Was basic, good value for London, but room small, no aircon, awkward access to very small slowerroom. Worried me in event of fire, only access by small stairs to second floor, then one stairway to first floor and down. Not sure how tgat woukd work, as 3 rooms on both floors with one escape. But we didnt have a fire. No bar, no food at hotel except breakfast, but eateries near by.
• Jana (7/5): - Hilfsbereites freundliches Personal. Gute Anbindung an das Underground und Busnetz. Schönes und sauberes Badezimmer. Konfortable Betten. Unser Zimmer war im Untergschoss. Es war ziemlich laut, man hat alle paar Minuten die U-Bahn gehört und vom oberen Stockwerk (Erdgeschoss) hat man auch sehr viele Leute gehört herumlaufen und das ab 7 Uhr morgens. Zudem war es ziemlich kalt und die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert.

• Anton (6/5): Bien localisé - La situation géographique est très bien, au centre permettant de faire beaucoup de déplacements à pied. L'hôtel est très beau et les chambres confortables et belles. La chambre est très mal isolée, phonique et thermique. Le chauffage n'est mis qu'une heure le soir, et un peu le matin, n'espérez pas faire une sieste au chaud l'après midi, et couvrez vous bien la nuit. Munissez vous aussi de bouchons d'oreilles car on entend absolument tout. Pour le prix on pourrait s'attendre à avoir le petit déjeuner compris, surtout qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix.
• Kathleen (6/5): Geweldig locatie maar door slaap gebrek zou ik niet weer boeken bij Mentone Hotel. Jammer eigenlijk. - De locatie was uitstekend. Dichtbij openbaar vervoer en veel restaurants op loop afstand. De personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles was super schoon en netjes. Het bed was veel te hard en er was maar een kussen. De kamers zijn erg gehorig en elke nacht was ik wakker gemaakt en wakker gehouden door buren tot 3 en 4 uur 's nachts Op de laagste verdieping is het duidelijk dat de Picadilly Line onder het gebouw loopt. Je hoort en voelt elke trein die langs komt. Gelukkig was er een ander kamer op een hogere verdieping beschikbaar voor de andere nachten.

• Dave (9/5): Friendly staff, great location. Clean comfortable room with a decent ensuite - Excellent location in close proximity to local restaurants and the rail network. Rooms were spacious with a comfortable bed and despite being so central it was really quiet at night so afforded me a great nights sleep The stairway to the top floor was a little narrow when carrying luggage but would be difficult for less active/infirm individuals. One towel which was quite small, a bath sheet would have been appreciated. An iron and board would have been useful when travelling for business. I did see a hairdryer although not needed one of those in years!!!

В отеле работаю очень приятные сотрудники, понравился завтрак, девушки очень быстро убирали со столов и выносили еду, которая заканчивалась. Можно оставить вещи после выселения. От отеля остались положительные впечатления!
• Debby (9/5): Brilliant! - Schone kamers, ontzettend vriendelijk personeel en goede bedden. Fijn gelegen op nog geen 10 minuten lopen van St. Pancras International aan de ene kant en het British Museum aan de andere kant. Eenvoudig maar goed ontbijt voor een redelijke prijs. Er is geen lift.

• Manon (8/5): Un très bon séjour - L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme, à quelques minutes de la gare et d'une station de métro, un emplacement idéal. La chambre était très propre et la salle de bain fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner avec du salé et du sucré permet de ravir tout le monde, très bon. Les marches pour accéder au dernier étage sont nombreuses et assez étroites, il faut un bon cardio.

• János (10/5): Ár-érték arányban nagyon jó szállás - Csendes, nyugodt, könnyen elérhető helyen van a szállás. A közelben sok étterem és bolt található. A reggeli bőséges és finom. A személyzet barátságos és segítőkész. A kijelentkezés után a csomagokat még ott lehet hagyni. A reggelizni csak 9-ig lehet, ami nekünk egy kicsit korai.

Le personnel de l'hôtel accueillant, prévenant, charmant. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. La literie est top, repos idéal après de longues marches. La chambre est cosy et propres, avec des prises partout pour recharger les appareils. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

• Laurie (8/5): Séjour agréable au mentone hotel - La localisation : proche d’énormément de points d’intérêts pour les touristes (environ 30min à pied). Et à 10min à pied de st pancras. L’hôtel est situé dans une rue très calme, quartier agréable. La chambre était vraiment petite.

Stosunek jakości do ceny.... Pokój maleńki, nie było miejsca wokół łóżka praktycznie. Łazienka też mikroskopijna i kotarka. Mało komfortowo... No i kawa paskudna, nie dało się tego pić.

Alles sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Haus ist sehr ringhörig. Ich konnt sowohl doe Menschen auf der Strasse als auch alle Zimmernachbar:innen sehr gut hören. Je nachdem, wie laut die anderen und wie geräuschsensibel man selbst ist, kann das störend oder nicht sein.

• Mariska (9/5): Would absolutely recommend - Perfect location and breakfast. Hardworking kitchen staff and nice area of London, nice and close to Kings Cross. Don’t go to this hotel when you have trouble climbing stairs or lifting luggage. If you don’t have these problems it’s a perfect stay.

J'étais dans une chambre individuelle, celle-ci était spacieuse avec tout ce qu'il faut (produits de douche, shampoing, bureau, porte manteau, télévision, wifi,..). Le personnel était présent tout le temps. Possibilité de laisser sa valise à l'hôtel gratuitement avant le check-in et après le check-out. Le quartier est composé essentiellement de petits resto mais ça reste assez calme.

• Rob (8/5): We hebben genoten van London en hotel Mentone was een hele fijne uitvalsbasis - Prima ontbijt, aardige en behulpzame mensen, rustig, uitstekende locatie. Alles is klein. Voor een paar dagen is dat geen probleem.
