• Nino (9/5): - Stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato molto semplice ed essenziale ma c'era tutto il necessario. Colazione non inclusa nel prezzo ma a disposizione in qualsiasi momento c'erano tè, tisane, caffè e acqua. Il punto di forza maggiore è la posizione: situato nel quartiere di Paddington, a pochissimi metri dalla stazione dei treni e delle principali linee della metro, a pochi passi da Hyde Park e con la possibilità di raggiungere il centro della City anche a piedi.
• Teresa (7/5): - Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Man kann sich jederzeit Tee und mehr nehmen, morgens auf Kekse. Das es in der Stadt laut ist, ist nicht ungewöhnlich. Das Hotel ist allerdings recht hellhörig, man hört viel von den Nachbarn.

• Malene (6/5): Der var rent og pænt, venligt personale og god beliggenhed. Man skal ikke være fysisk stor, så bliver det svært at være - God beliggenhed og venligt personale. Rent. Udemærket seng, omend de stod på hjul og flyttede sig (kunne ikke låses fast). Meget, meget småt og trængt. Svært at komme rundt om møblerne, både på værelset, gangene og i morgenmadsrestauranten. Ret lydt, blev vækket af at der gik folk rundt ovenpå, at der var stemmer på gangen og kunne høre fjern brummen fra metroen eller trafik. Vi fik et værelse i kælderen, der var et vindue, men ikke ud til, det var til en trappeskakt med el-belysning.

El espacio de la habitación y del baño son muy pequeños pero funcionales.

La ducha caliente y las camas y las almohadas muy cómodas. El baño era super chiquito y la habitación también. Poco espacio. Nos arreglamos bien de todas maneras. No andaba el radiador pero nos dejaron un radiador.elecrrico y estubo bien.

• Carol (10/5): We found the Nayland Hotel a very good choice for our needs. - The hotel was located in a quiet area very close to Paddington Station with many restaurants less than a block away. The staff of the Nayland was professional, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast was well prepared with many selections and again the staff was efficient, welcoming, and kind. Coffee and tea were always available in the lobby. We had a truly ideal base for our visit to London. The room was quite cozy, but we knew that ahead of time and planned accordingly.
• Carole (6/5): Avis mitigé - Hôtel très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied du métro Paddington. Chambre propre et personnel agréable. La taille de la chambre familiale est très petite, idem pour la salle de bains. Avec 2 adultes et 2 ados (qui font le gabarit d'adultes), c'était vraiment juste. De plus, la chambre est au sous-sol, très mal isolée thermiquement (on sentait l'air froid par la fenêtre + odeur de cigarettes lorsque les gens fument dehors) et phoniquement (on entend les gens dans la rue comme s'ils étaient dans la chambre) Le petit déjeuner est très peu fourni et la salle du petit déjeuner est minuscule.

• Sara (6/5): Hotel da scegliere solo per dormire e star fuori tutto il giorno - La posizione di questo hotel e' ottima, vicinissima sia alla stazione di treni e metro che alle fermate di bus, davvero strategica. Personale gentile e sempre presente con reception 24/7 La stanza era davvero minuscola, eravamo in 3 e a malapena riuscivamo a spostarci da una parte all'altra della stanza. Purtroppo la pulizia non era delle migliori, e la presenza della moquette non aiutava.

• Pui Shan (10/5): - We are a group of 8 and enjoyed staying in Nayland. Staff were nice and helpful. Everything looks good and it can be seen that the facilities was well maintained and clean. There was minor problem of the shower drainage and the staff responded quick and got it fixed timely.

Station de métro, autobus et train juste à côté via Paddington pour se déplacer partout dans la ville et rejoindre l'aéroport facilement et rapidement. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel courtois et très gentil. Beaucoup de restos dans le quartier Excellent rapport qualité prix pour un hôtel 3 étoiles situé dans Westminster.. Un peu plus de fruits frais et une meilleure qualité de café serait apprécié avec le petit déjeuner inclus mais sinon tout était parfait.

• Mora (9/5): Muy agradable y cómoda - Muy buena limpieza, una gran ubicación y un hotel con muchísima calma. El servicio disponible 24 horas, siempre con amabilidad. Por 8 libras extra por persona se puede disfrutar de un desayuno más que aceptable, un bufé muy bueno y agradable. Me ha gustado especialmente que tuvieran un enchufe europeo, además de los enchufes británicos. Volvería sin dudarlo. Quizá las habitaciones son algo pequeñas, pero cumple perfectamente para pasar unos días en Londres. Se agradecería también que los enchufes estuvieran más cerca de la cama, pero no supone un inconveniente en absoluto. El baño es pequeño, eso sí, pero reformado y limpio.

• Veronica (8/5): STRUTTURA CARINA NEL CUORE DI PADDINGTON - La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione vicino alla stazione di Paddington, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. È un hotel complessivamente carino e pulito, con una buona colazione (dolce e salata). Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, sempre sorridente. Unica nota da segnalare: bagno molto piccolo in stanza, in particolare modo quando si fa la doccia. Bagno molto piccolo

• C. (6/5): Goed, niet super. - Je krijgt waar voor je geld... Het is niet het meest luxe of moderne hotel. De muren in de kamer kunnen een likje verf gebruiken, daar zaten wel wat vegen en vlekken op. Badkamer is klein, maar werkt. Douchecabine helemaal klein, maar druk van het water dan wel weer goed. Vooral het personeel bij het ontbijt was erg vriendelijk. Locatie is wel goed: nog geen tien minuutjes lopen van Paddington station, maar toch vrij rustig gelegen. We gingen vooral voor de locatie en een ietwat betaalbaar hotel voor één nachtje. Dat kregen we.
