Easy walking to bus, tube, and Victoria area/ sightseeing. Nice appearance outside. Twin room on ground level was easy to access. Internet wifi didn't work. Asked for extra blanket but not provided despite staff saying they would get. 1 hand towel for 2 people. Asked for second but was not provided. Asked for decaf tea, not available, shower tiny and slippery with no mat, shampoo/ wash pump didn't work, sink drain backed up, only one glass and one spoon provided for 2 people, twin room noisy at street level and units above.

Only 1 small thing which was the full length mirror was positioned so you couldnt actually stand in front of it. Adding an extra one on the wall by the door would be great.

Ottima posizione, a 10 minuti a piedi da victoria station, in zona tranquilla ma comoda per il centro, camere nuove e pulite, staff gentilissimo! Tutto perfetto! La consiglio a tutti!

I strongly advise against booking the Mornington Victor Hotel London Belgravia unless you are absolutely 100% certain nothing in your life will go wrong. This hotel operates with a terrifying lack of basic human decency and customer care. ​I am a university student who saved up for months to book a surprise trip to London. Unfortunately, due to the sudden outbreak of war and the immediate closure of airspace in my country, our flights were officially cancelled by the airline. Furthermore, I was urgently drafted into mandatory military reserve duty. I was legally and physically trapped, facing a life-threatening national emergency. ​I reached out to the hotel multiple times explaining this force majeure situation, attaching my official military draft orders and flight cancellation notices, begging them to authorize a refund or even just a voucher for a future stay. ​First, they simply ignored my emails for weeks. When they finally replied, it was the most cold, robotic, and heartless message I have ever received. They explicitly stated that "no refund will be issued under any circumstances," that "personal situations or external events do not alter the contract," and aggressively told me that the matter is "final and closed" and to stop contacting them. ​To put their greed into perspective: major, globally recognized London institutions like the Warner Bros. Studio Tour and West End theatres immediately issued full refunds for my non-refundable tickets without me even having to fight them. They understood the gravity of war. The Mornington Victor Hotel, however, chose to pocket a poor student's savings while he was sent off to military service. ​They hide behind their "strictly non-refundable" policy to justify a complete lack of empathy. If you want to stay somewhere that views you as a human being rather than just a walking wallet, look anywhere else in London.

No primeiro dia fui a pé ao Palácio de Buckingham, continuei até principais pontos turísticos como london eye etc. eles tem parceria com um café bem próximo ao hotel onde concedem um desconto para os hospedes. Ήταν η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα στη ζωή μου. Βρέθηκα σε ένα υπόγειο, κυριολεκτώ, δίπλα από αποθήκες με μηχανήματα που δούλευαν όλη νύχτα, χωρίς ζεστό νερό. Έμεινα μόνο το ένα βράδυ από τα δύο που πλήρωσα. Προτίμησα να φύγω για το αεροδρόμιο 10 ώρες νωρίτερα από το να μείνω εκεί. Φυσικά, αν και αναγράφεται στην περιγραφή του καταλύματος ότι λόγω έλλειψης ασανσέρ θα υπάρχει βοήθεια από το προσωπικό για τις αποσκευές αν χρειάζεται, καμία τέτοια βοήθεια δεν υπήρξε. Επίσης ούτε η τηλεόραση δούλευε έστω για λίγη παρηγοριά. Στο σύνολο της η εμπειρία μου ήταν απελπιστική, αποκαρδιωτική.

Cicha, spokojna dzielnica Wszędzie blisko - przystanki autobusowe, metro, świetna lokalizacja. Miły personel. W okolicy liczne restauracje, kawiarnie, bary, sklepy. Jydynym minusem było to że okno w pokoju się nie otwierało.

Staff super accogliente e disponibile Purtroppo la camera era davvero piccolissima, penso in standard con gli ideali britannici, e soprattutto la pulizia è una pecca assoluta. Abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani sporchi, ed ormai era mezzanotte passata per andarne a chiedere altri in reception. Mancano inoltre degli attaccapanni
