vez que le tomas el modo al transporte público te mueves por toda la ciudad muy fácil. Excelente punto de partida!!!

• Igor (8/5): Ottimo ma non eccezionale - L'hotel è in posizione perfetta per la fermata della metro B Policlinico (4 fermate di metro dal Colosseo). Lo staff cordiale e disponibile. La camera pulita Si potrebbe fare uno sforzo per offrire una colazione e diciamo che la stanza sebbene pulita avrebbe bisogno di qualche ritocco estetico. Alcuni lavoretti avevano diciamo il risultato estetico che potrebbero avere se li facessi io che nella vita mi occupo di altro.
