• Madonna (3/5): - Excellent and highly convenient location in Pimlico, just a short walk from Victoria Station (train and underground), making it very easy to reach London's top attractions. The area itself is nice and peaceful Upon arrival, the shower wasn't working, though to be fair, they fixed it the next day. There were also issues with cleanliness: at first glance, the room looked clean, but upon closer inspection, there were black hairs everywhere, including on the bedding and in the shower. The breakfast was quite basic.

Check other hotel booking sites for more reviews - Location only We knew it was a budget hotel as it had a two-star rating and did not expect high standards. But this hotel is taking budget to a new very low level we would not even give it a one star. When we first opened our bedroom door our hearts SANK!! And sank even more when we looked over the room: On-suit facility, The limescale on the shower head was so thick the water came out as if it was a tap. The shower tray, a anti slip mat was not needed as the lime scale served the same purpose it was so thick. There is a small wall cabinet making it impossible to use the basin. The room itself, space was very limited. It was obvious that it was not suited for a double bed. The pillows were as flat and would not fluff up, the quilt was thin, lumpy, and the cover looked as if it dated back to the sixties and felt as if it was. The curtains and carpets were the same in the design and age. The mattress was old and it was worse than the old one we had just replaced home, all the furniture was very dated and and the wardrobe was not fully accessible. The tea or coffee facility, on booking in were told there was a free hot drink vending machine. We found out that there was no selection for drinks without sugar so we only had the hot chocolate. The selection of drinks got less. This was pointed out to the receptionist, but nothing was done whilst we were there. Housekeeping, we only saw them once on the first morning when we were asked if we wanted the towels changing to which we said no. No one came and tidied up the room that day nor the following day. Breakfast, The booking included breakfast. We only had a part breakfast on the first morning as it was a very poor select and the quality was also poor, the following two days we had breakfast out. The brown sauce bottle top was encrusted with dried sauce on looking at the use by date on the bottle it was 11/25. Neither the iron or hair dryer had PAT labels on them Don’t know when they were last had PAT Tested.

Staff molto cordiale e colazione abbondante con uova, fagioli, salsiccia. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La camera era pulita e rinnovata da poco, avevamo la numero 7 con vista direttamente sul Big Ben e London Eye. Stra consigliato per girare in tutta comodità Londra.

There was hair everywhere and the sheets were dirty. There was a brownish red stain on the bed sheets near the pillow

Śniadania beznadziejne - do zaoferowania tylko jajecznica (nałożona na oko na talerz), oklepane cienkie tosty albo jakieś parówki, które wyglądem nie zachęcały do spożycia. O byle jaką kawę trzeba było się dopraszać, woda i zleżałe ciastka owsiane.

• Stéphane (6/5): Bon emplacement mais un hébergement à revoir - À dix mn de la gare Victoria, très pratique pour partir ou revenir des divers endroits à visiter. La salle de bain était très petite, difficile de fermer la porte qd on est aux WC sans se cogner les genoux à contre la porte. La TV était HS, une image complètement floue ou rayée. Le lit possédait un matelas où on pouvait compter les ressorts. La salle du petit déjeuner - très sommaire - est très vite remplie. Une certaine vétusté de l’ensemble…

El desayuno está muy rico, claro que hay que saber que es el típico británico con tostadas, café,zumo, cereales y huevos de varias formas cocinados,nada más. También,muy importante es el detalle de poder dejar las maletas gratuitamente tanto al llegar como al irte,y así poder salir cómodamente ya a turistear. El personal muy amable y te ayudan en todo lo que pides. Las camas no son muy cómodas. Deberían de limpiar al menos la moqueta del suelo a diario.

No limpiaron la habitación ni el baño en los 4 días que estuvimos. Nos dieron la 4 planta y no tiene ascensor. El desayuno muy pobre. Puedes elegir huevos, salchicha y alubias y te ponen Tostadas, café y leche fría. También te.

Colazione minimale e di scarsa qualità, pulizia minima, struttura vecchia e malmessa. Bagno in camera microscopico.
• David (1/5): Nul - Le seul point positif est l’emplacement. Hotel et chambre dans un état lamentable. Matelas taché, tables de nuit en mauvais état, moquette sale et en très mauvais état, trous dans les murs, bac à douche non nettoyé et traces de moisissures dans celle-ci, traces de brûlures sur le mur de la salle d’eau, morceaux d’excréments dans le support de la brosse à toilettes, chewing-gum sous le lit, armoire branlante avec poignées cassées et calée avec une plaque de placoplatre. Mon épouse étant atteinte d’une maladie auto immune et ne pouvant se permettre d’attraper la moindre infection, nous avons quitté les lieux après 15 minutes et après avoir trouvé une location en airb’nb. Par conséquent coût supplémentaire du voyage : airb’nb : 547 livres, chauffeur uber : 16 livres, petits déjeuners pendant 4 jours pour 4 personnes : 4 fois 32 livres =124 livres. Surcoût total : 687 livres sterling. Nous avons souvent réservé nos hôtels avec Booking.com, c’est la première fois qu’une telle mésaventure nous arrive. Je pense que Booking.com devrait vérifier les établissement avant de les le mettre sur leur site. Nous sommes très déçus. Je ne peux joindre que quatre photos, mais j’en possède d’autres si cela vous intéresse.

Il fait très froid dans les chambres car mauvaises isolations, l’hôtel ne mérite absolument pas le tarif que nous payons. Le petit déjeuner est imposé car pas de buffet, la salle du petit déjeuner est très petite pour la grandeur de l’hôtel, il ya très peu de choix et nous avons l’impression de déranger lorsque nous redemandons 2 malheureux toasts
• Elena (7/5): Consigliato per chi non vuole spendere tanto e non passa molto tempo in albergo. - Posizione centrale e comoda, a 4 minuti a piedi dalla fermata dei bus e a 10 dalla stazione della metropolitana di Victoria. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Struttura piuttosto vecchia e camere non particolarmente pulite. La sala colazione sembra uscita da un film dell’orrore, così come la colazione stessa: 3 giorni di uova, salsiccia e fagioli insipidi. Il personale della reception disponibile, quello della colazione, non parlando bene l’inglese, era difficile da capire. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di essere ristrutturata (c’erano materiali da costruzione in mezzo al corridoio).

• Paul (8/5): I would stay there again. Location is perfect. Quiet at all times. Value for money great. Cleanliness good. Food adequat - The desk is manned 24/7 which is good mainly because you are told to hand your room keys in whenever you go out. There was a free drinks vending machine (discovered, not told). There is a bus 24 right outside going to many tourist areas like Camden, British museum (Tottenham Court Road) Big Ben etc. I parked on Moreton Street using Just Park (5 mins away). The hotel is in a short distance from Victoria Station. It was quiet at night and the bed was comfy and clean. Bathroom was pleasant with 2 shower heads and shower gel/shampoo/soap/ loo roll, towels were available. First impression was the nice clean smell of the room. Wardrobe if needed and TV . Lots of toast, lovely butter and couple of cereals at breakfast. Friendly breakfast staff Breakfast was a bit limited. It was not a traditional English one (no bacon/hash browns/mushrooms and sausage was different) No menu. - but it’s not a high star rating and is adequate The door lock was difficult until we got used to having to push key in at the same time as turning the key. We were up 7 short flights of stairs - ok for us but might not be for others as there’s no lift.

• Luana (8/5): Foi uma boa estadia - Gostei dos funcionários bem atenciosos e do fato que dá pra ir nos pontos principais de Londres como, big ben e palácio andando, fica perto de estação de metrô também. Não gostei do banheiro muito apertado e difícil de ligar a água quente , e o café da manhã também não tinha variedade.

Aamiainen yksipuolinen, mutta silti hyvä lisäominaisuus. Huoneessa oli liian kuuma (huhtikuun alussa). Olisi hyvä jos pattereita voisi säätää. Ikkunoiden ollessa auki, kuului sisään välillä kova liikenteen melu yöaikaan. Wc:n vesikalusteet olivat osin rikkinäisiä, mutta toimivat kuitenkin, joka on kuitenkin tärkeintä.

• James (1/5): - Area Building site hall ways were cluttered rooms were very small. The heat was on very hot . The breakfast was a joke. The server ran it like military operation no choice of hot food you got what they gave you. Three things beans two eggs. And a over cooked sausage. Cheap bread for toast. We only stayed one night out of the two. We actually went home early. Disappointed.

Está muy cerca de las principales zonas turísticas de la ciudad, se puede ir andando a casi todos los sitios. Que el edificio está en muy mal estado, es sucio, las camas no son cómodas, el baño muy pequeño pero sobre todo que había ratones en la habitación.

The remainder of the building was like a building site and unsafe for people to be staying there. Glad I didn’t have any kids with us

• Sian (10/5): Great stay! - For a no frills hotel, this is a fantastic find! We had a triple bedroom with a private bathroom. It is in need of some updating, but for the price and location, it's perfect! The beds are comfy, the staff are fantastic, breakfast was great all cooked fresh and lovely and hot. It is a 10 minute walk from Victoria Coach station and 12 minute walk from victoria Palace Theatre, which is why we were there. We are going back next week for another theatre trip! Thank you for a lovely stay ❤️

• Helen (5/5): Would not book again until renovations finished! - Our room was bright and clean, clearly renovated quite recently. Staff were very pleasant and amenable. Smell of drains and damp from bathroom. No hot water. Property is undergoing major renovation and clearly having some teething troubles. Breakfast was not great.

• Alexandra (8/5): - Le calme et le confort Le petit déjeuner L'accueil et la flexibilité du personnel. Extérieurement c est joli N'est pas adapté aux personnes mobilité réduites (par exemple, pas d'ascenseur), escalier/couloir trop étroit. Le lavabo a bien de l eau chaude mais celui de la douche, à vérifier... La salle du petit déjeuner, je me demande s'il ne faut pas réaménager ! Les tables rondes prennent beaucoup de place et pour circuler n'est pas toujours évident par rapport à la salle.
• Marta (2/5): Per fortuna è durato una sola notte, veramente non è un posto accogliente e ti prende male dormici - L’unica cosa positiva della struttura è la sua posizione centrale e in una bella zona Tutto, struttura molto sporca e retrò. Non c’era nemmeno l’acqua, quando abbiamo chiesto ci è stata indicata una macchinata nella quale l’acqua era fuori stock.
