Oplevede flere gange at adgangskoden ikke virkede. Der var ikke rent i hjørner på værelset. Savnede mulighed for valg af andet brød end toastbrød ved morgenmaden. Savnede generelt mulighed for personlig betjening. Forstår ikke at der reklameres med en åbningstid for receptionen, når hotellet generelt opleves at være ubemandet, og i øvrigt meget svært at få kontakt på telefon. Måtte ringe forgæves 5 gange på ankomstdagen for at oplyse om senere ankomst.

- Tim (8/5): 2 nights in a fantastic central location. - Fantastic location in Central London only 5 minutes walk from the Tube and close to so many tourist attractions. The bathroom wasn't that large but that's about it really.
- LINDA (8/5): A lovely comfortable period hotel with very helpful staff. - The hotel was in a very nice area close to bars and restaurants and Covent Garden. The receptionist, Adrian, was very helpful and efficient and the rooms were very well maintained and comfortable. There was no lift as it was an old building, but there were lots of original features. The breakfast was included but was quite basic although the staff did very well with limited space and resources.

Presenza di frigo, freezer e microonde. La colazione preparata sul momento molto buona ed abbondante con opzioni senza lattosio. purtroppo alcune lampade in stanza non erano funzionanti, il giardino molto carino ma non accessibile purtroppo. In generale l’hotel potrebbe migliorare con alcuni piccoli accorgimenti e rinnovamenti.

WiFi speeds were very good. Bedroom stocked with coffee, tea, and condiments. Beddings and towels were clean. Basic shower gel, shampoo, dental kit, and small bar of soap. Microwave and flat-screen TV in the bedroom but I did not use them Sadly the building and fittings have seen better days. The carpets in the corridor smelled. Shower has a leak and the water temperature was fixed at just about warm. Plumbing and wood planks made a lot of noise at night whenever guests at neighbouring room walked or used toilet. The property is not staffed after 7 pm. Despite Booking.com stating payment could be completed at property, a payment link was emailed to me whilst I waited at the entrance, and was showed in only after completing payment online. Un frigo et un micro-ondes sont dans la chambre, même si on n'a utilisé que la bouilloire. Petit-déjeuner copieux bien que long à être servi. Douche étroite et peu pratique. Petit-déjeuner nécessitant de scanner un qrcode pour commander, mais le service est long... La "bagagerie" est en fait le simple dépôt des bagages dans le couloir visible depuis la rue : pas très sécurisé car on a vu plusieurs personnes entrer à la suite sans retaper un 2e code. Salle à manger petite, il peut vous arriver de devoir attendre qu'une table se libère. Chambres pas bien insonorisées donc c'est la loterie d'avoir des voisins calmes, ou pas.

I had to speak to someone on the ring doorbell who gave me a code which didn’t work so I had to keep going backwards and forwards between the room and the front door, it was very stressful.

El perdido muy atento y los desayunos muy abundantes. Nos tocó una habitación mínima, era una caja de fósforos, y en un tercer piso por escalera. Cuando contratamos se veían muchas otras habitaciones y también esta, no es que no fuera posible, pero no dice claramente "le toca esta habitación pequeñísima en un tercer piso por escalera".

Le personnel est disponible, si on a la moindre demande ils répondent présents. Le petit-déjeuner est servi rapidement. L'hôtel est dans une bâtisse typique londonienne et est bien entretenu, très propre. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel ! Le manque d'ascenseur et salle de petit-déjeuner un peu petite.

- valérie (4/5): - Full English breakfast The situation near the British museum The bedroom was on the third floor, 60 steps to climb! The curtains were too tight and it wasn't dark during the night. The digital code given by the reception was wrong and when we came back from the evening out, I had to call them to ask why. Not a good experience at all. Fortunately the receptionist who works on Saturday is very friendly, helpful and smiling.

- Rosella (7/5): - Posizione ottima, abbastanza centrale vicino a 3 stazioni metro e bus. La colazione era di ottima qualità ma poca scelta e troppo Inglese. Personale gentile e disponibile. Le camere erano pulite Delle due camere che avevamo una aveva un letto matrimoniale sotto la finestra (una persona per alzarsi doveva scavalcare l'altra) quindi abbastanza scomodo e un bagno troppo piccolo e male illuminato. Inoltre la finestra non era totalmente utilizzabile perchè, già dal mattino prestissimo, la cappa della cucina ci scaricava contro i suoi funi odorosi! grandi sacchi di biancheria sporca sempre nel corridoio non li abbiamo graditi

- Paul (7/5): We enjoyed our stay in a quiet location. - Location was very good in relation to the theatre we visited. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choices. The room was fine but very warm during the night.
- Marta (4/5): Dececionante em termos de conforto e tamanho do quarto, mas boa localizaç - O ponto forte deste alojamento é sem dúvida a localização, porque é perto de duas estações de metro e dá para ir a pé até ao centro, onde se demora cerca de 1h. O quarto era muito mais pequeno do que parecia nas forografias, a casa de banho era minuscula, ao ponto de nem conseguir abrir os braços na totalidade sem tocar nas paredes.

- Olivia (7/5): - Fairly big room and quite central to bus and tube stations. The breakfast offerings were pretty good as well. The bathroom was a bit small and there are not a lot of tables in the breakfast room so you need to time your breakfast carefully.

- Maria (10/5): Highly Recommend - The location of the hotel is amazing, just a short walk from Oxford Street and within walking distance to Leister Sq, Trafalgar Sq, China Town etc. The hotel was absolutely spotless, comfy beds and the staff were lovely. We stayed 2 nights and the staff couldn't have been more obliging and friendly, you can see they work very hard.

- Mantas (7/5): - Great location and breakfast. Was quite comfortable It gets really noisy at night. If you’re at least 190 cm tall, be prepared for your legs to hang off the end of the bed.
- Michelle (8/5): ok - Bathroom very small. Breakfast good. Location not the worst brave wee walk to tube station. Was not impressed with finding rodent bait in cupboard under bed.
- Steve (5/5): It was ok not the great experience we experienced, the breakfast staff were lovely really lovely. - Breakfast was good apart from the sausage not very good quality, room was ok needs some attention to details. Curtain was off the hooks panel under window broken skirting needs attention whole room needs to be checked and details made good . As I have mentioned above room needs time spent on doing it up to a better standard, kettle did not work properly kept switching off unless you held heating button down continuously. I did mention this to staff member who tried the kettle and he thought it was hot enough even though it turned itself off, I showed him by pouring a little water onto my finger it wasn’t hot enough for tea. He did say come back to him if it didn’t work but we felt there was no point as it should have been replaced upon being advised it was faulty.

- John (1/5): Abysmal. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Paying £135 for one night was a joke. - Nothing I had previously requested an accessible room due to my wife's mobility problems and we were given a basement room with a captains bunk bed that she could not get in/out of with great difficulty. I also asked for a gluten free breakafast and it contained a sausage that wasn't gluten free. We informed the hotel that we were running five hours late due rail problems and we had to walk to the sister hotel with luggage 1/4 of a mile away to book in and get our key.
- JENNIFER (7/5): Bon séjour a l'hotel - Idéalement situé pour visiter. L'équipement de la chambre. Chambre un peu vieillot...pas de buffet pour le petit dej c'est un peu dommage car peu de choix.

- Carl (8/5): Le vrai charme a l’anglaise ! - Super emplacement, très bon petit déjeuner, possibilité de laisser le bagages après le checkout Chambre au 3e étage, chauffage à 27 dans la chambre et impossible de la baisser. Bien que tres propre, la chambre était en mauvais état et plutôt abîmée
- Beverley (4/5): Don’t get there after the reception closes and that’s early! - Check in was an absolute nightmare - entry codes not working, having to walk to sister hotel to get codes which still didn’t work and being unable to get back into room after breakfast!!!
- Badr El Boudour (9/5): Très bien ! - La chambre était propre. L’emplacement est un bon compromis entre la gare de St Pancras et la grande rue commerçante d’Oxford Street, si on n’est pas contre marcher ! L’isolation des fenêtres pourrait être meilleure.

- Sanja (3/5): Cold room without hot water, no tables for breakfast. - Location next to British museum, everyday room service with fresh towels. Room was cold (20,5 degrees C) we had to ask for extra heater, you could barely move between window and bed, windows are old and the wild is literally blowing through them. There was rarely hot water (only once in 3 days, other days either lukewarm or straight cold). Breakfast is served in small room for 10-15 people (5 tables) and hotel has 16 rooms so if you get there same time as everyone else you have to wait for free table.

- Ana Isabel (4/5): Instalaciones deficientes y muy antiguas sin pretensiones de arreglo. - La ubicación es excelente y el único día que pude desayunar por el horario tan reducido que tiene muy bien. La cama no me la hicieron. La accesibilidad es deficiente. La temperatura del agua de la ducha no se podía graduar así que te escaldabas. La cama al lado de la ventana que no cerraba correctamente y por la noche entraba mucho frío.
