• Maul (9/5): - The staff was great and the breakfast was as well. I take cream in my coffee and they only had milk but the next day there was cream brought in for me. Everyone was so helpful and went out of their way to take care of us. We were up 3 flts of stairs and our luggage was taken up and brought down for us. The stairs were a bit rough at times.

• Marek (7/5): A cute hotel in a historical neighbourhood - A good thing about staying in a hotel in a historical neighbourhood is that the whole area is absolutely beautiful - long streets with white houses and small parks. There's also plenty of restaurants in side streets around, and two metro stations within 10 minutes walk. The staff is nice and welcoming, the fact that the place is being run by friendly identical twins just adds to the experience. :) The room is cleaned every day. The bathroom was more modern than the rest of the room, and nicely clean. The complimentary breakfast is good. A bad thing about staying in a hotel in a historical neighbourhood is that there are no elevators, the floors are high and all their single rooms are located in the top floor. The room was tiny. The furniture was old, the chair was too low for the desk, and the very British old carpet floor seemed dirty, even though they probably clean it well. Overall not a very comfortable room, good enough for a short weekend stay.

• Hatton (9/5): - Très bon accueil notamment au petit déjeuner. Proche de la gare Victoria et à côté d'un arrêt de bus passant par des quartiers à visiter (passe même à Camden town). Belle salle de bain et chambre spacieuse pour 3 personnes. Petit déjeuner anglais excellent aussi, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Pas trop de vue depuis la chambre à l'étage du bas mais pas non plus très important pour quelques jours.
• Elisabeth (9/5): Freundliches Hotel in guter Lage - Nähe zur Victoria Station, insgesamt sehr schöne Lage und schönes Gebäude; gutes Frühstück und sehr aufmerksames Personal! Gepäck wird auch nach dem auschecken verwahrt. Zimmer sehr sauber, wenn auch sehr klein. Keine Sitzgelegenheiten außer kleiner Sessel, war für uns aber kein Problem, da wir uns untertags nicht im Hotel aufhielten. Zimmer im vierten Stock ohne Lift - das wurde uns aber vorab mitgeteilt und für uns war das ok. Nette Pubs in der Nähe. Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

• Eladio (10/5): Great Place. Good vibes made me feel welcomed. - i love the feel of this spot. vintage london vibes. We did have to carry up alot of stairs with our luggage but the experience was amazing. The STAFF get 5 starts alone. They were so sweet and friendly. I mean I am not going to sit here and make complaints about the stairs and no elevator in it. But thats the cost of keeping a building that was built so long ago. You dont want to take away from the charm.

• Flavia (8/5): Muy recomendable - Las personas son muy amables, la habitación perfecta para dormir, que es lo que uno necesita en este tipo de viajes, cama muy cómoda, agua caliente en el baño, pava eléctrica en la habitación para preparar café, té, etc. De hecho, vuelvo en pocos días! Quizás los escalones de las escaleras son poco profundos, pero parece que es una característica de edificios antiguos. Es necesario pisar con cuidado. Nada dramático de todos modos.

Fick take away frukost resedagen, då vi lämnade hotellet innan frukost öppnat. Bra frukost. Busshållplats precis utanför hotellet. Åker gärna tillbaka till samma hotell. Litet familjehotell som är mån om sina gäster. Sängarna var för hårda.

• Jeroen (8/5): Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit voor bezoek aan Londen - Mooi oud pand gelegen op een goede locatie ten aanzien van de underground (rechtstreeks vanaf st. Pancras). Buurt is rustig, met enkele gezellige pubs en goede restaurants op loopafstand. Vriendelijk personeel (familiebedrijf). De kamer was aan de kleine kant maar voldoende. Hetzelfde geldt voor het ontbijt, een mini a la carte. Erg basic maar smaakt prima. Voor deze prijs zit je gewoon prima en heb je een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Londen. Dus niet te melden, behoudens dat het een beetje gehorig is (oud pand).

Mark went out of his way to make sure my husband had bagels for breakfast the day of his marathon. Hotel and room were very clean and the breakfast was delicious! You can’t beat the neighborhood either, very quiet but with restaurants, stores and public transportation within walking distance. Thank you for a lovely stay…we’ll be back for sure! The bed was very small for two people and a little too firm for my liking, but other than that, our stay was fantastic.

I - Exceptionally well situated, the staff were absolutely fabulous and the breakfast was well presented and tasted great. I left some belongings in the room on check out, so the staff kindly boxed and shipped them free of charge… now that’s customer service. 10 out of 10.

Redan från första stund möttes vi av en otroligt varm och välkomnande personal som verkligen gjorde det lilla extra för att vi skulle känna oss bekväma. Bemötandet var genuint, personligt och professionellt på samma gång – något som verkligen satte tonen för hela vår vistelse. Läget är dessutom perfekt, med närhet till allt man kan önska, vilket gjorde vår resa både smidig och extra njutbar. Själva hotellet är mysigt, charmigt och mycket välstädat, med en atmosfär som gör att man direkt känner sig som hemma. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell till alla som söker både kvalitet och hjärta. För oss är det självklart att vi kommer att bo här igen vid nästa resa! Vi var nöjda med allt och hotellet har överträffat även våra förväntningar.

Il personale splendido.. molto gentili e disponibili. Mi hanno anche aiutata di domenica sera a trovare un posto dove acquistare delle medicine in quanto avevo la febbre! Camere super pulite e buona la colazione. Se dovessi tornare a Londra sicuramente saprei dove alloggiare!
