• Petra (7/5): Hotel mit sehr guter Anbindung - Die Lage und das freundliche Personal Die Ausstattung der Suite entsprach bei der Belegung mit 3 Personen nicht der Beschreibung. Das Zimmer war deutlich enger als auf den Bildern, es gab keine Sitzgelegenheit (Couch und Tisch) und um ehrlich zu sein, ist ein schmales Klappbett ohne Nachttisch und Leselampe wirklich nur eine Notlösung für einen Erwachsenen. Wir hatten 5 Nächte gebucht und deshalb diese angeblich geräumigere Suite gewählt. Am Ende mussten wir uns doch auf den Betten rumlümmeln. Ich denke, es war ein London-typisches Drei-Bett-Zimmer. Gut zu wissen: diese „Suiten“ liegen nach Aussage des Personals alle im Lowerground. Die Einrichtung war gut, das Bad komfortabel, leider Frischluft nur durch das Badezimmer. Tägliche Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel. Sauberkeit der Zimmer und des Hotels 1A. Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und Service-orientiert Das Frühstück ist sicherlich umfangreicher als in vielen der anderen Touristenhotels. Neben dem üblichen Toast mit Marmelade, Müsli und Ceralien gab es frisches Obst, Saft, Joghurt, Wurst und 1 Käsesorte sowie warme Speisen (Bacon, Würstchen, Baked Beans, Champignons (Konserve), Hash Browns und Rührei (kein Frisch-Ei). Sehr positiv der Kaffeevollautomat zur freien Auswahl.

• Luisa (10/5): Comfortable rooms, excellent staff, competitive price, strategic position, great service - The staff was nice and always available for our requirements concerning such questions as the luggage storage after the check-out. The room was large and perfectly equipped, well isolated and silent, the additional bed was quite confortable despite being an armchair-bed, the shower was roomy and with a perfect water flow, and the room cleaning service has been great, performed early in the morning and absolutely flawless. As for breakfast, there was a wide range of food, including the classic english breakfast (sausages, scrambled eggs, baked beans, mushrooms), as well as a more european-style one, offering plain and fruit yogurt, fresh and dry fruit, cereals, bread, muffins, and of course warm beverages (coffee, latte, tea) and fruit juices. The whole experience was very appreciated; actually it was the second time that my husband and I stayed at this hotel, after the first experience which revealed as a pleasant surprise, much considering the absolutely competitive price. We'll surely come back here in our next trip to London.

Une chose que je ne comprends pas pourquoi enlever les brosses pour les toilettes? même si le nettoyage était bien ils ne peuvent pas passer toutes les 5 minutes, c'est regrettable. J'ai de la peine à comprendre que l'on ne mettent pas une brosse pour les WC, ça c'est mon coup de gueule.

• Dr.Shahar Abramovici (6/5): Very small and clean hotel next to the Paddington rail station - Excellent Location: The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the Paddington tube station, making transit very convenient. Helpful Staff: The hotel staff were pleasant, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Clean Comforts: The rooms were clean, and there was always plenty of hot water in the shower. Decent Breakfast: The breakfast was fair and a nice inclusion to start the day. Lacking Breakfast Options: While the breakfast was decent, it was a bit disappointing that there were no vegetables available. and the coffee was bad. Very Small Rooms: The room layout is incredibly tight. For example, the bathroom is so cramped that it is difficult to close the toilet door while standing inside. Uncomfortable Area at Night: The surrounding neighborhood felt a little intimidating and scary after dark.

• PHILIPPE (8/5): Bon séjour en famille! - L’emplacement est très pratique proche de la gare de St Pancras pour les liaisons via Eurostar, de Paddington, de Hyde Park et Régent’s Park. Nombreux commerces de proximité avec choix de restaurants. Quartier calme bien desservi par les transports en commun. Proximité de Little Italy avec balade sympa le long du Regent’s Canal jusqu’au Camdem Market très animé. L’hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu. Nous avions réservé 4 chambres. L’une d’entre elle, une « single » était TRÈS,TRÈS petite. Forcément compte tenu du prix « londonien », nous avons été choqués et surpris de la surface exiguë proposée. L’heure de sommeil coûte chère à Londres!

Hotel ist gut gelegen mit bester Anbindung an Tube und Bus Es war alles sauber und die Betten waren gut zum schlafen. Frühstück war angenehm und ausreichend Ein paar Kleinigkeiten Ein kleiner Fahrstuhl war etwas wenig, man musste manchmal länger warten. Die Kapazität des Frühstücksraumes war an einem Tag zu knapp und auch da musste man dann warten, für zeitlich gebuchte Ausflüge nicht so vorteilhaft. Das Zimmer war etwas muffig, evtl durch den Teppichboden Kühlschrank hat leider nicht funktioniert

• maurizio (8/5): Londra stupenda - Posizione eccellente. Colazione poco varia solo cibi salati di caffè neanche l ombra . Non c erano proprio neanche le tazzine. Ci hanno dato una camera molto spaziosa ma che si trovava al lower ground ( sotto il livello stradale) . Da mancare l aria. Nella descrizione della camera prenotata questa info non c era scritta. Per fortuna dopo la prima notte ci hanno cambiato stanza ce ne hanno data una piu piccola ma al terzo piano.
• Magdalena (7/5): Perfekte Lage um London zu erkunden. - Die Lage ist äußerst vorteilhaft. Vom Heathrow zu Paddington sind mit dem Express 15 Minuten und das Hotel ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Für alle Ausflüge einfach nur perfekt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Zimmer zwar winzig aber sauber. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Der Kaffee schwach, das Rührei aus der Flasche und in einer komischen Konsistenz. Kein frisches Gemüse wie Gurke oder Tomate. Nur Toastbrot. ABER mir ist bewusst, dass es einfach das britische Frühstück war und nicht das kontinentale. Also zwar schade aber kein Drama.

• Ildze (9/5): I recommend - very good - The suite was very large for our family, we had two sinks, which we used with the kid together.There was a bath, everything was very clean and neat.The staff was very polite and we could leave the bags before and after the check in for free. Perfect location and safe neiborhood. We could hear the noise from outside, the fire alarm inside the room randomly went off 2 times when we were asleep at the daytime which obviously woke us up.It was somewhat cold, even though we adjusted temperature and turned off the AC.My booking info and telephone number was leaked and the hotel did not answer my questions about the incident.

I chose more expensive option thinking about my active daughter. Room was cosy and bathroom very small. It was hard to close door of bathroom when I was inside! Terrible pillows but I might be used to fethers filled pillows.

Only a 5 minute walk from Paddingto Station and the Heathrow Express. Lots of restraurants within easy walking. Have stayed here 4 times now.

• Vetaas (9/5): Everything good, but breakfast needs an upgrade - Clean room, very comfortable bed. Staff friendly and attentive. Quiet area. Close to Paddington Station, very easy to get around London. Lots of places to eat nearby. Just few minutes walk to Hyde Park. Location really good. Breakfast selection really poor. No cucumber, tomatoes or others greens. Better to book without breakfast and eat outside of hotel.
